How to list offers from a file in One Fulfillment by Allegro
See how you can quickly and conveniently list up to 10,000 offers in One Fulfillment by Allegro.
If you use One Fulfillment, you can list your offers from a CSV file. The process is similar to a standard Allegro sale.
- Open the List from file tab and click the Create Allegro file tile.
- Select categories in which you want to list offers. Then click [download template].
The template will be saved on your computer. Open the file using spreadsheet software.
When you open the template, click [enable editing].
Go to the Template tab.
- Complete Product ID, Main Category and Leaf Category in each row with the product. Based on what you enter, we will show you:
- obligatory cells (red frame) — you have to complete them to list the offer
- optional cells (grey frame) — you do not have to complete them but it is a good idea to do it. They may convince buyers to make a purchase
- cells to be skipped (grey background) — do not complete them.
- Complete the obligatory cells and, if you want, the optional cells. Remember that one row represents one offer.
If the product exists in our Product Catalog, we will automatically complete the offer title, image, and parameters on listing the offer.
If the product does not exist in our Product Catalog, we will ask you to provide additional details. You will learn what data to complete from the final report.
In some cells, you can select values from a drop-down list. Additionally, if there is the Type own value option at the bottom of the list, you can enter any value.
If you want to enter more than one value for a parameter in a cell, separate those values with "|" without spaces.
Below, you will find what details you should provide in the following columns:
- Reference number/Seller SKU— your own internal product identifier (for example, product code). We display SKUs in the My Assortment tab
- Price — the price customers pay for the product. It should be provided in PLN, including VAT (gross amount). Do not use currency symbols.
- Title — the name of the product you sell visible to buyers. Note: if the product already exists, we will use information from our Product Catalog.
- Images — in this column, you can add your own images of the product (for example, showing replacement packaging). You need to provide an URL for each image. That is why you should upload all the necessary images on the server or website beforehand. The first URL you add will become the thumbnail of your offer. Buyers will see it in the offer list. Additional images will be displayed together with product images from our catalog.
- Offer Description — in this column, you can add your own offer description — as an unformatted text or format it in JSON or HTML. we have a list of models compatible with a given product from the Allegro Product Catalog Click here to learn how to create a formatted offer description in HTML or JSON.
- Shipping price list — in that column, indicate the shipping price list we should link to your offer. If you select:
- One Fulfillment PL — we will add only delivery options within Poland to that offer. It means that the offer will not be visible in foreign marketplaces.
- One Fulfillment International — we will add delivery options to Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia to that offer. If your offer meets the requirements, we will display it on allegro.cz and allegro.sk.
- VAT rate — the correct VAT rate applicable to your sales.
- Returns Terms — a list of returns terms specified in the Returns Terms tab. If you add new returns terms after generating the file, enter their name on your own or generate the file again.
- Complaints Terms — a list of complaints terms specified in the Complaints Terms tab. If you add new complaints terms after generating the file, enter their name on your own or generate the file again.
- Warranties — a list of warranties that are specified in the Warranty Information tab. If you add new warranties after generating the file, enter their name on your own or generate the file again.
Once the file is ready, save it as CSV.
Open the List from file tab, select I have the Allegro file, and add the CSV file.
- File size canot exceed 5 MB.
- The file cannot containt more than 10,000 offers.
- In the Reports tab, you will see a new offer processing report. Download it and open using spreadhseet software.
- In the report, you will see the folowing statuses next to each offer:
- listed — it mens that an offer has been listed but is not active yet. It will become active once the product from that offer reaches the Allegro Warehouse.
- not listed — in means there is an error in the row with the offert ( for example, you entered the price in a format we do not process). Next to the row, you can see a details description of the error. Additionally, if possible, we mark the incorrent value with a red background.
If you want to correct errors, do it in the report. Next, submit it just like you did before. When we process the file, we will create a separate report.
- Done! Now you can prepare the ASN and ship your products to the Allegro Warehouse. Learn how to create an ASN.

How to sell sets in One Fulfillment by Allegro
On your One Fulfillment account, you can sell products sets and your own sets. Learn how they differ and how to prepare offers.
