Allegro MiniParcel
Enable the Allegro MiniParcel delivery option in your offers. It will allow buyers to order small and light products with delivery to their mailboxes.
If you hold a business account, you can enable the new delivery option — Allegro MiniParcel — in your offers. Buyers will be able to order small and light products with delivery to the mailbox.
How to enable the Allegro MiniParcel delivery option
Go to your shipping price lists in Delivery Settings. Select dispatch from: Poland and [to Poland] from the drop-down list. You can find the Allegro MiniParcel delivery option in the You are settling with Allegro (Allegro Standard settlements) section.
You can enable it in your offers for a maximum of 4.49 PLN.

How to dispatch a parcel
You will dispatch parcels through the Ship with Allegro tool or through integrating external tools (for example, Baselinker) with the Ship with Allegro API.
You can hand parcels over:
- during courier pick-up — if you have an agreement with Poczta Polska for the collection of company mail
- at Poczta Polska offices.
In the case of Allegro MiniParcel, you cannot order a one-time courier pick-up while dispatching the parcel through Ship with Allegro.
To conclude an agreement for scheduled arrivals, contact Poczta Polska:
- by phone — 801 333 444 or (+48) 438 420 600
- through the Pocztex website — in the Uwagi (Comments) field, write that your query concerns an agreement for business mail pick-up.
Poczta Polska should provide you with an agreement proposal within 7 business days.

What the shipping time is
The estimated shipping time is the time between the scanning of a parcel by the carrier and the first delivery attempt. You can check it in this table.

You will pay 3.99 PLN for dispatching a parcel with the Allegro MiniParcel delivery option.
If you have Allegro Smart!
The delivery fee depends on the order value:

4.49 PLN is the maximum price you can set in the shipping price list.

What the settlement model is
You will settle parcels dispatched with the Allegro MiniParcel delivery option within Allegro Standard. You do not have to conclude an agreement with the carrier, and you settle directly with us — within a monthly invoice.
Each time, we add delivery costs to Settlements with Allegro on your account. To benefit from our offer, on dispatching the parcel select:
- the Allegro agrement if you use Ship with Allegro or
- Ship with Allegro API and the Allegro contract if you use external integrators like Baselinker or Sello.
Allegro Smart!
Allegro MiniParcel is one of the delivery options qualifying for Smart!.

Parcel returns
If the letter carrier fails to deliver the parcel to the buyer's mailbox, it will be redirected to the nearest post office, where it will wait to be collected for 14 days. We will notify the buyer and, after 14 days have passed, return the parcel to you. We will not charge you for such a return.
Your customers can return orders:
- free of charge within Allegro Smart! — at Poczta Polska locations (excluding Postal Agencies)
- with the payable DPD and InPost return options
- on their own.
Complaints
In the case of Allegro Standard delivery options, you can file a complaint:
- through our complaint form in the Ordered Parcels section. Select the order you want to file a complaint about, open the order details, and click [complain about delivery]
- through the form on the Poczta Polska website — if the complaint concerns damage or loss of the parcel. Make sure to include our power of attorney from Allegro when filing such a complaint. You can find it in the Delivery Settings tab. All you need to do is change the language settings to Polish and click [pobierz pełnomocnictwo] (download the power of attorney) in the Reklamacje dostaw (Delivery complaints) section.
