How to start using One Fulfillment by Allegro
You do not have to create a new account to use One Fulfillment by Allegro. Tools and features related to the service will be available on each of Allegro account — if you list at least one offer within One Fulfillment on it and accept the Terms & Conditions of the service.
What requirements you need to meet to join the service
You can join the service if you meet three requirements:
- you are a registered and active VAT payer in Poland
- you have a Polish Tax Identification Number (VAT PL) included in the so-called White List of VAT payers
- your business address in the One Fulfillment account settings matches the address from the White List of VAT payers.
We verify those conditions before you start selling within One Fulfillment. Then, we do it daily. Learn more.
How to launch One Fulfillment
You can do it in two ways, depending on if you already have an Allegro business account or not.
- If you already have an Allegro business account — go to the listing form and proceed with the steps to join One Fulfillment.
- If you do not have an Allegro account yet — create it.

How to launch the service if you have a business account
- In the My Sales tab, you can choose how you want to list offers:
- through the form
- with a file (up to 10,000 offers at once)
- through the API.
This article describes the first method.
- To use the listing form, click [list via form]. Then, select the product from the Allegro Product Catalog you want to sell.
- Decide how you would like to handle this product. To list an offer in One Fulfillment, select Let Allegro Warehouse handle this for me.
- When you list your first offer in One Fulfillment, you will see a list of information you can add. You only need to add it once.
- Start with accepting the One Fulfillment Terms & Conditions.
- Then, begin the verification of your VAT PL tax number.
- In the next step, you can provide instructions for the Allegro Warehouse. Decide what the Allegro Warehouse should do with your products. Determine if you want us to:
- return the withdrawn products to the address you provide. Enter the address to which we will return the products from the Allegro Warehouse. If you want, you can also provide your phone number and additional information (for example, the full address of your warehouse).
- dispose of the withdrawn products for a fee.
- Finally, click [save].
- Add and save a return policy.
Add and save a complaints policy.
Check whether we have set the sales policy on your account correctly. If you want to — change it or add a new one. All you need to do is click [see], and edit it and save the changes.
Done! You can proceed to listing an offer.
You can change the sales policy any time
You can do it in the following tabs:
- Returns Terms
- Complaints Terms
- Warranty Information
- Address for withdrawals from the Allegro Warehouse.
The changes you introduce to the Complaints Terms and Warranty Information will apply to both One Fulfillment and regular offers.
On the Returns Terms page, you can edit returns policies for both One Fulfillment offers and the offers that you dispatch yourself. To do this, select the relevant indicator when creating a returns policy.
Changes you make in the Address for withdrawals from the Allegro Warehouse tab will apply only to the One Fulfillment offers.
You can have a maximum of 2 offers that are the same on your accounts
You will be able to list up to 2 offers with a given product with the parameter New in one subcategory — regardless of the number of accounts you have. If you list multiple offers of the same product, we may terminate them.
How to join the service if you do not have an Allegro account yet
- Go to this page and click [create new account] — we will redirect you to the application form.
- Complete your company data and confirm your bank account with a quick online payment or standard transfer.
- Attach all the required files. Click [send all documents]. That is all! We will verify your company details and inform you about the verification result by email. This may take several days.
After a successful account verification, you can list your first offers. Check how to prepare them.
What is the difference between the One Fulfillment Account and the Allegro business account
One Fulfillment features most of the options and settings we provide on the Allegro business account. However, due to the nature of order management in the One Fulfillment by Allegro service, some of the functions you know are not available.
For example, in One Fulfillment:
- you cannot use the Sales break option or set your business hours — it is not necessary because we process your customers' orders no matter whether you work on that day. However, it is your task to provide customer service — for example, to answer questions about your product or to attach invoices to orders
- you cannot add shipping price lists and cannot set the way of calculating delivery costs — in One Fulfillment by Allegro we do it for you
- you cannot set the specific amount for free delivery
- you cannot offer your customers personal pick-up of their orders — it is not necessary because customers can order products with courier delivery to the address they specify
- you cannot set terms of the same-day dispatch — in One Fulfillment by Allegro we do it for you
- you cannot add additional services — services like home delivery or assembly are not available in One Fulfillment by Allegro
- you cannot disable the automatic refund of payment for a canceled order option — in One Fulfillment by Allegro, it is a default option.
In One Fulfillment, you can find many other features that are not available on the Allegro business account — for example, features regarding listing offers, creating ASNs, and checking the inventory.
