What is One Fulfillment by Allegro
One Fulfillment by Allegro is our comprehensive logistics service. Check out what it is exactly that we offer.
One Fulfillment by Allegro is a comprehensive logistic service, in which we offer:
- warehousing services
- preparing products for dispatch — we complete orders and pack them into packaging obtained from recycled materials
- order delivery to your customers — in Poland and abroad. In terms of delivery, we cooperate with One by Allegro and other courier companies
- handling buyers' questions related to order fulfillment
- providing you with updated information on your inventory.
Why you should consider using One Fulfillment by Allegro
- We deal with the most time-consuming aspect of your business — order fulfillment. This way, you get more time to grow your sales or promote your offers.
- Within One Fulfillment by Allegro, we enable a wide choice of national and international delivery options to your customers. You do not need to sign additional agreements with carriers.
- If your buyers place their orders from Monday to Saturday by the time specified in the offer and select an appropriate delivery option — they may receive parcels even on the same day.
- We provide your buyers with the comprehensive customer service. We answer their questions about order fulfillment 7 days a week.
- We give you the tools to help you stay updated on your inventory. This way, you can monitor how many products you still have in stock.
- You will be assigned an Account Manager. They will keep in touch with you, provide you with all the support you need, and answer your questions.
What conditions you need to meet to start using One Fulfillment by Allegro
You must meet three conditions to start using One Fulfillment by Allegro. We check them before you start selling within the service. We reverify them every 90 days.
You need to meet three conditions to start using One Fulfillment:
- you are a registered and active VAT payer in Poland
- you have the Polish Tax Identification Number (VAT PL) that appears on the so-called White List of VAT payers (available in Polish)
- the business address you provided in the account settings matches the address from the White List of VAT payers.
Why we require that
If you are on the White List of VAT payers:
- we know that your business has been registered for taxation in Poland
- we can confirm that you operate in accordance with tax regulations
- we can prevent tax fraud
- tax authorities can contact you and clarify any doubts.
How we confirm you meet those conditions
We verify whether you meet those conditions before you start selling within One Fulfillment. Then, we do it every 90 days.
Before you join the service
We will download your NIP automatically from the registration form. Next, we will verify it and inform you about the result by email. If your business is registered in Poland — it usually takes a few minutes. If your business is registered outside Poland — verification may take up to 48 hours. In the meantime, you can prepare for sales ― list offers and polish their descriptions.
After you have joined the service
90 days after registering with the service, we will verify whether you still meet the entry conditions. We check whether the information about your business activity from our database matches the information from the so-called White List of VAT payers.
We check, among other things, whether:
- whether the NIP of your business is included on the White List of VAT payers
- your business has the status of an active VAT payer in Poland
- the business address you provided in the One Fulfillment account settings matches the address from the White List of VAT payers.
If the verification is:
- positive — you can still sell in One Fulfillment. We will verify your data again after another 90 days have passed.
- negative — we will inform you about it by email. You will still be able to sell in One Fulfillment, however, temporarily, you will not create new ASNs. It means that, until you clarify the situation, we will not accept your products for storage at the warehouse.
You have 45 days from the moment you receive our messages to clarify the situation. You can, for example:
- go to Account information and check whether your business details are correct
- check whether your business details from the White List of VAT payers are correct
- contact your Account Manager and ask for their support in clarifying the situation
- contact the tax office or tax advisor.
Once you have clarified the situation — inform your Account Manager as soon as possible. We will check whether your details on the White List of VAT payers are correct and we will unblock creating ASNs.
If you do not contact us sooner, we will verify your eligibility for the service 45 days after you receive our previous message.
If you meet the service conditions — we will inform you about it by email. We will also unlock creating ASNs. We will perform the next verification of your data in another 90 days.
If you do not meet the service conditions — we will inform you about it by email. We may also suspend your One Fulfillment account. If we do that:
- we will terminate your ongoing offers
- you will need to withdraw your products from the Allegro Warehouse. If you fail to do that — we will dispose of them at your expense.
One Fulfillment by Allegro — fees
Check how much you will pay for using the One Fulfillment by Allegro service.
Your costs in One Fulfillment consist of:
Service costs do not include:
- costs of shipping your products to the Allegro Warehouse — you settle them directly with the courier or freight forwarder. You can also deliver products on your own.
- costs of shipping products from the Allegro Warehouse to you — we will charge them individually, depending on the transport method and product weight, volume, type and value.
- standard Allegro service fees — we charge them in accordance with the Allegro price list.
Basic fees
We charge the basic fee for each product unit we handle within the service. The fee includes:
- accepting the product for storage
- picking and packing orders
- environmentally friendly packaging, filling and protection
- dealing with customer queries regarding orders.
We charge the basic fee the moment we dispatch products from the Allegro Warehouse to buyers.
The basic fee depends on the product volume. We calculate it based on the three longest product dimensions: width x length x height. We do it when we accept the product for storage at the warehouse for the first time.
We use the above values to determine the product's price list category — from A to F.

