Fees Summary is where you will find detailed information about business costs on Allegro, a clear presentation of cost groups, as well as insight into the total sales value and the possibility to verify the profitability of specific offers, which facilitates managing costs and planning activities.
In the Fees Summary you will find:
- Mandatory fees: Basic costs related to selling on Allegro.
- Delivery: Fees charged on dispatch costs.
- Advertising and Promotion: Expenses for promoting offers and advertising campaigns.
- Subscription: Fees for the purchased subscription on the platform.
Allegro Fee Calculator — here you can see what fees will be charged for selling a product in your offer — after completing all the necessary parameters, we will show you the estimated costs for a specific offer. We will calculate them per 1 sold unit of a specific product.
The costs will be displayed in two sections:
1. Fees and sales commissions for 1 unit sold
These fees will be charged when a buyer makes an order in your offer. Depending on what you select in the calculator, in this section you will see:
- sales commission — calculated on the price together with the delivery cost
- sales commission on featured offers
- Coins fee
- minimum and maximum Allegro Smart! cost — we will provide this for an example shipment with delivery in Poland that you will settle with Allegro Standard.
For every payment in this section, you will see a gross amount and information about the corresponding percentage in the value of the product sold.
2. Recurring fees
These fees apply to promotion options and we charge them periodically, for each started promotion cycle. Depending on what you select in the calculator, in this section you will see:
- a Featuring fee, Flexible Feature fee, or Promo Package fee,
- a fee for the Allegro Ads campaign,
- promotion on the category page fee.
If you select no promotion option in the calculator, this section will not be displayed in the Summary.

The Discount Center is a section in the Sales Center where you can find all the promotional campaigns you can participate in, as well as special discounts — for sales commission, additional commission, or subscriptions.
The Discount Center also shows benefits offered in special programs, e.g., the Welcome Program (addressed to newly registered accounts on the platform).
You will also see here feature options that you will get for meeting the conditions of promotional campaigns. Just activate the package, and you can add feature options to your offers at a lower price.
Allegro Pay is an easy, safe, and convenient way to pay for purchases on Allegro. It also allows using an Allegro Pay payment card. The card forms part of the Allegro Pay service and the agreement for using your funds. With Allegro Pay, you get freedom in shopping. You can buy now and pay as you like — within 30 days from the purchase, or as split monthly installments.
In the Funds and Operations History tab, you can find 3 sections:
- Available — here you can see the total funds for payout, the sum of funds in specific currencies of the markets you sell on, as well as payouts settings
- Pending — this section is available only to sellers outside the European Economic Area and for those with deferred payouts
- Secured — in this section, you will see the amount secured for the purposes of refunds to buyers, broken down by payment operators — if you use automatic refunds to buyers.
In the Operations History section, you can search for a specific payment, payout, or charged amounts due to Allegro, generate a relevant report, or use a search engine to find an operation by a specific name (login) of buyer or a paid amount. With the Currency or Operator filter, you can search for specific payments from buyers.
Settlements with Allegro — this is where you can see the history of your bills for sales and learn how to pay for services.
We will open separate Settlement Accounts for sales on each market, where you will make settlements with us for services, among other things. We will charge you for sales on a given market in the currency assigned to that market. We will issue an invoice for you in the same currency. You will receive separate invoices for us in respective currencies.
You will make separate settlements in:
- PLN — for sales on allegro.pl
- CZK — for sales on allegro.cz
- EUR — for sales on allegro.sk
- HUF — for sales on allegro.hu
- Allegro covers most of the shipping costs of parcels in orders placed with Smart!; for low-value orders, this is over 80% of the shipping costs
- Sellers with offers that have the Smart! badge grow 5 times quicker than those without
- Smart! offers sell 2.5 times better than other offers
- You can take advantage of the Allegro-negotiated offer for order dispatch
- Allegro Smart! offers free returns not only to buyers, but for you as well - the costs of the return parcel are covered by Allegro
To be eligible for free delivery, the minimum order value from one seller is:
45 PLN - for deliveries to parcel lockers and pick-up points
65 PLN - for courier delivery
Allegro Ads serve to advertise your offers on Allegro by displaying them in the most popular locations on Allegro, on all devices, and in the Allegro mobile app.
Allegro Ads for offers are billed based on two models, depending on the advertising product you select:
- CPC (cost per click) - you pay for clicks on ads of sponsored offers
- CPM (cost per mille) - you pay for the number of views of the display ad
When creating ads, you will also see the minimum CPC or CPM. This is the lowest amount you can set for a click on or view of an ad:
- The minimum CPC for sponsored offers depends on the category the offer is listed in, and starts at 0.10 PLN per click
- The minimum CPM for display ads is 9 PLN per 1,000 ad views

In the Bargain Zone, you gain more than just listings. We'll also display listings you've entered into promotional programs and campaigns, such as Allegro Days. This will help your listings become more popular.
We automatically assign the Bargain tag to listings that:
were listed by a seller with a business account with at least neutral sales quality and include a new product
are priced at least 5%, but no more than 60%, below the lowest price listed in the last 30 days.
You can find information about upcoming or ongoing campaigns in the Sales Center. You'll also find the benefits, costs, and conditions that must be met for listings to qualify for the campaign.
One Fulfillment by Allegro is a comprehensive logistics service — from storing goods, preparing orders, packaging and dispatch to the buyer, to after-sales services, such as responding to queries about the order or handling returns. You only take care of listing offers and increasing your assortment on Allegro, and we handle the rest.

1 Coin costs 1.23 PLN (gross)
Buyers appreciate it when they receive something extra with their purchases. The buyer only needs 5 Coins to be able to use a coupon that will reduce the value of their next purchase by 5 PLN.
If you add 5 Coins to your offer, you will pay 6.15 PLN (gross) each time someone buys it.
Smart! Coins are available only to customers with an active Allegro Smart! service.
Merchant Finance is a service for sellers on Allegro that offers access to a revolving financial limit (up to 200,000 PLN), enabling the acquisition of funds for ongoing business operations and the payment of amounts due to Allegro.
The limit is provided by PragmaGO, Allegro's partner, on the basis of the seller's data, and the funds may be:
- paid to a bank account
- automatically used to pay for Allegro services, and repaid in monthly installments.
