General information about the service
What products do we handle in One Fulfillment by Allegro
You can find out whether we will handle a given product in One Fulfillment by Allegro from the guidelines in this article and messages that you can see in your account. Your Account Manager will also help you.
In One Fulfillment by Allegro we handle a certain group of products. We take into account both the Allegro Terms & Conditions and products' features.
You can learn whether we handle a given product in One Fulfillment by Allegro:
- from messages that you can see in your account — for example, when listing an offer. If the product you want to list does not meet the service terms, we may let you know about it by through a message.
- from the guidelines in this article. When you list an offer or create an ASN, we are unable to verify all the factors that can exclude your products from the service. That is why you should read the guidelines below.
- from your Account Manager — they will help you identify products that we handle in the service.
What products you can ship to the Allegro Warehouse
- products that comply with the Allegro Terms and Conditions. To learn more about them, check the article on forbidden and restricted items and Appendix No. 1 to the Allegro Terms & Conditions
- brand new products, for example, products in original and sealed packaging protected against spilling and leaking
- products linked to other products from the Allegro Product Catalog
- products with the correct and official EAN (GTIN)
- products that can be stored at room temperature
- products with a minimum shelf life of no less than 120 days from the date of acceptance to the Allegro Warehouse
- selected dangerous products described in our article
- products that are not labeled as dangerous
- products that meet the following size, weight and volume requirements .

You can ship fragile products and products that need to be handled with care to the Allegro Warehouse only if you pack them in a way protecting them from any possible damage. To learn how to do it, check our article about preparing products for shipment.
You can ship lithium batteries and devices containing them to the Allegro Warehouse if they meet the requirements of the special provision 188 of section 3.3 of the ADR Agreement (available only in Polish), that is:
- their manufacturers and distributors publish the summary of UN 38.3 tests. You do not have to attach a copy of such summary to the parcel but you should have access to it — so that you can share it with us if necessary. It can, for example, be in an electronic form — a file or a link to a website.
- are new and properly packed and labeled. Learn more about it in our article about preparing products for shipment.
- do not exceed limits for cells and batteries/rechargable batteries that you can find in the tables below.

Manufacturers usually provide the capacity of lithium-ion batteries in milliampere-hours (mAh). That is why if you want to convert this value to watt-hours, use the following formula:
Milli-ampere hours (mAh) x maximum voltage (V) / 1000 = watt-hours (Wh)

