You will not have to pay any mandatory fees without sales ⎼ we are continuing our journey of fee simplification by introducing additional major changes: from March 3, we will have only one mandatory fee.
For 25 years, we have partnered with you to build the most popular shopping platform, connecting you with over 20.5 million active buyers across the region. In a few weeks, it will be even easier for you. On March 3, we will remove listing fees that were applicable in some categories as well as the unit transaction fee. There will be only one mandatory fee on Allegro – the sales commission. It will have new rates, which, for selected categories, will be higher than before. You can find all the details in the summary below.
In March, we will also simplify the use of Allegro Pay. The service has become an integral part of the financial services available on Allegro and already serves over 2 million customers. Therefore, starting from March 3, you will not pay an additional fee for transactions using Allegro Pay. This change will help you better manage your costs and increase predictability of fees while still reaching a growing customer base that spends on average 30% more than other buyers on Allegro.
We are continuously boosting the attractiveness of Allegro Smart!, not only for buyers but also for you, our merchants. The number of users in the program has already exceeded 6 million in Poland and is growing abroad. They enjoy free deliveries and returns, while the Smart! label increases sales per offer by 2.5 times. However, rising delivery costs require adjustments to the Smart! co-finance. Therefore, on March 3, we will increase the fee for shipments within Smart! However, Allegro will still cover the majority of the shipment costs. We will also start refunding the value of your co-financing for Smart! shipments in the event of consumer returns and uncollected parcels returned to sender. This means that you will not incur any delivery costs if the sale is not finalized.
We keep investing in products and services that allow you to increase sales. Last year, we launched our platforms in Slovakia and Hungary, and we also grew sales in Czechia. Currently, we have 5.5 million active buyers outside Poland, including 900,000 Smart! users in Czechia and Slovakia. Our latest logistics service, Allegro Delivery, is also developing dynamically, with a joint network of 10,000 parcel machines across Poland. We want to continue providing you with solutions that help your businesses grow.

We will replace the Coins Program with the Smart! Coins program
The Coins Program allows you to add virtual points, called Coins, to your offers. Buyers can use them to pay less for subsequent purchases. This program is a way to make your offers stand out for free. We only charge the fee for Coins once the buyer makes a purchase (1 Coin = 1.23 PLN).
What we will change
On January 29 at 11:00 a.m., we will replace the Coins Program with the Smart! Coins program. It will have very similar rules. The only difference will concern buyers: we will grant Smart! Coins only to customers with an active Smart! membership.
What it means for you
You do not need to do anything regarding this change. If you currently use Coins in your offers — we will automatically replace them with Smart! Coins on January 30.

How it is now
The maximum number of offers a seller with a newly-created account can have at a time is 20,000. After 30 days, we increase that limit to 200,000 offers — provided that the seller:
- maintains at least a Neutral sales quality level
- does not violate the provisions of the Terms & Conditions regarding linking offers to the Allegro Product Catalog and adding products to the Catalog
- uses the correct EANs (GTINs) in offers.
Sellers can register multiple Allegro accounts with a single tax identification number.
What we will change
We will introduce a limit of 500 offers listed on a single account for:
- sellers with a tax identification number issued outside the European Economic Area, Switzerland, Ukraine, or the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
or
- sellers whose registered office, registered business, or the actual place of conducting business activity is registered outside the area specified above.
The limit of 500 offers will apply without a deadline.
Sellers from outside the area specified above will be able to register only one account with a single tax identification number.

We will extend the list of protected brands

On Allegro, you can list offers with products of protected brands if you hold a business account, confirm that you know the Brand Protection Conditions, and act according to them.

You will no longer be able to log in to the Allegro Ads dashboard.
May 1 2025 — December 31, 2026
In that period, you will still have access to your Allegro Ads campaign data — we will send it to you by email upon request. If you want to receive the data, you will need to contact us through the form. We will send you an XLS file with the data of Sponsored offers and Display ads campaigns run on your account between January 2023 and March 2025. The file will contain accumulated statistics to the campaign level in a monthly scope:
- campaign name
- clicks
- views
- click-through rate (CTR)
- average CPC (cost per click in a Sponsored offer)
- average CPM (cost per 1,000 impressions of a Display ad)
- cost for an Allegro Ads ad
- ROAS — return on investment
- interest
- units sold (provided in numbers, without distinguishing particular products)
- sales value
- supported sales (only for Display ads).
How to use Allegro Ads after February 18, 2025
- If you are an entrepreneur and want to advertise with Allegro Ads, register a business account.
- If you want to sell on a regular account, consider moving your sales to Allegro Lokalnie where you can promote offers.

