Allegro UPS Pick-up Point — Information for sellers
Learn more about the UPS Pick-up Point delivery option — you can settle it conveniently within Allegro Standard.
Learn more about Allegro UPS Pick-up Point:
- The Allegro UPS Pick-up Point delivery option is one of the options settled within Allegro Standard ― that means directly with us
- You can use it if you hold a business account
- It works best if you dispatch parcels up to 20 kg
- You can also enable it within Allegro Smart!
- You can dispatch parcels only through our dispatch tool — Ship with Allegro. You do not need to conclude your own agreement with UPS.
How to enable Allegro UPS Pick-up Point
Go to your shipping price lists in Delivery Settings. Select dispatch from: Poland and to Poland. You can find the Allegro UPS Pick-up Point option in the Settlements with Allegro section.
You can enable it in your offers for a maximum of 11.99 PLN.
You can easily add Allegro UPS Pick-up Point to multiple price lists at once. Just click this button:
We will display a screen where you can add Allegro UPS Pick-up Point to select shipping price lists. Uncheck the price lists you do not want to add this delivery option to.
Settlement model
You will settle the Allegro UPS Pick-up Point delivery option within Allegro Standard — directly with us and at attractive rates. You will pay for parcels dispatched with that delivery option and for additional services within your invoice from Allegro.
Each time, we add delivery costs to Settlements with Allegroon your account:
- we add the fee for parcel dispatch in the month when the service was performed
- we add the fee for additional services (for example, additional insurance, oversized parcel) — no later than in the month following the month in which the service was performed.
To benefit from our offer, choose one of the following upon parcel dispatch:
- the Allegro agreement (Allegro UPS Pick-up Point) if you use Ship with Allegro
or
- the Ship with Allegro API and the Allegro agreement if you use external integrators like Baselinker or Sello.
However, if you have your own agreement with the carrier, you will settle according to their price list.

For the first parcel in an order, you pay a fee listed in the table for that specific order value. For each subsequent parcel, we charge the fee listed in the table for orders worth between 100 and 149.99 PLN. This does not apply to orders worth up to 149.99 PLN. In their case, you pay the same amount for each subsequent parcel within that order.

You will settle additional service fees according to the price list.
The price of every parcel includes insurance up to 2,000 PLN.
Maximum parcel dimensions and weight
The maximum dimensions of parcels dispatched with the Allegro UPS Pick-up Point option:
- maximum weight (dimensional or actual weight) — 20 kg
- longest side = max. 97 cm
- the sum of length and circumference (length + 2 x height + 2 x width) — max. 300 cm
The parcel weight is calculated according to its actual or dimensional weight. We base the settlement on the higher of these values.
- actual weight — how much the parcel weighs placed on the UPS scale
- dimensional weight — related to the size of your parcel. We calculate it with the following formula: [height (cm) x length (cm) x width (cm)] / 5,000.
Note:
- Always check the dimensional weight of the parcels you dispatch. It is especially important in the case of lightweight but large-sized parcels.
- A minor difference in parcel dimensions can increase the cost — you will be charged according to the higher weight range.
How to dispatch a parcel
You can order parcels with the Allegro UPS Pick-up Point delivery option in the Ship with Allegro tool. You can also dispatch them by integrating the Ship with Allegro API with an external system, such as Baselinker or EasyUploader.
Access to Ship with Allegro is free of charge. You do not need to take any extra steps to use it. It is pretty simple — you can move from your Allegro account to Ship with Allegro in just two clicks.
Go to the Orders tab in My Allegro and click [dispatch parcel] for the selected order with the Allegro UPS Pick-up Point delivery option. We will redirect you to the Ship with Allegro dispatch form for that order.
You can order a courier pick-up for your parcel. The courier will collect the parcel at the address you provide in the dispatch form. It is an additional service you will settle with us according to the price list.
If you order deliveries with Allegro UPS Pick-up Point regularly, you can request a fixed collection order. In that case, the service can be free of charge. During courier pick-up, you can also hand over the parcels you dispatch with other UPS delivery options and with Allegro One (Point, Box).
If the buyer asks you to change the delivery address, you can do it while dispatching the parcel. However, you cannot change the delivery option, for example, from delivery to a pick-up point to delivery to the buyer's doorstep.
We will add the costs of one-time courier pick-ups to Settlements with Allegro on your account, in the month following the month in which the service was performed.
Generating a label does not mean you have ordered a courier pick-up. Remember to order a pick-up if you want the courier to collect your parcels.

Fixed collection order
Send your request for a fixed collection order to allegroumowy@ups.com. In the email, provide the following details:
- Your Allegro account login
- Company name
Company address:
- street, building and apartment number
- postal code
- city
Pick-up address:
- street, building and apartment number
- postal code
- city
Phone number of the person who handles parcel dispatches
- Time when someone is always present at the pick-up address / the time your business closes
- Conditions for parcel pick-ups — days of the week (from Monday to Friday) when the courier will come to collect parcels
- Note: Indicate at least 3 days of the week. Hand over a minimum of 4 parcels to the courier during pick-up.
- Preferred pick-up hours
- Note to the courier (optional).
The courier's arrival time depends on the postal code — UPS approves the time on this basis. If your preferred parcel pick-up times cannot be met, UPS will contact you to determine at what time the courier can collect the parcels.
You will receive a confirmation from UPS about the activation of the fixed collection order. Note: The service will only start after you have received feedback and confirmation from UPS.
Until the fixed collection order is activated, you can:
- dispatch parcels free of charge at UPS Access Points
or
- order one-time courier pick-ups.
We will add the costs of one-time courier pick-ups to Settlements with Allegro on your account, in the month following the month in which the service was performed.
How to set the same-day dispatch time
The same-day dispatch time is the time by which the buyer must place their order and pay for it if they want the parcel to be dispatched on the same day.
You can set it in the Delivery Settings tab — in the Time settings for orders with same-day dispatch section:
Complaints
You can file a complaint:
- through our complaint form in the Ordered Parcels section. Select the order you want to file a complaint about, open the order details, and click [complain about delivery].
- directly through the UPS form — if the parcel was damaged or lost. Make sure to include our power of attorney when filing such a complaint. You can find it in the Delivery Settings tab. All you need to do is change the language settings to Polish and click [pobierz pełnomocnictwo] (download the power of attorney) in the Reklamacje dostaw (Delivery complaints) section.
If you file a complaint and the fees prove to be improperly charged, we will settle them on your account.
If the complaint relates to damage or loss of a parcel, and you file it without our involvement, the correction will go directly to the bank account number you indicated.
