One Fulfillment by Allegro is our comprehensive logistics service. Check out what it is exactly that we offer.
One Fulfillment by Allegro is a comprehensive logistic service, in which we offer:
- warehousing services
- preparing products for dispatch — we complete orders and pack them into packaging obtained from recycled materials
- order delivery to your customers — in Poland and abroad. In terms of delivery, we cooperate with One by Allegro and other courier companies
- handling buyers' questions related to order fulfillment
- providing you with updated information on your inventory.
Why you should consider using One Fulfillment by Allegro
- We deal with the most time-consuming aspect of your business — order fulfillment. This way, you get more time to grow your sales or promote your offers.
- Within One Fulfillment by Allegro, we enable a wide choice of national and international delivery options to your customers. You do not need to sign additional agreements with carriers.
- If your buyers place their orders from Monday to Saturday by the time specified in the offer and select an appropriate delivery option — they may receive parcels even on the same day.
- We provide your buyers with the comprehensive customer service. We answer their questions about order fulfillment 7 days a week.
- We give you the tools to help you stay updated on your inventory. This way, you can monitor how many products you still have in stock.

1. Check whether we can handle your products within One Fulfillment
In One Fulfillment by Allegro, we handle a specific group of products. We take into account both the Allegro Terms & Conditions and products' features.
Check whether we will handle a given product in One Fulfillment by Allegro. You can also learn about it from messages displayed in your account while creating a One Fulfillment offer. If you have any doubts — contact us.
2. List One Fulfillment offers or change your regular offers into One Fulfillment ones
You can list a new offer or convert a regular offer into a One Fulfillment one.
You do not need to suspend sales in offers that you are switching to the One Fulfillment ones. You prepare and dispatch all the orders placed before we accepted your products into the Allegro Warehouse. You can list two offers for the same product: one within One Fulfillment and another one that you will handle yourself.
To use One Fulfillment by Allegro, you do not have to create a new account. You can list regular offers and the One Fulfillment ones from the same account. You will handle orders from the regular ones yourself and we will take care of the One Fulfillment offers.
When you list your first offer in One Fulfillment, you will see a list of information to complete. You only need to do it once. Learn more about activating the service.
3. Prepare the dispatch: mark and secure your products
Products you ship to the Allegro Warehouse must come in the original and sealed packaging that protects the product, for example, from damage or dirt.

4. Prepare the dispatch: create and submit an ASN
Before you ship your products to the Allegro Warehouse, prepare and submit the ASN.
When you create the ASN:
- select the products you want to ship to the warehouse
- specify how you will pack them. The required data in the ASN will vary depending on the handling unit you use: carton, pallet, or container.
- select how you will ship your products to us. You can choose your own transport, courier delivery, or delivery directly from the manufacturer.

5. Dispatch the parcels or deliver them yourself
Deliver products to the Allegro Warehouse as specified in the ASN — dispatch the parcel with courier, deliver it yourself, or order a shipment from your manufacturer.

6. How we accept products at the Allegro Warehouse
We only accept deliveries in the Allegro Warehouse during specific operating hours. See more details in the table below.

We have 5 calendar days from the delivery to the warehouse to accept your products.

7. Done! We will start providing service to your customers
As soon as we receive your products at the Allegro Warehouse, we start fulfilling your orders. From this point, we manage storage, order fulfillment, and logistics-related buyer questions for you.
8. Optimize your sales within One Fulfillment by Allegro
- Ensure good inventory turnover for your products in the Allegro Warehouse. Top up your inventory regularly to avoid any shortages at the Allegro Warehouse. This allows you to optimize your storage costs.
- Check whether you can join the Small and Cheap Products in One Fulfillment by Allegro program. With it, you will pay lower basic fees for handling selected products.
- Monitor the performance index. Regularly check whether you are effectively managing your One Fulfillment offers and stock at the Allegro Warehouse.

