How to settle delivery costs on Allegro

Depending on the settlement model, you can settle delivery costs directly with us or with the carrier.

We have divided delivery options on Allegro into three groups. A different settlement model applies to each of them:

  • Allegro Standard settlements — you settle delivery options from this group according to attractive rates
  • Allegro Mix settlements — you settle delivery options from this group with the carrier but according to favorable rates we negotiated
  • other delivery options — you settle delivery options from this group according to the rates indicated in the agreement or set by the carrier.

Apart from settlement models, each group of delivery options offers additional benefits. Check the details in the table below:

Delivery options settled within Allegro Standard

Delivery options settled within Allegro Standard are an easy and convenient solution — especially for sellers with business accounts. Thanks to that, you do not need to negotiate prices or settle costs with several different carriers.

  • You will settle those delivery options directly with us — including parcels within and outside Smart!
  • In that model, we negotiate the conditions with carriers. You can use the services of trusted carriers that offer high quality, timeliness, and numerous additional services at attractive prices.
  • Thanks to that solution, you can instantly enable delivery options most often selected by buyers.
  • We list all the fees in the monthly report, available in the Settlements with Allegro tab. You can settle them based on the invoice you receive from Allegro every month.
  • You will conveniently dispatch parcels through our free Ship with Allegro tool.
  • All the domestic delivery options — with dispatch and delivery within Poland — settled within Allegro Standard qualify your offers for the Smart! badge. You can check the export delivery options that qualify for the Smart! badge in foreign marketplace in the articles below:

What delivery options you can dispatch only through Ship with Allegro

Specific delivery options we settle within Allegro Standard can be dispatched only through Ship with Allegro or by integrating the Ship with Allegro API with an external system, such as Baselinker or Sello. Check what delivery options it applies to.

Delivery options settled within Allegro Mix

Concerning those delivery options, you benefit from the attractive rates we have negotiated but settle directly with the carriers. You can use our free Ship with Allegro tool to dispatch parcels using most delivery options settled within Allegro Mix.

Non-standard delivery options

How it works

We negotiate the terms of the agreement with carriers — the rates for parcels and additional services — but we do not handle the settlement of parcels. You settle the delivery costs directly with the carrier based on the invoices issued by them.

The Allegro Smart! parcels are an exception, as they are covered by another settlement method. In the case of Allegro Smart! parcels dispatched with Allegro Paczkomaty InPost — you settle them directly with Allegro (just like the delivery options within Allegro Standard).

Other delivery options

You can contact the carrier on your own, negotiate the conditions, and sign the agreement, based on which you will settle directly with them. For selected delivery options from this group, you can use the free Ship with Allegro tool and dispatch parcels through your Allegro account.

The delivery costs increase the value of the transaction, on which we charge the sales commission. Check the details.