If your product exceeds the maximum volume for a particular type, we will charge for the next product type.
Example
- We accept a product with the following dimensions for storage: 23 cm x 8.4 cm x 20.1 cm.
- Its volume is: 0.23 m x 0.084 m x 0.201 m = 0.00388332 m3.
- According to the price list, your product exceeds the maximum volume for a type C product (0.003 m3). Consequently, we will consider it a type D product. The basic fee for such a product is 7.49 PLN net.
Use the calculator to check the estimated basic fee for a particular product. All you need to do is provide the product's category, volume, and projected sales, and we will calculate approximate costs.

We stop charging the storage fee once we dispatch the product to the buyer.
Discrepancies upon accepting products for storage at the Allegro Warehouse
There are three types of fees for discrepancies:
- related to quality — they apply to products sent to the Allegro Warehouse but not declared in the ASN. Example: the seller declares 5 flower pots in the ASN, but delivers 5 pens instead.
- related to quantity — they apply to products sent to the Allegro Warehouse in a quantity greater than that declared in the ASN. We do not charge a fee for a lower number of product units. Example: the seller declares 30 sweaters in the ASN, but sends 55 instead.
- related to non-compliance with Terms & Conditions — they apply to products sent to the Allegro Warehouse that we cannot accept for storage under the Terms & Conditions. Example: the sellers sends products that exceed the maximum permitted volume.
We charge the fee for discrepancies for each product unit according to the rates from the table below.

We will charge those fees on the first Monday after accepting or refusing to accept delivery to the warehouse. If Monday is a holiday, we will charge it the next business day.
Handling returns
We charge return handling fees for each product unit that buyers have returned to the warehouse. We will charge the fee on the first Monday after accepting products for storage. If Monday is a holiday — we will charge it on the next business day.

We do not charge the return handling fee for:
- products damaged in shipping
- products we have not accepted for storage at the warehouse (for example, products rejected due to their different serial number or expiration date)
- products from orders that were returned to the warehouse without being collected by buyers.
Product withdrawal
A fee for withdrawing products from the Allegro Warehouse is 1.19 PLN net per unit. We add shipping costs to the fee — based on an invoice from the carrier. Shipping costs depend on the carrier's price list and the weight, volume, type, and value (in the case of insured parcels) of the products we send back to you.
We will charge the fee on the first Monday after sending the products to you. If Monday is a holiday, we will charge it the next business day.
We do not charge the fee for withdrawing products for:
- products damaged in the warehouse due to our fault
- products damaged in shipping that the buyer has not collected.
Product disposal
We charge the disposal fee based on product weight. You will pay 1.99 PLN net for the disposal of 1 kg of products.
You must withdraw your products from the warehouse before we dispose of them.
Labeling deliveries at the warehouse
If you ship cartons or pallets without labels to Allegro Warehouse, we can prepare and attach them for you upon receipt. You will pay 0.30 PLN net per label.
The fee does not apply to cartons and pallets delivered in containers.
Handling container deliveries
The fee for handling a container delivery depends on the container size.

We do not charge the fee for handling the first container delivery you send from a given One Fulfillment account.

You pay 1.59 PLN net per unit for transferring products. It applies to transferring products between One Fulfillment accounts and assigning products to other offers.

Delivery costs
We settle delivery costs — both within and outside Smart! — according to general rules and the delivery option selected by the buyer.