What the Performance index in One Fulfillment by Allegro is, and how we calculate it
The Performance index will help you assess your actions within the One Fulfillment service. It will help you check whether you are effectively managing your One Fulfillment offers and stock at the Allegro Warehouse.
The Performance index is the assessment of your One Fulfillment activity that we calculate based on data from five areas. We sum up the points you have earned in each of them and determine your result. It shows you the areas you are doing well in and the ones you need to improve.
When we display the Performance index
We display it if you use the service.
If you are just getting started in One Fulfillment by Allegro, we will start displaying the index 14 days after accepting your first products at our warehouse.
Where you can check the Performance index
You can check the Performance index in the Sales Center, at the top of the My Stock tab.
It tells you your score and what it means. You can check when your score was last updated and, if necessary, how to improve it.
If you select See more, we will display detailed information.
- We will show all components, including their partial scores and explanations.
- We will also display recommendations that will help you improve your score.
- We will explain how we calculate points.
What constitutes the Performance index
You can score a maximum of 100 points. We calculate the Performance index for 5 areas of your activity.

We do it every day. Depending on the number of points you get, we determine your Performance index level:

Does the One Fulfillment Performance index affect sales quality?
The Performance index does not affect your sales quality or the order in which we display products and offers on product lists.
How to convert a regular offer into a One Fulfillment offer
You can convert your existing offers into One Fulfillment offers. See how to do that.
You can do it only for active or expired offers. You cannot do it for offers saved as drafts, offers with a scheduled publication date, or offers you already list within the One Fulfillment service.
How it works
- Go to the My Assortment tab.
- Select an offer and cllick the three dots icon.
- Select Convert to One Fulfillment offer.
If:
- it is impossible to convert an offer — we will display the following message: Cannot convert the offer to One Fulfillment, and explain why. For example, you cannot create a One Fulfillment offer from an offer with a product that can only be sold separately, an auction, or a product set consisting of different products.
- conversion is possible only after making edits — we will let you know what you have to change. For example, you may need to complete the parameters obligatory for One Fulfillment. To make edits, click [edit offer].
- conversion is possible right away — depending on whether you already use One Fulfillment or you have just started using the service, we will display different content:
- if you already use One Fulfillment — we will display a summary of changes and the conversion button
- if you have just started using the service, click [fill in the required details], and we will display a list of tasks you need to do, such as adding settings for the Allegro Warehouse or returns terms.
Once you complete all the necessary data, click [next].
We will confirm that you have successfully completed all tasks.
Next, return to the My Assortment tab. We will display the following message again: Convert to One Fulfillment offer. This time, click [refresh]. You will see the conversion to One Fulfillment summary. If you confirm those changes, click [change].
If you request a conversion of your offer, you will see a special gray One Fulfillment badge next to it in the My Assortment tab. We will also display a window with the following message: The request to convert the offer to One Fulfillment has been made successfully.
The conversion will be automatically applied after you create an ASN and the products reach the Allegro Warehouse.
Now, you can create an ASN and ship products to the Allegro Warehouse.
Keep selling in your offer and fulfill your orders by yourself until your products reach the warehouse and get accepted.
After we accept the products into our warehouse, the offer will automatically convert into a One Fulfillment offer. In the My Assortment tab, you will see the green One Fulfillment badge next to the offer. From that moment, we are responsible for dispatching new orders, and offer visibility on Allegro depends on its stock.
One Fulfillment by Allegro — fees
Check how much you will pay for using the One Fulfillment by Allegro service.
Your costs in One Fulfillment consist of:
Service costs do not include:
- costs of shipping your products to the Allegro Warehouse — you settle them directly with the courier or freight forwarder. You can also deliver products on your own.
- costs of shipping products from the Allegro Warehouse to you — we will charge them individually, depending on the transport method and product weight, volume, type and value.
- standard Allegro service fees — we charge them in accordance with the Allegro price list.
Basic fees
We charge the basic fee for each product unit we handle within the service. The fee includes:
- accepting the product for storage
- picking and packing orders
- environmentally friendly packaging, filling and protection
- dealing with customer queries regarding orders.
We charge the basic fee the moment we dispatch products from the Allegro Warehouse to buyers.
The basic fee depends on the product volume. We calculate it based on the three longest product dimensions: width x length x height. We do it when we accept the product for storage at the warehouse for the first time.
We use the above values to determine the product's price list category — from A to F.