In One Fulfillment by Allegro, you can sell several products within a single offer. You can list your offers with:
- products sets — offers where you sell several units of the same product
- custom sets — offers where you sell different products.
Keep reading to learn how to list offers for each set type.
Product sets
To list an offer with a set of several units of the same product:
- Go to the listing form and select the product for which you want to create the offer.
- In the Products in offer section, select I am selling multiple units of this product in a set and enter the number of units.
- Provide other necessary information about the offer. Make sure to provide the price for the entire set — not for single product.
- Done! Now, you can create an ASN for those products and ship them to the Allegro Warehouse. After we accept them for storage and verify, we will automatically list the offer.
Example
You can receive a rebate on basic fees for sales made in offers with sets consisting of a single product. We grant the rebate for the second and each subsequent product unit in a set. The total amount of the rebate depends on the product category. You can check it in the table below.
Price list category | Rebate amount for the second and each subsequent product unit |
---|---|
Type A | Rebate amount for the second and each subsequent product unit 15% |
Type B | Rebate amount for the second and each subsequent product unit 10% |
Type C | Rebate amount for the second and each subsequent product unit 10% |
Type D | Rebate amount for the second and each subsequent product unit 10% |
Type E | Rebate amount for the second and each subsequent product unit 10% |
Type F | Rebate amount for the second and each subsequent product unit 10% |
If you sell products that participate in the Small and Cheap Products in One Fulfillment by Allegro program within a set — you will pay the basic fee according to the program price list for each product unit in that set. In that case, we will not grant the rebate described above.
In the case of returns that apply only to some of the products from the set, we calculate their amount proportionally.
Example
The customer makes a purchase in an offer that consists of 5 pairs of socks. The cost of the set is 100 PLN. The customer returns 3 out of 5 pairs from that set. Consequently, we calculate that a pair of socks costs 20 PLN (100 PLN : 5 pairs = 20 PLN). The buyer gets 60 PLN for the return (20 PLN per pair x 3 returned pairs = 60 PLN of return)
Custom sets
You can also sell sets of several different products on your One Fulfillment account. You can list them in a standard way — however, you need to prepare your products beforehand.
We will accept sets for storage at the Allegro Warehouse if:
- they are marked with the EAN (GTIN) code — different from the EAN (GTIN) codes used to mark individual products in the set. The EAN (GTIN) code should be placed in a visible spot and, if possible, cover the EAN (GTIN) codes of individual products in the set.
- they are composed of products from our Catalog.
- you sell them as part of one offer linked to a product from the Allegro Product Catalog. No matter if you only link your offer with an existing product, or create an offer and a new product in the Catalog at the same time, make sure that the product fully corresponds to the set you compose. Make sure that the product images show the set, the description refers to the set, and the title clearly indicates that a given product is a set consisting of individual elements (mention them and, in the case of a multi-pack — provide their number).
- they are properly attached to one another — for example, with a shrink wrap. If you tape products together — it may be not enough
- they do not combine:
- food products with animal feed
- food products with household chemicals.
If products in a set have expiration dates, we will track them. That is why you should place information about the expiration date on a set. If products in a set have different expiration dates, we can only track one of them. That is why you should place information about the product that expires the earliest on the set.
If products in a set have serial numbers, we can only follow one of them. That is why you should place information about the serial number we should check on the set. If you fail to do so, we will not be able to check the serial number for that set.
How to ship potentially dangerous products to the Allegro Warehouse
In One Fulfillment by Allegro, we handle a specified group of products. Those include selected dangerous products — for example, lithium batteries and products containing such batteries. Learn how to ship such products to the Allegro Warehouse.
Before you ship dangerous products to the Allegro Warehouse, take a look at our glossary. It contains the definitions of basic terms that you may find useful while preparing products for dispatch. If you need more information, contact the ADR advisor or use the materials prepared by the relevant entities — for example, the Polish Ministry of Infrastructure.
Glossary
Dangerous products are objects, materials, or substances that can pose risks in storage or transport. This includes threats to health, the environment, and property. Such products can be, for example, corrosive, flammable, poisonous, or pressurized. Those also include some products commonly used in households — such as spray deodorants, adhesives, paints, laptops, and cell phones.