We display fees on a day-by-day basis. It means that we sum up all fees of the same type from a given day and display them as a single amount. To see what the daily fee consists of — click [details].
You will pay for disposal if products:
- are damaged in shipment from you to the Allegro Warehouse
- have lost of their properties or have a manufacturing defect.
You will also pay for product disposal if we ship the products back to you, but you do not collect them. When they are back in the warehouse and stored for more than 30 days, we will dispose of them at your expense.
We will cover disposal costs if:
- we are responsible for the damage
- the damaged product arrives at the warehouse as an order the buyer did not collect.
How to sell in foreign marketplaces with One Fulfillment by Allegro
In One Fulfillment by Allegro, we process orders your buyers place not only on allegro.pl, but also on allegro.cz, allegro.sk, and allegro.hu. Learn how it works and share your offers with buyers abroad.
What offer sharing is all about
Our rule is: list once — sell everywhere. If you want to sell in foreign marketplaces, you do not need to list new offers. All you need to do is submit them for sharing. Once you do it, we check whether they meet all requirements. The verification process usually takes a couple of minutes. If you submit several offers at the same time, we may need more time to process them.
In foreign marketplaces, you can share offers
- listed on a business account with at least Neutral sales quality level
- that do not contain products that cannot be sold in a given marketplace
- that are available to customers with regular accounts
- that come in the buy now format
- that are not charity offers, auctions, or classifieds
- that are linked to the Allegro Product Catalog or are product sets
- where you enabled international delivery options — at least one for each marketplace you want to share them in
- that have been automatically or manually translated into the language of a given marketplace — except offers listed in those categories
- where you provide prices in the currency of a given marketplace
- that are listed in categories available in the particular foreign marketplace.
How you can meet the requirements
You have already met some of them — as they are the entry requirements for joining One Fulfillment. They involve holding a business account, the sales format of offers, and linking products to the Product Catalog. You can meet the remaining requirements through the options we enable on Allegro or within One Fulfillment.
- To make your offers available to customers with regular accounts, go to the listing form and tick the all customers option in the Who can purchase the offer section.
- When you decide to make an offer available in foreign marketplaces, we will check whether it has been translated. If not, we will translate it automatically.
- While sharing offers in a foreign marketplace, you will decide whether to enter your price manually or enable the Price Converter.
- To sell in foreign marketplaces, add a shipping price list with international delivery options to your offers. You only need to select the One Fulfillment International shipping price list when creating or editing offers in the Delivery and Payment section.
What international delivery options we will add to your offers
No matter if you decide to share your offers in Czechia, Slovakia, or Hungary — we will automatically add all international delivery options available in One Fulfillment to your offers. Those are:
- Allegro DPD Courier Czechia
- Allegro DPD Courier Slovakia
- Allegro DPD Courier Hungary
- Allegro International Courier Czechia.
In addition, if you list offers with products that can be dispatched to a pick-up point or a parcel locker, we will add to them the following delivery options:
- Allegro International Pick-up Point Czechia
- Allegro International Parcel Lockers Czechia
- Allegro Dispatch from Poland to Czechia — Packeta Pick-up Point
- Allegro Dispatch from Poland to Czechia — Packeta Parcel Lockers
- Allegro Dispatch from Poland to Slovakia — Packeta Pick-up Point

