We have restored the section with hints to the My Sales Quality tab
Starting today, in the My Sales Quality tab, we will display the Improve your results section. There, you will find even more useful hints for improving your sales quality.
Until February 14, in the My Sales Quality tab, we displayed the Today's Tasks section. In this section, sellers could find hints of activities they could perform to improve their sales quality scores. On February 15, we temporarily removed that section.
What we have changed
Starting today, in the My Sales Quality tab, we will display the Improve your results section. There, you will find even more useful hints for improving your sales quality.
How it works
In the Improve your results section, we display hints:
- only when the actions we recommend can genuinely improve the score in at least one of the metrics
- daily — each day, we give you hints that may help you improve your sales quality scores
- taking into account how they may affect your scores. The first hint is always an action that can earn you the most points.
For each suggested activity, you can:
- take action immediately. When you do what we suggest, click [done].
- ignore our hints. If you do that, let us know why. Your feedback will be helpful to us in further developing the My Sales Quality tab.
