Ship with Allegro dispatch tool
What the Ship with Allegro tool is and what it is used for
Ship with Allegro is a free tool for dispatching parcels we have enabled for the sellers. It is fully integrated with the orders that buyers place on Allegro.
To start using it, you do not need anything apart from a business account and an order you want to dispatch. You can dispatch parcels directly from your Allegro account or through the API integration with an external system — for example, Baselinker or Sello. Depending on a selected delivery option and agreement, you will settle either with us or with the carrier.

What you can use Ship with Allegro for
Thanks to Ship with Allegro, you can comprehensively prepare parcels for the orders your buyers have placed. In one place, you can:
- use the services of different carriers — based on our agreement with a given carrier and the Allegro price list or your own agreement and price list
- dispatch parcels for your orders in every marketplace
- dispatch parcels for several orders simultaneously and several parcels for one order — depending on the carrier
- order payment on delivery and other additional services — the money the buyer pays on delivery is transferred to you within a maximum of 2 working days
- generate and print shipping labels and consignment notes
- order the parcel pick-up by a courier from a given address.
If you have a Subscription, you can:
- grant your employees access to Ship with Allegro
- use Ship with Allegro on each of your linked accounts.

Done — welcome to Ship with Allegro! There, you will see a dispatch form completed with the details the buyer has provided for a given parcel.
You can use Ship with Allegro only on a business account
If you hold several business accounts, you can only order the parcel dispatch separately on each of them.
If you hold a regular account, you can change it into a business account. You can also dispatch parcels on Allegro Lokalnie to the One Box or InPost parcel lockers.
Which carriers you will find in Ship with Allegro
You can use the services of several carriers within Ship with Allegro. The list of carriers will vary, depending on the country you dispatch from and the marketplace the buyer placed their order in. As of now, those may include:
- DHL
- DPD
- InPost
- ORLEN Paczka
- Poczta Polska
- UPS
- Packeta (Zásilkovna on allegro.cz)
- One by Allegro.
In Ship with Allegro, you will also find the delivery options offered by Allegro — within Allegro One and Allegro International. We enable several delivery options for each carrier. The delivery options differ in, for example:
- delivery place (for example, to the address or pick-up point)
- payment method (in advance or on delivery)
- your settlement method (with us or the carrier) — the agreement you dispatch your parcels under.
To enable a given option in your offers, add it to your shipping price list and link it to selected offers. If a buyer places an order in such an offer, you will conveniently dispatch the parcel through Ship with Allegro.
Under what agreements you can dispatch parcels
Through Ship with Allegro, you can dispatch parcels both within our agreement and your own agreement with the carrier. To Ship with Allegro, you can add your own agreements concluded with:
- InPost — for dispatching parcels within the special Allegro — InPost offer. This applies to the following delivery options:

Which parcels you have to dispatch through Ship with Allegro for them to be settled with us
There are specific delivery options you will settle with us only if you dispatch the parcels with Ship with Allegro. In those cases, we do not settle the parcels you dispatch, for example, with the carrier's dispatch tool.

You will receive the payment for the order within up to 2 working days after the buyer collects the parcel. You will find the money in the Funds and Operations History tab — for orders from allegro.pl and the foreign marketplaces. We will transfer the payments to your bank account once a day. We will also let you know in the Payment on delivery section.
In the dispatch form, you can indicate the bank account to which you want your payments transferred. You can select the account in the Payment on delivery section from the accounts you have added and verified in the Payout Settings tab.

To dispatch parcels that do not fit into any of the dimensions listed above, you can use the oversize delivery options:
We do not enable those delivery options in the Ship with Allegro tool — you dispatch them according to the rules of a given carrier. You can add those delivery options to your shipping price lists in Delivery Settings — you will find them in the You are settling with the carrier (Allegro Mix settlements) section of the Dispatch from: Poland tab.
How to dispatch several parcels for one order
If you want to ship an order that does not fit in one parcel — you can dispatch it in several parts. Check what options are provided by selected carriers.
You can dispatch an order as a multi-parcel if it has one of the following delivery options assigned:
If you dispatch from Poland to Poland:
- Allegro DPD Courier (+payment on delivery)
- Allegro DPD Pickup (+payment on delivery)
If you dispatch from Czechia to Czechia:
- Allegro DPD Courier (+payment on delivery)
If you dispatch from Czechia to Slovakia:
- Allegro DPD Courier Slovakia (+payment on delivery)
In the case of delivery options not listed above, you can dispatch the order as several shipments.
What the difference between a parcel and a shipment is
A shipment refers to the courier service order the carrier delivers to a specified address. A parcel is a single element of such an order, for example, a box or an envelope.
Each shipment usually contains only one parcel. However, selected carriers allow you to dispatch more parcels within the same shipment — the so-called multi-parcels.
How the dispatch of one shipment with several parcels works
All the parcels within such a shipment are seen as one order. That means they are collected and delivered together. Despite that, each parcel has its own label. There is an individual shipping number on each label, but also the information about which part of the shipment a given parcel is — for example, 1/3, 2/3.