If your product exceeds the maximum volume for a particular type, we will charge for the next product type.
Example
- We accept a product with the following dimensions for storage: 23 cm x 8.4 cm x 20.1 cm.
- Its volume is: 0.23 m x 0.084 m x 0.201 m = 0.00388332 m3.
- According to the price list, your product exceeds the maximum volume for a type C product (0.003 m3). Consequently, we will consider it a type D product. The basic fee for such a product is 7.49 PLN net.
Use the calculator to check the estimated basic fee for a particular product. All you need to do is provide the product's category, volume, and projected sales, and we will calculate approximate costs.

We stop charging the storage fee once we dispatch the product to the buyer.
Discrepancies upon accepting products for storage at the Allegro Warehouse
There are three types of fees for discrepancies:
- related to quality — they apply to products sent to the Allegro Warehouse but not declared in the ASN. Example: the seller declares 5 flower pots in the ASN, but delivers 5 pens instead.
- related to quantity — they apply to products sent to the Allegro Warehouse in a quantity greater than that declared in the ASN. We do not charge a fee for a lower number of product units. Example: the seller declares 30 sweaters in the ASN, but sends 55 instead.
- related to non-compliance with Terms & Conditions — they apply to products sent to the Allegro Warehouse that we cannot accept for storage under the Terms & Conditions. Example: the sellers sends products that exceed the maximum permitted volume.
We charge the fee for discrepancies for each product unit according to the rates from the table below.

We will charge those fees on the first Monday after accepting or refusing to accept delivery to the warehouse. If Monday is a holiday, we will charge it the next business day.
Handling returns
We charge return handling fees for each product unit that buyers have returned to the warehouse. We will charge the fee on the first Monday after accepting products for storage. If Monday is a holiday — we will charge it on the next business day.

We do not charge the return handling fee for:
- products damaged in shipping
- products we have not accepted for storage at the warehouse (for example, products rejected due to their different serial number or expiration date)
- products from orders that were returned to the warehouse without being collected by buyers.
Product withdrawal
A fee for withdrawing products from the Allegro Warehouse is 1.19 PLN net per unit. We add shipping costs to the fee — based on an invoice from the carrier. Shipping costs depend on the carrier's price list and the weight, volume, type, and value (in the case of insured parcels) of the products we send back to you.
We will charge the fee on the first Monday after sending the products to you. If Monday is a holiday, we will charge it the next business day.
We do not charge the fee for withdrawing products for:
- products damaged in the warehouse due to our fault
- products damaged in shipping that the buyer has not collected.
Product disposal
We charge the disposal fee based on product weight. You will pay 1.99 PLN net for the disposal of 1 kg of products.
You must withdraw your products from the warehouse before we dispose of them.
Labeling deliveries at the warehouse
If you ship cartons or pallets without labels to Allegro Warehouse, we can prepare and attach them for you upon receipt. You will pay 0.30 PLN net per label.
The fee does not apply to cartons and pallets delivered in containers.
Handling container deliveries
The fee for handling a container delivery depends on the container size.

We do not charge the fee for handling the first container delivery you send from a given One Fulfillment account.
Transferring products
You pay 1.59 PLN net per unit for transferring products. It applies to transferring products between One Fulfillment accounts and assigning products to other offers.

Delivery costs
We settle delivery costs — both within and outside Smart! — according to general rules and the delivery option selected by the buyer.

We display fees on a day-by-day basis. It means that we sum up all fees of the same type from a given day and display them as a single amount. To see what the daily fee consists of — click [details].
When will I pay for product disposal?
You will pay for disposal if products:
- are damaged in shipment from you to the Allegro Warehouse
- have lost of their properties or have a manufacturing defect.
You will also pay for product disposal if we ship the products back to you, but you do not collect them. When they are back in the warehouse and stored for more than 30 days, we will dispose of them at your expense.
We will cover disposal costs if:
- we are responsible for the damage
- the damaged product arrives at the warehouse as an order the buyer did not collect.