How to share offers in a foreign marketplace
You can do it in three ways.
In the listing form
You only need to select the One Fulfillment International shipping price list in the Delivery and Payment section. Then, we will add delivery options to Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary to that offer. It means that if the offer meets the requirements, we will display it on allegro.cz, allegro.sk, and allegro.hu.
When you select the One Fulfillment International shipping price list, you will see the additional part in the Price section. There, you can set the price in the relevant currency. Set the price in PLN first.
The Price Converter option is checked by default. If you want to, you can set the price manually. To do that, uncheck the Price Converter option and enter your own price.
Next, finalize listing the offer in a standard way.
In My Assortment — in the Offers tab
All you need to do is click the three dots next to the offer and select List on an additional market. When you do it, you a pop-up window will appear.
Select:
- the marketplace you want to share the offer in
- whether you want to enable the Price Converter or set your own price.
Save changes. Done — your offer has been submitted for sharing.
To check the verification status, use the market filter and select the name of the marketplace where you want to share a given offer. If the offer verification turns to rejected, the message complete missing information will be displayed under the status. Click it and see what corrections you can make.
In My Assortment — in the Markets tab
All you have to do is click the empty checkbox next to the selected offer in the column with the name of the marketplace where you want to share it.
When you do it, a pop-up window will appear. Enter your own price or enable the Price converter. Save changes.
It may take up to several minutes to verify the offer you want to make available in a foreign marketplace.
- If your offer meets all requirements — an orange icon will appear next to it.
If your offer does not meet all requirements — you will see a yellow icon with the message: complete missing information.
When you click it, you will see a hint explaining why your offer cannot be shared in a foreign marketplace.
How to share several offers in a foreign marketplace at the same time
- Open My Assortment and go to the Markets tab.
- Select the offers you want to share.
- Go to the green bar at the bottom of the page, select [markets], and then click [share on the markets].
- A window will pop up — enter the price in the relevant currency or enable the Price converter.
- Click [save changes].
- Wait until we verify your offers.
How we handle orders placed in foreign marketplaces
We handle orders placed in foreign marketplaces just like orders placed on allegro.pl. Learn more about it in our article.
It means when you sell in a foreign marketplace, most One Fulfillment functionalities, tools, and processes work as usual. You can create ASNs, withdraw products, or check your stock in a regular way. To make selling in the foreign marketplaces easier for you, we will also add a few new functionalities to your One Fulfillment account. Learn more about them below.
What we will change on your account when you start selling in foreign marketplaces
Payments from buyers
Buyers pay:
- in CZK — for purchases made on allegro.cz
- in EUR — for purchases made on allegro.sk
- in HUF — for purchases made on allegro.hu.
When you share offers in foreign marketplaces, in Allegro Finance, you will see payments from buyers both in the Polish and foreign currencies.
Returns
We handle returns made in foreign marketplaces just like the ones made on allegro.pl. To make it easier for you and foreign buyers:
- we will add to your account returns terms in the language of a given marketplace — based on the returns terms you specified in Polish
- we will issue refunds in the relevant currency. You should always have enough funds in Czech korunas, euros, and forints ― so that we can use it to refund the buyers. For that purpose, you can hold money for refunds in Allegro Finance.
- go to the Payment Refunds tab to check refund amounts in the currencies of all the marketplaces you share offers in.
Settlements
When you sell in foreign marketplaces, you settle with us:
- in PLN — for the One Fulfillment services and selling on allegro.pl
- in CZK — for selling on allegro.cz
- in EUR — for selling on allegro.sk
- in HUF — for selling on allegro.hu.

Compensation
Regardless of the sales market, we will issue compensation for damaged products in PLN — based on the net prices in the offer in the Polish marketplace.
Contact with buyers
We handle buyers from foreign marketplaces like customers on allegro.pl. It means that messages from them are distributed between you and us. We respond to messages distributed to us in the language of a given marketplace. You can use the translation option available in the Message Center.
The My One Fulfillment tab
In the My One Fulfillment tab, you can also find your statistics for each marketplace. Just click the name of a marketplace for which you want to see the data. When you select the All marketplaces option, we will show you aggregate data.
Summary of produced waste
When we pick and dispatch orders to your customers, we produce waste that should be registered. When you sell abroad, the waste you generate reaches other countries. You can generate a separate report for each delivery country in the Waste inventory tab.

How to prepare products for selling in the foreign marketplaces
To ship your products to Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary, adapt them to the requirements of those countries. They may differ — depending on the type of product. Requirements concern mostly labels, leaflets, or markings available in the language of a given marketplace.