The ADR agreement is the international agreement concerning the carriage of dangerous goods. It comprises provisions for road transport, cargo security, or labeling of dangerous substances Learn more (available in Polish).
The ADR special provisions constitute chapter 3.3 of the ADR agreement. They concern selected chemical substances and dangerous materials. Thanks to them you will know whether a product marked with a specific UN number requires, for example, special parcel marking or is exempt from the ADR regulations.
The CLP regulation is the EU regulation under which substances and mixtures are classified. The main purpose of this document is to identify potentially dangerous substances and mixtures. The regulation also informs how to:
- pack and mark such substances and mixtures before introducing them on the market
- store, transport, and dispose of such substances and mixtures
- prevent and counteract possible risks associated with these substances and mixtures.
Learn more (available in Polish).
The safety data sheet (SDS) is a document that informs about the risks posed by a given substance or mixture. Based on that information, we decide whether to accept a given product for storage at the Allegro Warehouse. The safety data sheet also informs how to store the products in question and what to do in case of an accident or leak.
In the context of One Fulfillment, the most important SDS information can be found in:
- Section 2, which contains information about the type of hazard (H-phrases)
- Section 14, which contains information about the transport, UN number, packing group, and any special regulations.
The manufacturer, importer, or supplier is responsible for providing the product's safety data sheet. The safety data sheet can come in a paper or electronic form. It should be available in the language of the country where you sell a given product. It means that if you sell within One Fulfillment also in foreign marketplaces, we may ask you to present the safety data sheet in the respective languages.
What dangerous products you can ship to the Allegro Warehouse
We can accept for storage selected products marked with the pictograms from the table below. We will do it as long as they do not exceed our specified weight or capacity for the unit package. You will find out whether each product does not exceed the specified amount while completing the form.

- they are new and properly packed and labeled. Learn more about it in our article about preparing products for shipping.
- they do not exceed limits for cells and batteries/rechargeable batteries that you can find in the tables below.

How to prepare products for shipment to the Allegro Warehouse
Before you pack the products for shipment, check if they are properly labeled and secured.
Before you pack products for shipment, make sure they are properly labeled and secured.
Unit packaging
Products you ship to the Allegro Warehouse must come in the original and sealed packaging that protects from:
- spilling or leaking
- having free access to its content
- mechanical damage
- dirt.
In addition, when you ship to the Allegro Warehouse products whose packaging is the integral part (for example, jewelry in decorative packaging) — secure it as well. You can use, for example:
- shrink wrap
- foil bags sealed with barcode labels
- seals.
Protective packaging may affect product dimensions
If you ship to the warehouse a product in unit packaging and additional protective packaging (for example, in a plastic bag), we will not unpack it before measuring. We will measure it in the packaging and consider those dimensions valid. This may make the dimensions of such a product larger enough to qualify it for a different price category. Learn more about measuring products.
You can conditionally ship to the Allegro Warehouse lithium batteries and devices containing lithium batteries. Before you do it, pack them and label correctly.
Use packaging that secures them completely (this does not apply to batteries placed in devices). Then, put them in a strong and rigid bulk packaging.
Both batteries and devices containing batteries should be packed in a packaging that withstands a fall from the height of 1.2 m (in any position) — without damage, battery displacement, and releasing content.
Make sure that the weight of batteries with packaging does not exceed 30 kg (this does not apply to batteries placed in devices).
If you ship devices containing batteries, secure them in a way that prevents turning on during transport.
Secure batteries against short circuits or possible contact with electrically conductive material (if it will be shipped in the same packaging). This applies particularly to batteries that were not pre-packed — pack them yourself, for example, in a foil bag.
Place an appropriate sticker on each packaging. In the place marked with:
- asterisk — put the UN number corresponding to the batteries in the packaging. You can check it in the table below.
- double asterisk — put a phone number where you can get more information if there is an emergency situation while shipping goods.
