- We will change the way we calculate points in the following metrics: Recommendations from buyers and Buyer satisfaction. We will grant points depending on the marketplace where the buyer made the purchase.
- We will automatically exclude from your sales quality the first negative rating you will get after the change. We will exclude each new negative rating at least 30 days after excluding the previous one.
- The reasons buyers provide will not affect your statistics — that is the sales rating, recommendation percentage, or sales quality.
- On March 28, we changed the way we exclude the ratings and recommendations from one buyer. Until now, we excluded them based on the date the rating was submitted. From today, we will exclude them based on the date of purchase.