Frequently asked questions
How to start using One Fulfillment by Allegro
When you use One Fulfillment, we grant you access to multiple options and tools that are not available on regular and business Allegro accounts. That is why — in order to take advantage of the service — you need to register a One Fulfillment account.
What requirements you have to meet
We will create your One Fulfillment account the moment you join the service. However, we can only do it if you meet two requirements:
- you are a registered and active VAT payer in Poland
- you have the Polish Tax Identification Number (VAT PL) included in the so-called White List of VAT payers (available in Polish).
We verify those conditions before you start selling within One Fulfillment. Then we reverify them every 90 days.
- If your business is registered in Poland, we will download your NIP automatically from the registration form. We will verify it and let you know once we are finished. Usually, it takes a few minutes.
- If your business is registered outside Poland, we will ask you to provide the PL VAT number before creating the first ASN. We will verify it and let you know once we are finished. It may take up to 48 hours. In the meantime, you can prepare for sales ― list offers and polish their descriptions.
Contact a tax advisor or the tax office to learn how to become an active VAT payer in Poland.
Why we require that
If you are included in the White List of VAT payers and are an active VAT payer in Poland:
- we know that your business has been registered for taxation in Poland
- we can confirm that you operate in accordance with tax regulations
- we can prevent fraud
- tax authorities can contact you and clarify any doubts.
If you meet the requirements described above — complete and submit the application form. We will reach out to you with more information. We will also verify whether you meet the other conditions to join the service. If you do, we will invite you to One Fulfillment by Allegro.
How to create a One Fulfillment account
When we invite you to join the service, we will send you a request to create your One Fulfillment account. You can create it in 3 different ways — depending on how you currently sell on Allegro.
You can create:
- a One Fulfilment account based on a business account — if you have an Allegro business account and meet specific requirements
- a new business account that we will turn into a One Fulfillment account — if you have a business account but do not meet specific requirements
- a One Fulfillment account based on the data from the application form — if you do not have an Allegro account or you already have it but we cannot create a One Fulfillment account based on it.
When you can create a One Fulfillment account based on a business account
To make it possible, your business account should meet several requirements, such as:
- it cannot be blocked
- your sales and payouts from Allegro Finance are active
- you entered Poland as the country of registration
- you have the Polish Tax Identification Number (NIP) and you provided it in this account
- you use this account to issue invoices with VAT rates applicable in Poland
- the data on the documents you submitted on registering the account are still valid.
How to create a One Fulfillment account based on a business account
- Click the registration link we sent to you by email. You can do it within 30 days from receiving the message.
- You will be redirected to the sign-in page. Sign in to your business account.
Provide the following account details:
- email address and login — they need to be different than the ones assigned to your current account
- password
- phone number — it can be a phone number assigned to your other accounts.
Accept the required consents and click [create new account].
- We will send an email with an activation link to the email address you provided. Open the email and click [confirm registration].
- We will sign you in to your new account and begin the verification process.
- This may take several minutes.
- If we verify your account successfully — we will set terms of returns, warranties, and complaints automatically. We will transfer them — together with attachments — from the business account based on which we created your One Fulfillment account. Click [go to terms of sale] to proceed.
- If the verification process takes longer — we will let you know about its result by email.
- If we fail to verify your data — contact your Account Manager.
- Check whether we set the sales policy on your account correctly. If you want to — change them or add new ones. All you need to do is click [change returns policy] or [change complaints policy].
- Click [add removal address] in the Address for removal from the Allegro Warehouse section.
- Enter the address to which we will ship from the Allegro Warehouse, If you want, you can also provide your phone number and additional information (for example, the full address of your warehouse). Finally, click [save].
You can change the sales policy any time
You can change the sales policy set on creating your One Fulfillment account any time. You can do it in the following tabs:
- Returns Terms
- Complaints Terms
- Warranty Information
- Address for withdrawals from the Allegro Warehouse. The changes you make will concern only sales on the One Fulfillment account. If you also want to change the sales policy on one of your business accounts — sign in and do it manually.
- We will redirect you to a website where you can decide how to list the first offers. If you want to:
- copy them from your business account — click [select offers] and follow the instructions below
- list offers through the listing form — click [list via form] and follow the instructions in this article
- list offers from a file — click [list via file] and follow the instructions in this article
- list offers through the API — click [learn more].
- Once you move on to copying offers, you will see a page with 3 tiles.
