Allegro International Czechia — information for sellers
Allegro International Czechia is a delivery option from Poland to Czechia, which we carry out with the support of local carriers. Within it, you can provide 3 delivery options to Czechia: by courier, to parcel lockers, and to pick-up points.
Allegro International Czechia is a delivery option from Poland to Czechia. Within it, you can always enable the Allegro International Courier Czechia delivery option and two more:
- delivery to a pick-up point — as part of Allegro International Pick-up Point Czechia
- delivery to a parcel locker — as part of Allegro International Parcel Lockers Czechia.
On allegro.cz, each of those delivery options will be available with payment in advance and on delivery, while on allegro.pl — only with payment in advance.
The delivery of parcels that you dispatch with Allegro International Czechia is carried out by several carriers. Allegro organizes the transport of parcels in cooperation with:
- InPost — collects parcels from the sellers
- One Courier — collects parcels from a part of sellers and delivers them to buyers (in the way they selected).
If you dispatch parcels in locations covered by One Courier, they can be collected by both InPost and One Courier couriers. This means that in a day, one or two couriers may come to pick up tour parcels. You cannot select one of the couriers to collect all of your parcels. You can learn who will come to collect your parcel directly in Ship with Allegro.
As part of Allegro International Parcel Lockers Czechia, buyers can select delivery to One Box parcel lockers we have installed in Czechia.
How to enable the Allegro International Czechia delivery option
- Go to your shipping price lists in Delivery Settings.
- Select dispatch from: Poland and [to Czechia].
- In the Settlements with Allegro section, select the Allegro International Czechia (Courier, Pick-up Points, Parcel Lockers) option.
- You will see the following delivery options:
- Allegro International Courier Czechia — this option will always be automatically checked
- Allegro International Pick-up Point Czechia — select this option if you want to enable delivery to pick-up points
- Allegro International Parcel Lockers Czechia — select this option if you want to enable delivery to parcel lockers.
You can easily add the Allegro International Czechia delivery option to multiple price lists at once. Just click this button:
If you add at least one delivery option to the country where you want to sell to the shipping price list and link your offers to it — we will automatically consider such offers already submitted for sharing in the foreign marketplace. Learn more.
How to dispatch a parcel
You can only dispatch parcels through Ship with Allegro or by integrating external tools (for example, Baselinker) with the Ship with Allegro API.
How to hand over parcels
You can hand a parcel over:
- to InPost
- during an arranged InPost courier pick-up
- at an InPost parcel locker
- at a ParcelPoint.
- to One Courier (in locations covered by One Courier — parcels with the One label)
- during an arranged One Courier courier pick-up
- at an Allegro One Box
- at an Allegro One Point.
A courier pick-up will be free of charge if you hand over 5 or more parcels. Otherwise, the price for pick-up will be as follows:
- 5.99 PLN — on allegro.pl
- 29 CZK — on allegro.cz.
If you have already requested a pick-up with InPost or One Courier as part of your agreement with the carrier, you can hand the Allegro International Czechia parcels over to either courier – do not order another pick-up. While dispatching your parcels through Ship with Allegro select the Without pick-up by courier option.
If you have already requested an InPost pick-up and you order another — double pick-ups will be subject to an additional fee.
What the cost of parcels is
The fee depends on the order value:

We will charge an extra fee for Allegro Smart! Payment On Delivery (POD) options:
- Allegro International Courier Czechia: 39 CZK
- Allegro International Pick-up Point Czechia: 29 CZK
- Allegro International Parcel Lockers Czechia: 29 CZK.
Apart from parcel dispatch, you can also use additional services — for example, collection orders. For example, for parcels that:
- have weight and dimensions bigger than those indicated in the shipping price list
- have a non-standard shape, dimensions or weight
- are not packed securely
- have an illegible label
we charge fees according to the price list. Check the fees for additional services and surcharges for non-standard parcels.
Basic cover of parcels up to 5,000 PLN or 25,000 CZK is included in the price of shipping.
You can use the additional cover for parcels above 5,000 up to 20,000 PLN (100,000 CZK). The maximum cover amount for such parcels is up to 10,000 PLN, and we charge additional fees for it. Check the price of additional cover in our price list. To use this option:
- Open the Orders tab.
- Enter the details of the selected order.
- In the Parcel section, in the Insurance value field, enter the parcel value. We will suggest the order value to you, but you can edit it if you want.
What if the buyer does not collect the parcel
The buyer should collect the parcel within:
- 5 working days — from pick-up points
- 2 working days — from parcel lockers.
If the buyer does not collect the parcel on time or refuses to accept it, the carrier sends it back to you at your expense:
- 18.99 PLN — if the buyer placed the order on allegro.pl
- 99 CZK — if the buyer placed the order on allegro.cz.
Benefit from a promotion
With the Pay less for non-collected parcels promotion you will pay only 5 CZK for sending the parcel back to you. 5 CZK is the equivalent of 1 PLN. Check the Terms & Conditions.
How to settle delivery costs
You will settle delivery costs within the Allegro Standard. You do not have to conclude any agreements with the carrier — you will settle the shipping directly with us within a monthly invoice.

The maximum parcel dimensions and weight differ depending on the way of shipping. Within one delivery option you can hand parcels over in different ways – to the courier, at a ParcelPoint, InPost parcel locker, Allegro One Point or Allegro One Box. Depending on the way you want to do it, you need to pay attention to the maximum dimensions and weight.
If you offer the Allegro International Courier Czechia and you always hand the parcels over directly to the courier, you can reference the maximum dimensions and weight for a courier dispatch:
- the maximum weight — 30 kg
- the longest side — 120 cm
- the sum of 3 sides' length — 220 cm.
However, if you dispatch courier parcels also in InPost parcel lockers, keep in mind the dimension and weight restrictions applicable to this way of dispatching parcels for that delivery option:
- the maximum weight — 25 kg
- the maximum dimensions — 64 x 38 x 41 cm.
If you dispatch parcels shipped with Allegro International Courier Czechia also in InPost parcel lockers, keep in mind the dimensions and weight allowed at InPost parcel lockers for that delivery option are smaller:
- the maximum weight — 25 kg
- the maximum dimensions — 64 x 38 x 41 cm.
If you dispatch a parcel whose dimensions exceed the maximum allowed for parcel lockers — the parcel will be sent back to you at your expense, according to the price list.
What the cutoff times for dispatching parcels are
Cutoff times are the times by which you need to dispatch parcels for them to start their journey on the same day. In the case of InPost, these are the times by which you can:
- place a parcel in a Parcel Locker
- dispatch a parcel at a ParcelPoint
- order one-time courier pick-up.
InPost cutoff times depend on location. Depending on the postal code from which you dispatch your parcels, you belong to one of four zones marked by InPost.

How you can file a complaint
Within the Allegro International Czechia delivery option, all complaints concerning delivery are handled by Allegro. If you want to file a complaint, use the complaint form.