With the carriers that enable a multi-parcel option, you can dispatch a maximum of 10 parcels within one shipment.
How to dispatch a shipment with multiple parcels (multi-parcel)
When you order a shipment through Ship with Allegro with one of the carriers mentioned above, start by entering the dimensions and weight of the first parcel. You will see the [add another parcel] button just below those fields.
Click it and enter the dimensions and weight of the next parcel. That way, you will add up to 10 parcels within one shipment. Once you add the maximum number of parcels, you will see a grayed-out message instead of the button.
When you add the dimensions of all the parcels, continue the dispatch as always. The remaining details will be shared by all the parcels within the shipment. It means, among other things, that you provide the insurance value and payment collection amount only once for the whole shipment.
How the dispatch of several shipments for one order works
In this case, particular parcels are treated as separate courier service orders — separate shipments. They are collected and delivered by the courier separately. Each shipment has its label with an individual shipping number.
If you dispatch an order as several different shipments, for each of them, you can separately provide:
- dimensions: length, width, height
- weight
- package type (parcel/envelope)
- additional information on the label
- insurance value
- payment on delivery option
- additional services.
You can dispatch up to 10 shipments for each order on Allegro.
How to dispatch several shipments for one order
When you dispatch a shipment through Ship with Allegro with one of the carriers mentioned above, start with completing all the details concerning the first shipment. You will see the [add another shipment] at the bottom of the form.
Click it — once you do it, we will display an additional form in which you will complete the details of the next shipment. Add as many shipments as you need and complete their details.
The details you provide for the shipments can differ. For example, you can dispatch two shipments with additional services and one without. Provide a separate insurance value and a payment collection amount for each shipment.
Do not copy the insurance value or the payment collection amount
You can complete both the insurance value and the payment collection amount separately for each shipment within one order. If you enter the entire order values and amounts next to each shipment, we will sum them up — as a result, the insurance value and the payment collection amount for the whole order will be incorrect.
That is why, for each shipment, you should enter the insurance value and payment collection amount corresponding to the content of the specific shipment.
That way, you can dispatch up to 10 shipments within one order on Allegro. Once you add the maximum number of shipments, you will see a grayed-out message instead of the button.
We will display the summary at the bottom of the page. There, you can check the number of shipments in the order or whether the value of the order on Allegro equals the payment collection amount — in the case when you have selected such a payment method.
Click [save] to continue the dispatching of your order as always.
How to use Ship with Allegro and dispatch parcels for orders
In the Ship with Allegro tool, you can dispatch parcels for orders from all the marketplaces your customers purchase in.
You can dispatch:
- one or more shipments for a given order
- multiple shipments for up to 20 different orders at a time.
In this article, we will show you how to dispatch a parcel for a given order step by step.