- Go to the Your offers tab and select the offers you want to copy. Next, click the [add to copy] button located on the green bar at the bottom of the page. You can select to copy a maximum of 1000 offers.
You can have a maximum of 2 offers that are the same on your accounts
You will be able to list up to 2 offers with a given product with the parameter New in one subcategory — regardless of the number of accounts you have. If you list multiple offers of the same product, we may terminate them.
- Go to the Offers to copy tab and click [copy offers].
- You will see a message. If:
- you are sure that the list contains all offers you want to copy — click [yes, copy]
- you want to check the list of offers to copy again — click [go back to selection]. Once you make sure that the list of offers you want to copy is ready — click [copy offers] again and then click [yes, copy].
- Done! We will start copying your assortment to the One Fulfillment service account. Once we are done, we will send you an email with a summary.
How to create a business account that we will turn into a One Fulfillment account
If ― for some reason ― we cannot create a One Fulfillment account based on your business account, we will ask you to create a new account. Check how to register and activate a new account. Once it is ready, we will turn it into a One Fulfillment account.
How to create a One Fulfillment account based on the data from the application form
It is possible if you:
- have the Polish NIP number
- are a VAT payer
- go through the verification required by payment operators.
If you meet those requirements, you can create a One Fulfillment Account. To do it:
- Click the registration link we sent to you by email. You can do it within 30 days from receiving the message.
- Provide the missing data: login, password, phone number, and country of registration. Check whether the NIP number we completed based on the application form is correct. Click [next].
- Provide the address of your business and accept the required consents. Then, click [create an account].
- We will send you a confirmation email. Open it and click [confirm sign-up].
We will redirect you to the section where you can set payouts. Provide the country of your bank and the bank account number.
To confirm your bank account number, select one of the following options:
- an online bank transfer. That option is available if you select Poland as your bank's country. Enter your bank account number and we will redirect you to the bank's website. There, sign in and confirm the registration with a 1 PLN transfer ― we will refund you the 1 PLN within a few days.
- a standard transfer. If you do not want to use an online transfer, or you have an account in a bank outside Poland, select a verification with a standard transfer. Next, transfer the equivalent of at least 1 PLN in your bank's currency to the bank account we provide. We will generate a dedicated bank account number for the purpose of verification ― use it to make the verification transfer only.
- a bank document. Select this option if you have an account in a bank outside Poland and you cannot or do not want to make a verification transfer. This option is unavailable to you if you have a Polish bank account ― in that case, we will display the online bank transfer option instead.
- Add the required documents. If you are a seller:
- coming from a country that belongs to the European Economic Area — you can find information about required documents in this article.
- coming from a country that does not belong to the European Economic Area — you can find information about required documents in this article.
Provide business owner details and attach a photo (not a scanned copy) of their identity document. Make sure it is legible: clear and of high quality. If the photo is illegible, for example, blurry or overexposed, we will reject it.
Click [send all documents]. We will let you know by email about the verification result — it may take a couple of days. While waiting for the verification result, you can set the sales policy on your account. To do it, click [continue].
Click:
- [add complaints policy] — to set complaints policy
- [add return policy] — to set returns terms
- [add removal address] — to provide the address to which we will ship products from the Allegro Warehouse back to you.

What is the difference between the One Fulfillment Account and the Allegro business account
One Fulfillment Account features most of the options and settings we provide on the Allegro business account. However, due to the nature of order management in the One Fulfillment by Allegro service, some of the functions you know are not available.
For example, in your One Fulfillment account:
- you cannot use the Sales break option or set your business hours — it is not necessary because we process your customers' orders no matter whether you work on that day. However, it is your task to provide customer service — for example, to answer questions about your product or to attach invoices to orders
- you cannot add shipping price lists and cannot set the way of calculating delivery costs — in One Fulfillment by Allegro we do it for you
- you cannot set the specific amount for free delivery
- you cannot offer your customers personal pick-up of their orders — it is not necessary because customers can order products with courier delivery to the address they specify
- you cannot set terms of the same-day dispatch — in One Fulfillment by Allegro we do it for you
- you cannot add additional services — services like home delivery or assembly are not available in One Fulfillment by Allegro
- you cannot disable the automatic refund of payment for a canceled order option — in One Fulfillment by Allegro it is a default option.
In your One Fulfillment account you can find many other features that are not available on the Allegro business account — for example, features regarding listing offers, creating ASNs, and checking the inventory. That is why before you start using the service, you have to create a new account to manage your sales on.