Allegro Ads: we will block the possibility of advertising offers for 30 days for selling forbidden products

You must not sell products that violate the law on Allegro. If sellers repeatedly list offers with such products, we may:
- limit their access to selected Allegro functions or suspend their account
- block them from participating in campaigns available in the Campaigns & Programs tab.
What we will change
From February 18, we will block sellers who repeatedly list offers with products that violate the law from participating in Allegro Ads campaigns and promoting offers.
What it means for you
- We monitor offers listed on Allegro and reports concerning illegal products on an ongoing basis. When we find an offer with an illegal or forbidden product, we remove it and inform the seller.
- If we discover that such violations occurred on your account on at least 3 days within the last 30 days — we will block you from advertising with Allegro Ads.
- You will not be able to do that for 30 days. In that period:
- we will exclude all of your offers from the ongoing Allegro Ads campaigns and disable promotion options
- we will block you from submitting new offers to Allegro Ads campaigns and adding promotion options.
We will remove two areas rated with stars: compliance with the description and customer service from the seller’s rating

Currently, when buyers give you ratings:
- they declare whether they recommend shopping at your store — by clicking thumbs up or thumbs down
- they rate compliance with the description and customer service — depending on how satisfied they are, they can award you from 1 to 5 stars.
- they add a comment or justify their rating — it is not mandatory for recommended purchases.
What we will change
On February 18, we will remove stars from the seller's rating.
What it means for you
- Customers will no longer rate compliance with the description and customer service — areas they currently rate with stars. However, they will still be able to recommend purchasing from you, add comments, and justify their ratings.
- We will no longer display information about the stars in the Ratings Receivedtab and the About seller section.
We stopped considering stars in sales quality in November 2024. Since then, they have not had any effect on your statistics. We display them in the Ratings Received tab and the About Seller section only for information.

We will start accounting for recommendations from buyers on allegro.hu in your statistics
For the first few weeks after launching allegro.hu, we did not include sales ratings and recommendations from buyers in your statistics. It allowed you to start selling on allegro.hu without having to worry about negative opinions from new customers.
What we will change
From February 18, we will start accounting for recommendations from buyers on allegro.hu:
- in your recommendation percentage
- in your sales quality — in the Recommendations from buyers metric.
We will sum up recommendations — you will see sales statistics regarding all marketplaces in the My Sales Quality dashboard and the Ratings Received tab.
What you can do to achieve high scores
Make sure buyers on allegro.hu are satisfied with purchasing from you. To do it:
- read our article and learn how to increase your chances of getting positive ratings from buyers.
- follow the tips of the Assistant — you can find them in the Sales Center when you click the bulb icon in the top right corner.

We now grant the Deal badge automatically – soon, we will stop accepting submissions in the current way
You do not need to submit offers for the Deal badge. We will grant it automatically in all the marketplaces.
We grant the Deal badge to offers in which you reduce the price by at least 5% compared to the lowest price in those offers from the last 30 days. Before, we only displayed that badge in the offers you submitted through the Campaigns & Programs tab.
What we have changed
Now, we will also display the Deal badge automatically. We will add it to all offers that meet the requirements for the badge — but only if the price reduction does not exceed 60%.
The Deal badge will remain free of charge in all the marketplaces.
What offers get the Deal badge automatically
We automatically grant the Deal badge to offers that:
- are listed by sellers who hold a business account with at least a Neutral sales quality level
- are not listed in the categories in which we do not grant the Deal badge in a given marketplace
- contain new products
- have had their product price reduced by at least 5%, but no more than 60%, compared to the lowest price in that offer from the last 30 days.
Other restrictions on promoting offers in a given marketplace still apply. It means that the badge will not be available, among others, in offers of sellers who have been barred from participating in campaigns, or in offers with medical devices on allegro.pl, for which sellers have not completed the required consents.
We will update the Allegro Privacy protection policy

