Poczta Polska and Pocztex delivery options — information for sellers

Within the Allegro Standard settlement method, you can use the following delivery options offered by Poczta Polska:

• Allegro Pocztex Courier
• Allegro Pocztex Courier payment on delivery
• Allegro Pocztex Pick-up Point
• Allegro Pocztex Pick-up Point payment on delivery
• Allegro Pocztex Parcel Locker
• Allegro registered mail
• Allegro MiniParcel.

You can use them if you hold a business account. You will dispatch parcels through:

• the Ship with Allegro tool
• the electronic dispatch tool of Poczta Polska ― Elektroniczny Nadawca, if you use the Corporate User account.
• tools offered by external integrators, for example, BaseLinker.

How to enable those delivery options

Go to your shipping price lists in Delivery Settings. Select dispatch from: Poland and to Poland. The delivery options you are looking for are available in the Settlements with Allegro section.

You can enable them in your offers also in the listing form — go to the Delivery and Payment section and click [add shipping price list].

All the basic and additional fees for the new Pocztex delivery options are listed in Appendix no. 4 to the Allegro Terms & Conditions.

If you want to enable the Allegro Pocztex Courier payment on delivery or Allegro Pocztex Pick-up Point payment on delivery options in your offers, you need to conclude an agreement with the carrier.

How to set the same-day dispatch time

The same-day dispatch time is the time by which buyers must place their order and pay for it if they want the parcel to be dispatched on the same day.

You can set it in the Delivery settings tab — in the Same-day dispatch settings section, next to Poczta Polska.

How to dispatch parcels

You can dispatch parcels with Pocztex delivery options through our free tool — Ship with Allegro — or through integrating external tools (for example, Baselinker) with the Ship with Allegro API.

Go to the Orders tab and click [dispatch parcel] for the selected order with Pocztex delivery. We will redirect you to the Ship with Allegro dispatch form for that order.

In the Sender section, in the Dispatch office field, if you dispatch the parcel:

• within your own agreement — we will automatically complete the office assigned to your agreement — you can dispatch parcels only at that office or
• within an Allegro agreement — select any Poczta Polska office and dispatch the parcel at that office.

Currently, courier pick-ups for parcels dispatched with Poczta Polska are not available in Ship with Allegro.

How to hand over parcels

If you dispatch parcels at the Poczta Polska offices — pay attention to the size of a given office. Select a larger office if you have several parcels or if they are heavy.

Remember that each parcel needs to be registered separately and in your presence — leaving parcels for dispatch with an employee is impossible.

If the Poczta Polska employee finds that a given parcel is non-standard, you will be charged an additional service fee upon the dispatch.

If you are planning to dispatch multiple parcels at a Poczta Polska office, take into account:

• the fact that it might be busy due to high service popularity
• limitations on accepting a lot of parcels at a time and/or heavy ones.

The Poczta Polska office may refuse to accept parcels due to operational limitations. If you want to make sure that you will be able to dispatch parcels at a particular office, contact them in advance.

You can check the list of offices that accept the specific type of parcels on this website. You can also inquire about it by reaching the hotline: 801 333 444 for domestic landlines, +48 43 842 06 00 for cell phones, domestic and foreign landlines (call charge according to the operator's tariff).

If you regularly dispatch multiple parcels, consider using the Poczta Firmowa service that involves a courier pick-up directly from your company's premises.

Below you can check the weight and dimensions of Poczta Polska shipments.

Within all of those delivery options, you can also dispatch an envelope — in that case, the maximum dimensions from the table will also apply, however, the maximum envelope weight is 5 kg (except Allegro registered mail — in its case, the maximum weight is 1 kg, and Allegro Mini Parcel — 0.5 kg).

How much you will pay for Poczta Polska parcels

Allegro Smart! parcel settlements

For the first parcel in an order, you will pay the fee determined in the table for an order of a specific value. For each subsequent parcel, we will charge you the fee listed in the table for an order valued from 100 to 149.99 PLN. This does not apply to orders worth up to 149.99 PLN. In their case, you will pay the same for each subsequent parcel from the order.

We will add 4.99 PLN for the payment on delivery service to the Allegro Smart! payment on delivery parcel fee. In addition to the payment for the order, you will also get 4.99 PLN for the payment on delivery service.

Settling parcels outside Allegro Smart!

Payment on delivery options

You will receive the payment on delivery fee directly to the bank account number you provided in the Ship with Allegro form on dispatching the parcel. The maximum amount of payment on delivery is 20,000 PLN.

Additional services

Except for dispatching parcels with the delivery options listed above, you can buy additional services. Check the prices of additional services and surcharges for non-standard parcels.

Settlement model

You can settle the Poczta Polska delivery options within Allegro Standard. That means you do not have to conclude an agreement with the carrier — you settle directly with us.

Each time, we add delivery costs to Settlements with Allegro on your account:

• we add the fee for parcel dispatch in the month when the service was performed
• we add the fee for additional services (e.g., additional insurance) the month following the month the service was performed.

To benefit from our offer, on dispatching the parcel, select:

• the Allegro agreement — if you use Ship with Allegro or
• Ship with Allegro API and the Allegro agreement if you use external systems, like Baselinker or Sello.

If you use your own agreement with the carrier, you can also settle the Poczta Polska delivery options (except Allegro MiniParcel) with Allegro, according to our price list.

Complaints

In the case of Allegro Standard delivery options, you can file a complaint:

• through our complaint form in the Ordered Parcels section. Select the order you want to file a complaint about, open the order details, and click [complain about delivery]
• through the form on the Poczta Polska website — if the complaint concerns damage or loss of the parcel. Make sure to include our power of attorney from Allegro when filing such a complaint. You can find it in the Delivery Settings tab. All you need to do is change the language settings to Polish and click [pobierz pełnomocnictwo] (download the power of attorney) in the Reklamacje dostaw (Delivery complaints) section
• in writing, using a complaint form available at every post office
• through the E-Nadawca service.