You can ship chemicals to the Allegro Warehouse if they are not dangerous and not labeled with the following symbols.
Dangerous products may include :
- aerosols
- alcohol-based fragrance
- toilet cleaners
- fabric bleaches
- solvents
- flammable varnishes
- fireworks.
So, if you sell these types of products, make sure that they are not labeled as dangerous. If your product is labeled with one of the symbols listed above, we cannot accept it for storage at the Allegro Warehouse.
You can ship to the Allegro Warehouse products labeled with the GHS07 pictogram (the image with an exclamation mark). This pictogram is often placed, for example, on washing powders or dish soaps.
However, before you ship such products to the Allegro Warehouse, make sure that they are not labeled with other symbols — neither on the unit packaging nor on the external packaging. If they are labeled with any of the symbols listed here, we cannot accept them for storage.
The only exception is the GHS05 pictogram (the image with a corrosive substance) — we can accept such products for storage at the Allegro Warehouse. A single product can be labeled with two pictograms — GHS07 and GHS05. We accept such products for storage at the Allegro Warehouse.
You can ship to the Allegro Warehouse products labeled with the GHS05 pictogram (the image with a corrosive substance). This pictogram can be placed, for example, on packages of dishwasher tablets.
How to ship such products to the Allegro Warehouse
- Make sure that they are not labeled with other pictograms and symbols — neither on the unit packaging nor on the external packaging. If they are — we cannot accept them for storage. However, if you ship them to the warehouse — we will oblige you to arrange their collection and transport. If you fail to do that within 30 days — we will dispose of them at your expense.
The exception is the GHS07 pictogram (the image with an exclamation mark) — we accept products labeled with it for storage at the Allegro Warehouse. A single product can be labeled with two pictograms — GHS07 and GHS05. We accept such products for storage at the Allegro Warehouse.
- You should inform us in advance that you plan to ship such products to the warehouse — send us a message at hazmat.onefulfillment@allegro.pl. The message should contain:
- EAN codes of those products
- information about the weight of their unit packages
- information about the number of units.
We will treat your message only as a notification — we will not respond to it.
- Create a separate ASN for those products and ship them to the Allegro Warehouse accordingly.
We can only store a specified number of units of products with the GHS05 pictogram at the warehouse. If we use up the maximum storage limit for such products, we will let you know by email that we have stopped accepting deliveries. From that moment we will not accept any new delivery containing such products — unless you had created the ASN before we informed you about not accepting deliveries.
What products we do not handle in One Fulfillment by Allegro
Due to the nature of the service, One Fulfillment by Allegro does not handle certain groups of products that you can sell on Allegro. These products include:
- custom-made items, for example, personalized gadgets
- products sent electronically, such as E-books and e-tickets
- OTC medication for humans and animals
- products that do not comply with the guidelines we provide in this article
- dangerous products with the following pictograms on the unit or bulk packaging:
Frequently Asked Questions
There may be several reasons for that. The Allegro Warehouse does not accept products that do not comply with the requirements featured above, are damaged, or miss an ASN.
If you want to know why we rejected a given product, download the report of differences in products. To do it, open the List of notices tab and click the selected notice. You will open the Details of Advance ship notice tab and you will see the [report of differences in products] button. Click it to generate the report. If the report does not answer your questions, contact your Account Manager.
We send them back to you at your expense — as per the One Fulfillment by Allegro Terms & Conditions .
Yes, we check the size and weight of every product that you ship to the warehouse. This is how we make sure that the given product meets the size and weight requirements.
When we measure the product, we take into consideration all of its elements — also those that protrude (when the product is not a cube with a typical size). In accordance with the One Fulfillment by Allegro Terms & Conditions , we rely on our measurement regarding size, weight, and volume. If on receiving the product we find that it does not meet our size requirements, we will ship it back to you at your expense.
What you can find in your One Fulfillment account
Learn about the features and tabs you can use within the service.
You can access the My One Fulfillment page from your One Fulfillment account. We divided it into several sections. Thanks to this, you will quickly and conveniently get access to the One Fulfillment by Allegro features.
What you can find in the My One Fulfillment tab
If your sales within the service are active, you can see a section at the top of the tab titled Easily manage products in the Allegro Warehouse. It features hints regarding your products. They are the same recommendations that are displayed in the My stock tab. They allow you to manage your sales even more effectively.
Depending on how many actions we recommend, you may see one or several hints. However, if there is nothing we can recommend, you will not see that section.
You can use that information to manage your sales even more efficiently.
If your sales in the service are not active yet, you will see two additional sections over Easily manage products in the Allegro Warehouse. They will inform you:
- what you have to do to start selling
- whether you are a Super Seller, you have bought a Subscription, or whether your offers have been granted the Smart! badge.
In the following sections, you can check the data for selected marketplaces. If you sell in foreign marketplaces within the service, you can find the data concerning them here. All you need to do is click the name of the marketplace. If you select the All marketplaces option, we will show you aggregated data.
There are also three sub-sections:
- My Assortment — here, you can find information about offers and — if you select a marketplace other than the Polish one — about offer sharing. When you click [create an offer], we will redirect you to the listing form.
- Finance — here, you can check financial data in the currency of a given marketplace. We charge fees for One Fulfillment in PLN. It means you will see them only if you select Poland or All marketplaces. If you select other options, the fee value will be 0.
- Analytics — here, you can, for example, information about the number of orders or returned products. In addition, if you select All marketplaces, you will see information about the average dispatch time and dispatch speed.
Below, you can find section that features data not related to the marketplace you sell in.
It is divided into two sub-sections:
- Advanced Shipping Notice — here, you can find certain information that is available in the ASN list tab. For example, you can check whether there have been any discrepancies in deliveries in the current month. When you click [create ASN], we will redirect you to the ASN creation form. Learn more about the ASN list tab.
- Stock — here, you can check certain information that is available in the Stock tab. For example, you can learn how many of your products are unfit for sale. Learn more about the Stock tab.
At the bottom of the tab, you can find sub-sections that will redirect you to:
- help articles about One Fulfillment — they contain information about delivery options, listing offers, and selling abroad within the service
- anonymous survey — you can use it to express your opinion about the service. This way we will know what you find satisfactory and what we can still improve.
What you can find in the My Assortment tab
In the My Assortment tab you can find a list of your offers on One Fulfillment by Allegro. You can search and sort them, add new offers, and check their statuses.
Next to every offer you can see information about:
cataloged offers — you can check which product from the Allegro Product Catalog a given offer is connected to
product price
amount — we display the quantity of your products stored in the warehouse that are available for sale. We update it regularly based on the inventory.
statistics — you can see how many people have seen your offer, added it to their watchlist and how many units of a given item have been sold
features — for example, you can check how many of your offers are promoted or have the Smart! badge
status:
- draft — a draft version of your offer
- active — an offer with a product that is in the warehouse and is available for sale
- pending — an offer with a product awaiting shipment to the warehouse
- expired — an offer that buyers cannot see.
In the My Assortment tab you can edit your offers in bulk. Just select a few of them, click [edit] and decide what you want to do. This way you can also create a shipping notice.
One Fulfillment by Allegro — delivery options available within the service

The fees for those delivery options are listed in Appendix no. 4 to the Allegro Terms & Conditions, and for One by Allegro delivery options — in the service price list (available in Polish).
The fees for additional services mentioned in Section V of Appendix no. 4 to the Allegro Terms & Conditions, as well as in the Allegro.pl service price list are included in One Fulfillment — we do not charge you additional costs for them.
In the event of damage in transit or at the Allegro Warehouse, we will return the net value (as in the offer) of the damaged product. You do not have to file a complaint with the carrier.