In Appendix No. 5 to the Allegro Terms & Conditions, we will inform that:
- in accordance with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulations, we cannot deliver parcels to persons who are on sanction lists
- if we have legitimate concerns about the security of your account or transactions, we may suggest you use third-party authentication services to confirm your identity
- to counter money laundering and terrorist financing, we will use analytical support services provided by Regulatory DataCorp Limited based in London, United Kingdom.
We will also make editorial changes.
Basis: imposing certain obligations by governmental authorities, improving the operation of the platform and the user service, security/safety considerations, and editorial changes (sub-paragraphs 14.1 (b,d,h,k) of the Allegro Terms & Conditions).
We will consider the delivery cost while selecting Top offers

What a Top offer is
In the Allegro Product Catalog, we keep gathering all products available in offers listed by you and other sellers. Under each product, we group offers where it is available. This way buyers can find what they are looking for faster. First, they can choose the product that interests them. Then, they can select the Top offer that represents it or other offers with that product.
While selecting Top offers, we consider different factors, such as product price or the quality of the first image in an offer.
What we will change
We will add another factor: the delivery cost. Offers in which the total cost of the product and delivery is lower will be more likely to become Top offers. At the same time, customers' interest in the offer will no longer be a factor.

We will clarify how we sort product reviews
Product reviews are reviews of products submitted by customers who have bought them.
In the Terms & Conditions, we will clarify how we sort product reviews when you use the helpful filter. When you do that, we display reviews according to the accuracy algorithm that accounts for several factors. Thanks to the algorithm, reviews containing important product information are displayed higher on the list. Such reviews help buyers decide whether they should buy a given product.
What factors we take into account while sorting reviews from the most helpful:
- when a given review was added
- how long the review is
- whether the review contains a product image
- whether the buyer listed the pros and/or cons of the product
- how many sellers have rated the review as helpful with thumbs up
- whether the number of stars is close to the product's average rating
- the recommendation percentage of the seller the product was bought from
- the language of the review: for example, on allegro.pl, reviews written in Polish will be displayed higher, while on allegro.cz — the ones written in Czech will be displayed higher.

We will expand the list of categories in which, due to health protection or for hygienic reasons, you can only list new products. The categories we will add to the list are available in this file.

We will add drug precursors to the list of forbidden goods
We will add to the list of forbidden goods substances of category 1 and 2 in pure form specified in Annex I to the Regulation (EC) No 273/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of February 11, 2004, on drug precursors. Those are, for example, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, red phosphorus, piperidine, potassium permanganate, and many others.

If you sell weapons, ammunition, fireworks, or stun guns — we will replace the required declarations with mandatory parameters
We require specific declarations in descriptions of offers with:
- weapons
- air guns
- ammunition
- firecrackers and pyrotechnics
- stun guns.
Example: the description of an offer with ammunition must include the declaration that it is non-combat configured.
Instead of such declarations, we will require you to complete a corresponding mandatory parameter.

We will require additional information in the content of offers with dangerous substances
In the descriptions of offers with products of that kind (for example, household cleaning supplies, plant protection products, paints, solvents, etc.) we will require repeating part of the information available on the product label.
In addition to this information, we will also require a note in the offer that reads: In all cases, follow the information on the product label.

