What the promotion options are and how to use them
If you want to attract even more customers to your offers on Allegro, take advantage of promotions. You have many options — from the option of adding Smart! Coins to your offers, through Featuring offers, to advertising using Allegro Ads which users will see — for example — on Google.
Those promotion options are available only on allegro.pl
If you want to promote your offers in other marketplaces, use Allegro Ads.
When you can use the promotion options
You need to meet specific requirements to take advantage of those options. You can only buy them in offers that:
- you list from a business account with at least a Neutral sales quality level
- have the Condition parameter: New
- are in the buy now format
- are not a set consisting of different products (for example, you will not be able to feature a shampoo and a conditioner listed as a set).
If the sales quality level on your account drops below Neutral — you have 7 days to improve it before we disable the promotion options in your offers.
What promotion options are available
Feature and Flexible Feature
If you select one of those options when listing your offer in the listing form, it will always be placed higher than the offers of other sellers, who have not used that option. It will appear on the list of promoted products in a given category — if it is also the Top offer of that product — and in the search results.
If your offer is also linked to the product from the Allegro Product Catalog — it can become the Top offer and represent the product. That way, more customers will notice it.
If you choose:
- Feature — we will be promoting your offer for 10 days
- Flexible Feature — we will be promoting your offer for 1 day.
Promo Package
The Promo Package consists of Feature, Bold, and Highlight. If you choose it, we will feature your offer on the list of promoted products in the selected category — if it is also the Top offer of that product — and in the search results.
Additionally, we will:
- make the title of your offer stand out with a bold font and
- display the offer against a blue background
when the buyer:
- goes to the Other offers with this product section on the product page
- clicks [compare X offers] on the product list.
If your offer is also linked to the product from the Allegro Product Catalog — it can become the Top offer and represent the product. That way, more customers will notice it.
Promotion on the category page
If you select this option, your offer will be featured on the page of the category you list your offer in. It will be placed in a special gallery of promoted offers. The gallery contains an offer thumbnail, price, and title. From there, buyers will go directly to your offer page.
You can enable promotion on the category page only in the listing form, in the Promotion options section. You cannot do that in the My Assortment tab.
We display up to 12 offers on one screen in the gallery. The offers change automatically when you refresh the page. When you click [see more offers], we will redirect you to the list of all offers promoted in a given category.
Many people browse category pages — this is the landing page for those who click the category name on the Allegro home page. That is why that promotion option is so attractive.

How to use the promotion options
You can enable promotion options:
- in the Promotion options section of the listing form — when you list offers
- in the My Assortment tab or by editing an offer — if you want to promote an already listed offer
- through the API.
You can check the exact promotion fees for a given offer in the summary before you list it.
How to enable Promotion options while listing offers
- Go to the listing form.
- Complete the information on the products you sell.
- In the Promotion options section, select the one that fits your needs best:
Here, you can also check the benefits that come with each of the promotion options. To learn more, click on the arrow and read what each of the benefits means:
- Chance to sell — how high the sales will be in a given offer
- Displaying offers at the top of the list — your offers will be displayed at the top of the list of offers linked to the Product Catalog, above the offers that are not promoted
- Priority in the Top offer selection — we will prioritize your offer when selecting the offer to represent a given product. If your offer becomes the one representing the product, we will display it above other, non-featured offers in the search results.
- Possibility to appear in Google — featured products have a chance to appear in the Google network (search engine, YouTube, display ads) as part of the paid promotion carried out by Allegro
- Your offer with zero rates — you can enable payment in installments in your offer. If the product price is lower than 1,000 PLN, we will display a special badge
- Bold — your offer will be bolded on the list of offers
- Highlight — your offer will be displayed on a blue background
- Fee charged per day — if you select Flexible feature or Promo package, we will charge the fees every day.
Managing the promotion options
In the My Assortment tab, you can:
- enable or disable Feature, Flexible Feature, or Promo Package at any time:
- in a given offer
- in several offers simultaneously — select the offers and click [promotion] on the bottom bar
- check what offers you are currently promoting. We will display a special badge next to them, and by clicking on [details], you will be able to see more information about the option and planned changes in the offer promotion
- change the promotion options in your offers
- disable the promotion options for expired offers — that way, you will decide whether to continue promoting them after relisting.
You can also make changes to offer promotions through the listing form when you edit offers.
Managing promotion in auctions
Changes to auction promotion can be made only if no bids have been placed in it.
Why it is worth promoting offers
- Our research shows that you increase the chance to sell a product even seven times.*
- You can present your offers and products on top of the search results.
- We consider featured offers first when selecting the Top offer — the offer representing a product.
- You can grant your customers access to extended periods of 0% installments.

Payout of funds in the case of payouts with installments
In offers with the Feature, Flexible Feature, or Promo Package options, we enable ZERO Rates. Buyers who purchase in such offers can pay for products in installments (you receive the entire amount at once).
To pay out the funds from sales in offers where the buyer has chosen payment in installments, you need to have the Przelewy24 option enabled in your Allegro Finance balance. If you still have not enabled it — check how to do that.
