Allegro DHL Pickup and Allegro DHL Parcel Lockers with dispatch from Poland to Slovakia
The Allegro DHL delivery options with dispatch from Poland to Slovakia help you reach more customers outside Poland. You can use them if you have a business account.
The following delivery options offered by DHL allow you to ship goods from Poland to Slovakia quickly and conveniently:
- Allegro DHL Parcel Lockers Slovakia
- Allegro DHL Pickup Slovakia
- Allegro DHL Pickup Slovakia payment on delivery — only on allegro.sk.
Buyers from Slovakia can collect parcels at DHL pick-up points or parcel lockers.
How to enable those delivery options in offers
You can enable the Allegro DHL delivery options with dispatch from Poland to Slovakia in your offers on allegro.pl and allegro.sk. Those delivery options will not be visible to buyers in offers on allegro.cz and allegro.hu.
In the Delivery Settings tab in your shipping price lists, select dispatch from Poland from the drop-down list, and the to Slovakia option. Select the appropriate delivery options in the Settlements with Allegro section. If you add those delivery options to a shipping price list and link that shipping price list to offers, we will automatically consider these offers submitted for sharing on foreign marketplaces.
In shipping price lists, there is a field where you need to provide delivery prices in EUR for buyers on allegro.sk — even if you sell only on allegro.pl. This field cannot be left empty.
Buyers on allegro.pl will see the prices in PLN, and buyers on allegro.sk — in EUR.
How to dispatch parcels
You can dispatch parcels only through our free tool — Ship with Allegro — or through integrating external tools (for example, Baselinker) with the Ship with Allegro API. You can dispatch parcels just as you would with other delivery options. Check how to do that.
Additional parcel protection
The parcel price includes insurance up to 500 EUR. However, if you dispatch parcels through Ship with Allegro and enter a value other than 0 PLN in the Insurance value field — we will charge you an additional insurance fee. It also applies if you dispatch parcels through the API.
If you want to take advantage of the insurance included in the price — leave 0.00 PLN in the Insurance value field. It is a default value and you do not need to change it. Then, the parcel will be automatically insured under the carrier's liability — up to the amount indicated in the DHL General Terms & Conditions of Carriage.
If the value of your parcel exceeds the value indicated in the DHL General Terms & Conditions of Carriage and you want to benefit from additional insurance — enter the amount you want to insure the parcel for in the Insurance value field. Then, we will charge you an additional fee according to the price list.
How to hand parcels over
You can hand the parcels over:
- during a courier pick-up
- at DHL Box 24/7 parcel lockers
- at DHL POP parcel service points.
Generating a label is not enough to have a courier collect the order. If you want to have your order collected, request a pick-up.

The parcel weight is calculated according to its actual or dimensional weight. We use the higher value to calculate the price.
For the Allegro DHL Parcel Lockers Slovakia and Allegro DHL Pickup Slovakia, we calculate the dimensional weight with the following formula: [height (cm) x length (cm) x width (cm)] / 4,000.
How to settle delivery costs
You will settle these delivery options within Allegro Standard. That means you do not need to conclude an agreement with the carrier — you settle directly with us within your monthly invoice.
We add delivery costs to Settlements with Allegro on your account.
How much you will pay for parcels
You can add those delivery options to your offers on allegro.pl and allegro.sk. Depending on the marketplace you sell in, you will settle parcel deliveries in PLN or EUR.

If you dispatch a parcel with payment on delivery through Ship with Allegro, you will receive the sales payment no later than within two working days from the moment the buyer collects the parcel. We will transfer the money to your Allegro account ― you can find it in the Funds and Operations history tab.

The Allegro DHL Pickup Slovakia and Allegro DHL Parcel Lockers Slovakia delivery options are also available within Allegro Smart! on allegro.sk.

The maximum parcel weight (actual and dimensional) you can declare in Ship with Allegro is 10 kg. There are surcharges for parcels over 10 kg (actual or dimensional weight) set in the price list.
If your parcel is larger or heavier than what you have declared during dispatch and exceeds the maximum dimensions and weight ― we can either charge you an additional fee or return the parcel to you.

What if the buyer does not collect the parcel
If the buyer does not collect the parcel, and it is returned to you, for each such return, you will pay:
- 18.99 PLN — for purchases made on allegro.pl
- 3.49 EUR — for purchases made on allegro.sk.
We cover the costs of returning parcels uncollected by the buyers. If the buyer does not collect the order made on allegro.sk and the parcel is returned to you, you will pay only a symbolic amount for each such return — 0.25 EUR, which equals 1 PLN. Check the promotion's details in its Terms & Conditions.
How to file a complaint
You can file a complaint in 2 ways:
- on your own to the carrier ― if the parcel was damaged or lost
- through Allegro ― when the complaint concerns deliveries you dispatched via the Ship with Allegro tool without an agreement with the carrier.
In that case, contact us (via chat, email, or phone) to file a complaint concerning:
- delivery service fee
- fees for additional services
- damage or loss of the parcel.
If you file a complaint and the fees turn out to have been improperly charged, the carrier sends us a correction, which we will later add to your account. If the complaint concerns damage or loss of the parcel and you file it without Allegro's involvement, the correction will go directly to the bank account number you have indicated.