For the first parcel in an order worth 13,900 HUF or more, you will pay a fee specified in the table for orders of that value. For each subsequent parcel from that order, you will pay the amount specified in the table for orders from 9,200 to 13,899 HUF. On the other hand, you will pay the same amount for each parcel from orders from all thresholds up to 13,899 HUF.
How we will refund the fees for Smart! parcels
We currently do not refund sellers the fees for delivering returned or uncollected Smart! orders (fees that depend on the Smart! order value) because — even though the customer decides to return the purchase — we do fulfill the service. However, we do not want sellers to bear any costs related to Smart! delivery when buyers resign from the purchase. That is why, from March 3, if the customer:
- returns the purchase as part of withdrawing from the agreement (through the return form in the Purchase History tab and for return options available for Allegro Smart!) or
- does not collect the parcel
we will automatically refund the seller the fee for the delivery of the Smart! parcel (fully or partially, based on the rules we will add to Appendix No. 4 to the Allegro Terms & Conditions). Only the basic fee will be refunded — not the fees for additional services. You will not need to apply to get it. You will see the refund (in the form of a rebate) in the Settlements with Allegro tab.
We will refund the fee when the customer sends the parcel back using one of the options available for Allegro Smart! and its status shows that the seller has collected it.
Example
On March 3, your customer, as part of withdrawing from the agreement, orders the return of a Smart! order worth 100 PLN, delivered with Allegro Paczkomaty InPost, and sends it back to you within the free Smart! return. You collect the return parcel. We refund you 7.59 PLN (the fee rate from March 3).
What refund you will get if the customer returns a part of a Smart! order
In the case of a partial return, we will recalculate the order value and take into account the returned products. If the value of the order after subtracting the price of the returned product is in the lower threshold — we will refund you the difference.

We will automate refunds after canceling an order and withdrawing from the agreement
From: March 31, 2025
We will introduce changes so that sellers with business accounts will no longer have to issue refunds to customers manually. We begin with introducing automatic refunds after an order is canceled — on all Allegro platforms, and after withdrawing from the agreement — in foreign marketplaces. As a result, we will require refunds to be issued only through Allegro Finance.
How it works now
If the customer:
- cancels the purchase or
- withdraws from the agreement
you issue a refund through Allegro Finance or a transfer to their bank account.
What we will change on March 31, 2025
Purchases canceled by customers
In all marketplaces: when the customer cancels the purchase they paid for, we will make an automatic refund attempt — from the money you can see in the Funds and Operations History tab. If there are not enough funds for an automatic refund in your balance visible in this tab, we will attempt to collect the money over the next 2 working days.
If there are still no funds for a refund after that time passes:
In foreign marketplaces: we will create an automatic Allegro Protect refund request on behalf of the registered customer and issue the refund within the program. Next, we will add the refund amount to your remaining Allegro service fees — you will find it in the Settlements with Allegro tab.
- On allegro.pl: as it is now, the customer will be able to open a Discussion with you. If you do not reach an agreement — the customer will have the option to submit a request to be refunded from the Allegro Protect program.
Withdrawal from the agreement
- In foreign marketplaces: If the customer returns the product and you fail to make a decision regarding the refund (refunding the money or declining the return) within 7 days of receipt — we will make an automatic refund attempt. We will issue it from the funds you can see in the Funds and Operations History tab. If there are not enough funds for an automatic refund in your balance visible in this tab, we will attempt to collect the money over the next 24 hours.
If making the refund proves impossible, we will create an automatic Allegro Protect refund request on behalf of the registered customer. When we pay the equivalent of the refund under the program, we will add this amount to your remaining Allegro service fees — you will find it in the Settlements with Allegro tab. If the returned product has not reached you and we collect the money, we will help you resolve this issue with an Allegro Protect appeal.
The way of refund
We will require that refunds to customers be carried out through Allegro Finance and not directly to the customer's bank account (outside Allegro). Thanks to this, you will get the transaction rebate (sales commission refund) faster. It will apply to:
- all marketplaces — in the case of canceling a purchase
- foreign marketplaces — in the case of withdrawing from the agreement.
What will stay the same
- The time to issue a refund specified by our returns policy:
- 2 working days — from the moment the purchase is canceled
- 7 calendar days from the day you receive the product — in the case of returns made when withdrawing from the agreement.
- The possibility to enable the automatic payment of refunds to customers after they cancel the purchase or return the product.
- The way of issuing a refund when a customer from allegro.pl withdraws from the agreement.

If there is a block on your regular account due to overdue fees, we will automatically collect them from your sales funds

How it is now
We automatically collect sellers' obligations towards us (for example, sales commission, fees for promotion, etc.) on all business accounts and on regular accounts on which sellers enabled this option.