UN number | name and description |
---|---|
UN 3090 | name and description metallic lithium batteries |
UN 3091 | name and description metallic lithium batteries in devices or metallic lithium batteries packed together with devices |
UN No. 3480 | name and description lithium-ion batteries/rechargable batteries (including the lithium-ion polymer batteries) |
UN No. 3481 | name and description lithium-ion batteries/rechargable batteries in devices or lithium-ion batteries/rechargable batteries packed together with devices (including lithium-ion polymer batteries) |
- Required dimensions of the sticker: 100 X 100 mm. If the packaging is smaller, the dimensions of the sticker should be no less than 100 mm x 70 mm (width x height).
- If you ship batteries or devices containing batteries in bulk packaging or on pallets, make sure that stickers are visible. If it is not possible, place the sticker also on the bulk packaging and mark it with the sign: BULK PACKAGING (letters should not be smaller than 12 mm).
When you do not have to place a sticker on the packaging"
- when the packaging (unit packaging or bulk packaging) contains only devices with button batteries (including printed circuit boards)
- when the parcel consists of a maximum of 2 packagings, each containing no more than 4 cells or 2 batteries in a device.
Also, make sure that the transport document contains the following entry: Special provision 188. You do not have to do this if you do not need to place any stickers on packagings (in situations described above).
Learn more about shipping batteries and devices containing batteries in the ADR Agreement (available only in Polish) or from an ADR consultant.
- Pack textile products — which are products made, for example, of woven or knitted fabric — in transparent polyethylene bags or foil. Do it even if products are already in original, textile packagings.
- Pack leather products into cartons.
- Do not ship clothes on hangers to the Allegro Warehouse. You can only ship products with mini hangers — hangers that are a part of the packaging.

- If a product has a specified expiration date, it should be visible on the product or the unit packaging. If it is not visible — we will not accept the product for storage.
- Pack products with the same expiration date and batch number into one carton. Do not pack products with different expiration dates and batch numbers into one carton.
- If your products expire in less than 60 days — we will send them back to you at your cost. In addition — other of your products stored in our warehouse are unfit for sale — we will send them all back to you in a single shipment.
EAN (GTIN) code
GTIN is an EAN or other code — learn more about it in this article. With that code we can identify products you ship to the Allegro Warehouse. That is why:
- the code should be valid and come from a legal source Learn how to check the validity of EAN below
- each of your products should be marked with this code or have a label with this code. If a product comes in a protective packaging, the EAN (GTIN) code should also be placed on it.
- the code should be visible, clear, and scannable. It is best to place it on a flat surface — not on the edges and folds
- each of your products should be marked with only one code. If a given product has additional codes, cover them or black them out with a marker.
How to check the validity of the EAN (GTIN) code
Go to the GS1 Poland or the GS1 Global website and enter the EAN (GTIN) code provided on the product. Marking type | Product description | Guidelines |

How to pack products for shipment
- Place all products in cartons. Use durable cartons that will not tear or brake.
- Pack products in a way that will prevent them from moving inside the carton. Fill any remaining empty space in the carton. You can, for example, use air cushions, bubble wrap, sheets of paper, or corrugated cardboard. If you pack small items in a large carton, make sure that objects you used to fill empty spaces do not hinder the unpacking and identification of items.
- Seal every carton — you can, for example, use a tape or a stapler.
- If you ship cartons to the Allegro Warehouse via a courier company, mark them according to their requirements.
- If you ship your products in recycled cartons, remove any old labels and stickers or black them out with a marker.
- Do not cover the cartons completely with tape and do no wrap them with stretch foil. You can wrap cartons with stretch foil only if you place them on a pallet collectively.
How to place labels correctly
When you create an ASN for a shipment in boxes or pallets you can decide — place labels on your own, or let us do it for you. If you want to place the One Fulfillment labels on your own — follow the steps below.
- The label should be legible — do not add or cross anything out. If the information on the label is not legible — generate and print it out again.
- Place labels on the side of the carton. If possible, place them on a flat surface — not at the joint of the box flaps.
- If you plan to place the cartons on a pallet, then — if possible — place the label in a way it can be scanned without unloading the pallet.
If you place the label in an incorrect place or if the label gets damaged in transport, we may print out and place a new label on accepting your shipment for storage at the warehouse. In that case, we will charge an additional fee — in accordance with the price list.
