The Allegro One delivery options within Allegro Delivery
Allegro One is our service thanks to which you can offer your customers fast courier delivery as well as delivery to pick-up points and parcel lockers.
The Allegro One delivery options are available only within the Allegro Delivery program. In our article, you can find more details about the program and the Allegro One delivery options.
Allegro One deliveries are handled by 3 couriers within 2 delivery options:
- Allegro One (Point, Box) — parcels are collected and delivered by UPS or DPD couriers across Poland:
- with next-day delivery:
- to pick-up points — Allegro One Point
- to parcel lockers — Allegro One Box
- Allegro One (Point, Box, Courier) — parcels are collected and delivered by Allegro One Courier in selected cities:
- with next-day delivery:
- to pick-up points — Allegro One Point
- to parcel lockers — Allegro One Box
- to the buyer's doorstep — Allegro One Courier and Allegro One Courier payment on delivery
- with same-day delivery:
- to parcel lockers — Allegro One Box (you can enable that delivery option within Allegro Delivery on specific conditions — learn more). You can enable Allegro One only in a package with other delivery options within the Allegro Delivery program.
- with next-day delivery:

Delivery methods:
- Allegro One (Point, Box) — delivery to pick-up points and parcel lockers across Poland
- Allegro One (Point, Box, Courier) — delivery to pick-up points, parcel lockers, and the buyer's address in selected cities
Delivery options:
- Allegro One Point — delivery to Kolporter convenience stores, epaka.pl, Furgonetka, Auchan, or Pakersi pick-up points, among others.
- Allegro One Box — delivery to parcel lockers
- Allegro One Courier — delivery to the buyer's address with payment in advance and on delivery
Couriers:
- UPS — handles parcels within the Allegro One (Point, Box) delivery option
- DPD — handles parcels within the Allegro One (Point, Box) delivery option
- Allegro One Courier — the courier that handles parcels within the Allegro One (Point, Box, Courier) delivery option
What you can gain with Allegro One
- The Allegro One delivery options, being part of Allegro Delivery, are available within Allegro Smart!
- You do not need to conclude any separate agreement. You can dispatch parcels through Ship with Allegro or by integrating the Ship with Allegro API with external integrators, such as Baselinker or EasyUploader.
- You can offer to your customers:
- fast delivery to a network of pick-up points
- same-day or next-day delivery to parcel lockers, also on Saturdays (for next-day delivery)
- attractive delivery price outside Allegro Smart!
- free returns within and outside Allegro Smart! (if you complete the information in the Returns Terms tab).
- You can dispatch parcels with next-day delivery at Allegro One Point or Allegro One Box, or order a courier pick-up. You can order a one-time pickup or set fixed pick-ups. Both options are free of charge.
- If the buyer does not collect the parcel, you will not pay for its return shipping.
- The price of the service includes parcel insurance up to 5,000 PLN.
- If your buyers select the Allegro One delivery, they will have the chance to participate in many promotional campaigns. We reward buyers for collecting parcels with free eBook codes and courses. We plant trees on their behalf as well. We also launch special promotions for them, for example, Nocne Premiery (Night Premieres) and competitions.
- We can deliver orders your buyers place late in the evening on the next working day.
- You can dispatch parcels with same-day delivery on the same day or later — according to what you declare in the offer. We will deliver parcels on the day you dispatch them.
Where Allegro One Courier is available
You can check the service availability in a specific city using our search tool (available in Polish). You can also check the cutoff times — the times by which you can order a courier pick-up.
How to enable Allegro One in your offers
You can enable Allegro One only in a package with other delivery options within the Allegro Delivery program. Check how to do that.
How to set the same-day dispatch time
The same-day dispatch time is the time by which buyers must place their order and pay for it if they want the parcel to be dispatched on the same day. For Allegro One delivery options, you can set the same-day dispatch time in the Delivery settings tab — in the Ordering time settings section:
In the Ordering time settings section, complete the following parameters:
- in Same-day dispatch settings depending on the city:
- Allegro One (Box) — if you enable the same-day delivery in Allegro One (Point, Box, Courier)
- Allegro One (Point, Box, Courier) — if you enable the next-day delivery in Allegro One (Point, Box, Courier)
- in Same-day dispatch settings:
- Allegro One (Point, Box) — DPD
- Allegro One (Point, Box) — UPS — if you enable Allegro One (Point, Box).
Make sure to consider the following when setting times by which customers can place orders:
- the time you need for order picking and packing
- the time by which you can order a courier pick-up.
For the Allegro One Box same-day delivery option, we display the same-day dispatch time based only on your settings in the Delivery settings tab. Unlike the other delivery options, we do not verify whether you dispatch 95% of orders on the same day.

Which courier will handle the order
You can check which courier will collect and deliver your parcel in the Orders tab. In the Delivery details section, you will see the name of the delivery option for the specific order.
You will also see the names of delivery options in the Ship with Allegro dispatch form. At the same time, they are the names of the agreements you dispatch parcels under.
How to correctly pack a parcel
- Adjust the packaging to the weight and content of the parcel.
The packaging must be durable and the parcel properly sealed and secured. It should be impossible to access the contents without damaging the packaging. A cardboard box itself provides adequate protection — if possible, do not use any external packaging.
You can pack your parcels using envelopes, cardboard boxes, foil packs, or stretch foil.
- Use fillers to fill in any empty space. The contents should not move around during transit.
Adjust the fillers to the parcel content. For example, use styrofoam packing forms for home appliances, and offcuts or bubble wrap for light items.
Stick the label flat in a visible place.
If you reuse packaging — remove all old labels and other markings.
If you send an irregularly shaped item — use a bigger packaging so that the item does not stick out. Fill in any free space with fillers.
How to dispatch the parcel
You can dispatch Allegro One parcels within Allegro Delivery through the Ship with Allegro tool. You can also dispatch them by integrating the Ship with Allegro API with external systems, like Baselinker or EasyUploader. You do not need to conclude a separate agreement with the carrier.
To use the Ship with Allegro API and dispatch a new parcel, activate your account and follow the instructions. Check how to manage parcels through Ship with Allegro. If you have problems with integration or dispatching parcels through the Ship with Allegro API, contact us.
You can order a courier to collect your parcel. The courier will collect the parcel from the address you provide in the dispatch form. Within Allegro One, the UPS, DPD, and Allegro One Courier pick-ups are free of charge.
For parcels with same-day delivery, it is the only available dispatch option.

How to dispatch parcels on Saturday
We collect and deliver the parcels you dispatch with the Allegro One (Point, Box) delivery option from Monday to Friday. However, within the Allegro One (Point, Box, Courier) next-day delivery option we handle the parcels also on Saturdays.
On Saturdays, you can dispatch parcels in a standard way. After completing parcel data in Ship with Allegro, select a courier pick-up on Saturday.
On Saturdays, all the Allegro One parcels with next-day delivery are handled only until the inter-city cutoff time. That is why you should order the pick-up by that time. You can check cutoff times on our website.
Depending on the delivery time the buyer selects while placing the order, we deliver parcels with next-day delivery on the next working day — Monday.
In your offers, we will display a badge informing about fast delivery if in the Same-day dispatch settings depending on the location section for Saturday you complete the following field:
- Allegro One (Point, Box, Courier) — for parcels with next-day delivery.