What we will change
From April 1, we will automatically collect fees on regular accounts on which we have imposed a sales block due to overdue fees.
We will attempt to collect only the debt due, that is, the debt amount required to unlock the account. It comprises the charged and refunded fees in a given month. It may differ from your current balance, which accounts for all receivables. If you receive invoices from us — the amount on the invoice may also differ. That is because the balance is dynamic and updated regularly.
If we have imposed a block on your account due to overdue fees, we will collect them while issuing the payout of sales funds you order on demand or automatically. It means that we will reduce the payout amount by the debt due — the amount required to unlock your account.
We will disable the automatic collection of receivables when:
- the sellers pay back the debt on their own or
- when we collect it automatically.
We will let you know by email when we enable and disable the automatic fee collection.
Example
We charged you a sales fee of 150 PLN for April. At the beginning of May, we issue a bill for 150 PLN with payment due by May 15. In May, you continue selling and we charge another 100 PLN for current fees. If you fail to pay off the arrears from April, your current balance is 250 PLN, of which:
- 150 PLN is the amount you owe us (debt due)
- 100 PLN is the amount of your current fees for May.
If you fail to pay off the bill for April (debt due) by June 1, we will:
- impose a sales block on your account for your arrears for April
- enable the automatic fee collection
- issue a bill for 100 PLN with the payment due by June 15.
Until June 15, we will attempt to automatically collect the amount you owe us ( debt due) for April from your account — 150 PLN. If we fail to collect it and you do not pay your arrears off, after June 15, we will attempt to automatically charge the amount you owe us for April and May (debt due) — 250 PLN.
Where you will find the amount we have collected
You will see how much money we have collected and the payment ID in the Funds and Operations History tab. When you click the ID, we will redirect you to the Settlements with Allegro tab.
In the Settlements with Allegro tab, you will find a detailed summary of collected fees and sales commissions. You can find it under the name Collection of fees from income.
What you will see in the invoice (if you receive it)
If we collect receivables automatically for a given settlement period ― we will account for them in the invoice for our services. If we collect:
- the full amount ― the invoice will be paid and you will not need to settle with us for that month
- part of the amount ― you will need to pay the amount provided in the Total amount to be paid field in the invoice.

We will change the rules for featuring offers
From: March 31, 2025
What the Feature and Flexible Feature are
If you select one of those options when listing your offer in the listing form, it will always be placed higher than offers of other sellers who have not used that option. It will appear on the list of promoted products in a given category — if it is also the Top offer of that product — and in the search results.
How it is now
Currently, sellers can buy a Feature in any offer.
What we will change
Only sellers with business accounts with at least a Neutral sales quality level will be able to buy a Feature. It will only be possible in offers that meet the following conditions:
- their Condition parameter value is new
- they come in the buy now format
- they are not a set consisting of different products (for example, you will not be able to feature a shampoo and a conditioner listed as a set).
Offers for which you bought a Feature before March 31 will be featured until the end of the period you paid for. From March 31, you will not be able to feature an offer that does not meet the conditions specified above.

What we will change in Appendix No. 7A that constitutes the Terms & Conditions of PayU Service
We will extend from 45 to 75 days the possible suspending period of the settlement tool functionalities. PayU implements it when it suspects a breach of account or transaction security, concerning, for example:
- the collection of money from transactions that violate the rules set out in T&C
- conducting sales using a third party’s identity
- an account being taken over by an unauthorized third party.
What we will change in Appendix No. 7B that constitutes the Terms & Conditions of the Przelewy24 service
We will update the amount of the share capital of PayPro S.A., which is the entity providing the Przelewy24 service — from 5,476,300.00 PLN to 4,737,100.00 PLN.
What we will change in Appendix No. 7C that constitutes the Allegro Finance Terms & Conditions
- We will extend from 45 to 75 days the possible suspending period of the settlement tool.
- We will describe how that service works for buyers.
- We will update the amount of the share capital of Allegro Finance Sp. z o. o., which is the entity providing the Allegro Finance service — from 1,550,000.00 PLN to 2,750,000.00 PLN.
What we will change in the Allegro Finance sp. z o.o. Privacy protection policy
- We will add provisions stating that — due to the application of financial security measures — we may process data that relates to holding political positions or being associated with such positions
- We will expand the scope of the personal details we process.
- We will add the information that, if the transaction is made to an entity from outside the EEA or to a bank account held by a financial institution outside the EEA, we may, on a one-time basis, transfer the personal data outside the EEA (to process that transaction).
