How to ship potentially dangerous products to the Allegro Warehouse
In One Fulfillment by Allegro, we handle a specified group of products. Those include selected dangerous products — for example, lithium batteries and products containing such batteries. Learn how to ship such products to the Allegro Warehouse.
Before you ship dangerous products to the Allegro Warehouse, take a look at our glossary. It contains the definitions of basic terms that you may find useful while preparing products for dispatch. If you need more information, contact the ADR advisor or use the materials prepared by the relevant entities — for example, the Polish Ministry of Infrastructure.
Glossary
Dangerous products
Dangerous products are objects, materials, or substances that can pose risks in storage or transport. This includes threats to health, the environment, and property. Such products can be, for example, corrosive, flammable, poisonous, or pressurized. Those also include some products commonly used in households — such as spray deodorants, adhesives, paints, laptops, and cell phones.
ADR agreement
The ADR agreement is the international agreement concerning the carriage of dangerous goods. It comprises provisions for road transport, cargo security, or labeling of dangerous substances Learn more (available in Polish).
ADR special provisions
The ADR special provisions constitute chapter 3.3 of the ADR agreement. They concern selected chemical substances and dangerous materials. Thanks to them you will know whether a product marked with a specific UN number requires, for example, special parcel marking or is exempt from the ADR regulations.
The CLP regulation
The CLP regulation is the EU regulation under which substances and mixtures are classified. The main purpose of this document is to identify potentially dangerous substances and mixtures. The regulation also informs how to:
- pack and mark such substances and mixtures before introducing them on the market
- store, transport, and dispose of such substances and mixtures
- prevent and counteract possible risks associated with these substances and mixtures.
Learn more (available in Polish).
Safety data sheet
The safety data sheet (SDS) is a document that informs about the risks posed by a given substance or mixture. Based on that information, we decide whether to accept a given product for storage at the Allegro Warehouse. The safety data sheet also informs how to store the products in question and what to do in case of an accident or leak.
In the context of One Fulfillment, the most important SDS information can be found in:
- Section 2, which contains information about the type of hazard (H-phrases)
- Section 14, which contains information about the transport, UN number, packing group, and any special regulations.
The manufacturer, importer, or supplier is responsible for providing the product's safety data sheet. The safety data sheet can come in a paper or electronic form. It should be available in the language of the country where you sell a given product. It means that if you sell within One Fulfillment also in foreign marketplaces, we may ask you to present the safety data sheet in the respective languages.
What dangerous products you can ship to the Allegro Warehouse
We can accept for storage selected products marked with the pictograms from the table below. We will do it as long as they do not exceed our specified weight or capacity for the unit package. You will find out whether each product does not exceed the specified amount while completing the form.
Those pictograms can be found on bulk packaging and unit packaging.
A single product can be marked with several pictograms.

Frequently asked questions
After clicking [submit form], the following message appears — Product data has already been completed. What does it mean?
That message means that another One Fulfillment seller has already submitted the form for that product. We therefore have information about it and can assess whether we can accept it for storage. Click [close the form] and start creating the ASN. If we can accept the product for storage, you will create the ASN in the standard way. We will no longer display the yellow exclamation mark next to that product.
