Allegro UPS Courier — dispatch from Poland to Slovakia
The Allegro UPS delivery options with dispatch from Poland to Slovakia will help you reach more customers outside Poland. You can use them if you hold a business account.
How to add those delivery options to your offers
You can enable the Allegro UPS Courier Slovakia delivery options in your offers on allegro.pl and allegro.sk. You can enable the option with payment on delivery only on allegro.sk. It will not be visible to buyers in other marketplaces.
In the Delivery Settings tab in your price lists, select dispatch from: [Poland] from the drop-down list, and the to Slovakia option. Select the appropriate delivery options in the Settlements with Allegro section.
Check how to set same-day dispatch time.
In the shipping price lists, there is a field where you need to provide delivery prices in EUR for buyers on allegro.sk — even if you sell only on allegro.pl. This field cannot be left empty.
If you withdraw from sharing your offers in the foreign marketplace, we will not display this price to your buyers.
Buyers on allegro.pl will see the prices in PLN, and buyers on allegro.sk — in EUR (if you share your offers there).
How to dispatch parcels
You can dispatch parcels through our free tool — Ship with Allegro — or by integrating external tools (for example, Baselinker) with the Ship with Allegro API.
You will dispatch parcels just as you would using other delivery options. Check how to do that.
The price of every parcel includes insurance up to 2,000 PLN. Declare the insurance amount while dispatching the parcel.
Additional insurance is not available.
Send a request to allegroumowy@ups.com. In the email, provide:
- your Allegro login
- company name
- company address: street, building and apartment number, postal code, city
- pick-up address: street, building and apartment number, postal code, city
- phone number of the person who handles parcel dispatches
- the time until when someone is always present at the pick-up address or the time your business closes (the courier's arrival time depends on your postal code)
- at least 3 days of the week (from Monday to Friday) when the courier will come to collect parcels
- estimated number of parcels per pick-up
- estimated dimensions of the parcels
- preferred pick-up times
- note for the courier (optional).
Hand over at least 4 parcels to the courier during each pick-up. You can also hand over parcels with delivery within Poland — the total number of parcels sums up.
UPS will confirm by email that the pick-up order has been activated.
Maximum parcel dimensions and weight
Maximum dimensions:
- the longest side — 100 cm
- the second longest side — 76 cm
- the sum of side lengths (2x width + 2x height + length) = 300 cm.
The maximum parcel weight for each delivery option — 31.5 kg.
The parcel weight is calculated according to its actual or dimensional weight. We use the higher value to calculate the price.
We calculate the dimensional weight with the following formula: [height (cm) x length (cm) x width (cm)] / 5,000.
Settlement model
You will settle these delivery options within Allegro Standard. That means you do not need to conclude an agreement with the carrier — you settle directly with us within your monthly invoice.
We add delivery costs to Settlements with Allegro on your account.
How much you will pay for parcels
You can add those delivery options to your offers on allegro.pl and allegro.sk. Depending on the marketplace you sell in, you will settle parcel deliveries in PLN or EUR.

For Allegro UPS Courier Slovakia payment on delivery on allegro.sk, we add 0.99 EUR for the POD service to the parcel fee. You will get this payment from the buyer.

The fee you will pay depends on the buyer's order value.

For Allegro UPS Courier Slovakia payment on delivery, we add 0.99 EUR for the POD service to the Allegro Smart! parcel fee. You will get a surcharge of the same value from the buyer.
There are surcharges specified in the price list for parcels over 10 kg (actual or dimensional weight).

Returns
If the customer does not collect the parcel and it is returned to you, you will pay a fee for each return according to our Terms & Conditions.
In addition to the fixed fee, we will also charge the appropriate additional service fee according to the price list.
Complaints
You can file a complaint in two ways:
- with the carrier by yourself ― if the parcel was damaged or lost
- through Allegro — if the complaint concerns delivery fees, additional service fees, damage or loss of the parcel.
If you file a complaint and the fees turn out to be improperly charged — the carrier sends us a correction we will later add to your account. If the complaint is related to damage or loss of a parcel, and you file it without Allegro's involvement, the correction will go directly to the bank account number you have specified.