How to dispatch a parcel through Ship with Allegro
Step 1: Select the order you want to dispatch
Open the Orders tab and click [dispatch parcel] next to the selected order. We will redirect you to the dispatch form. We will complete the details provided by the buyer.
If you want to dispatch parcels for several orders simultaneously, mark them in the Orders tab and select the [send multiple] option on the green bar at the bottom of the page. You will be redirected to the dispatch form for the first selected order.
At the top of the form, you will see the basic order information:
- the buyer's login
- ordered products — if there are several of them, you can expand a detailed list with the costs
- the delivery option selected by the buyer
- additional information from the buyer.
If you dispatch parcels for several orders simultaneously, we will hint to you which of the orders the details concern — for example, 1 of 2.
Step 2: Check the delivery and dispatch details
Based on the delivery details provided by the buyer in the order, we automatically complete the first three sections of the form:
- Dispatch under the agreement — the agreement you will use to settle the parcel — we will automatically select the agreement with the carrier chosen by the buyer
- Delivery — the details of the buyer and the address the carrier will deliver the parcel to
- Dispatch — your details and the address the carrier will collect the parcel from — we will automatically provide the information from your address book or your account information.
The appearance of those sections and available options will differ depending on the delivery option the buyer has chosen.
Check if all the details are correct. You can also edit them — for example, provide different sender details on the label.
Next to the selected delivery options, you will see an additional section Decide how you will send parcel. You need to check an option — otherwise, you will not dispatch the parcel.
Step 3: Provide the dimensions and number of shipments
In the Shipment section:
- select the shipment type — parcel or envelope
- enter its weight and dimensions or select the proper size.
We will automatically calculate the parcel size and dimensional weight. If the dimensions of your parcels exceed the maximum values, we will display them in the form in red and mark them as an error. You will not dispatch parcels through Ship with Allegro until you correct their dimensions.
If the dimensions you enter differ from the actual parcel size, we will add the price difference to your Settlements with Allegro.
If you dispatch parcels with DPD, you can add more parcels within one shipment.
That carrier allows you to dispatch the so-called multi-parcels — parcels consisting of several elements, for example, boxes or envelopes. All the elements of the multi-parcel are collected and delivered together.
If you dispatch parcels with DPD, you will see the [add another parcel] button in the Shipment section. Click it to enter the dimensions of the next parcel. The remaining details are the same for all the parcels within the shipment.
In the Shipment section, you can also provide the information we will place on the label:
- your reference number — for example, the warehouse, order, or invoice number
- additional information — for example, the parcel's contents or instructions for the courier.
Step 4: Enter the insurance and POD values
You will see the Insurance value field beneath the parcel dimensions. We will display the Payment on delivery section only if the delivery option you dispatch your parcel with comes with that payment method.
In those fields, we will automatically enter the order details:
- in the Insurance value field — we will enter the value of purchased products
- in the POD amount field — we will enter the sum of the purchased products' value and the delivery cost.
You can edit the default amounts. We enter all the amounts in the currency of the marketplace the buyer placed their order in. The insurance amounts of DHL and DPD parcels are an exception — we always provide them in PLN.
If you dispatch multiple shipments for one order
We will sum the insurance and POD amounts you provide for all the shipments from a given order. Correct the amounts we entered automatically if you want to dispatch the order in several shipments.
Do not enter the entire amount next to each shipment — do it according to the value of the products dispatched in a given shipment. You can check your calculations in the summary at the bottom of the form. Learn more.
If you dispatch a shipment with payment on delivery, you can also check there how you will receive the money from the buyer.
- In the case of orders from the marketplace you are registered in (allegro.pl), with delivery within Poland — the money from the buyer will be transferred to your bank account.
- In the case of orders from the foreign marketplaces (for example, allegro.cz) — we will add the payment to your funds in Allegro Finance. You can check it in the Funds and Operations History tab. You can use that tab to easily pay out funds.
We can transfer the payment from the buyer only to the bank account you have added and verified in the Payout Settings tab. If you have added and verified several payout accounts, you can select one of them from a drop-down list.
We will verify the account number also when you dispatch parcels through the Ship with Allegro API. If you provide an unverified account number, you will see a message: This delivery option requires the verified IBAN.
If you dispatch parcels based on your own agreement
In that case, you settle directly with the carrier you have concluded your agreement with. The carrier will transfer the payment from the buyer to the account number you provided in the agreement. That is why you do not need to provide us with the bank account number in the form or when you dispatch through the API. We will remind you about it in the dispatch form.
The rule does not apply to the agreements with Poczta Polska. The money for POD parcels you dispatch based on your own agreement with the carrier will be transferred to your verified bank account — just as it is in the case of our agreements.
Step 5: Select additional services
For selected delivery options, you can order additional services, such as delivery at specific times or delivery of parcels with non-standard shapes. Click [show more additional services] to expand the full list of services available for the selected option.
You may be charged extra fees for additional services, according to the price list. Select only those services you want to order for a given parcel.
Step 6: Save the shipment or add another one
If you want to dispatch more than one shipment for the same order, click [add another shipment] at the bottom of the form. We will display a new section where you can enter the details of another shipment from the order — just as you did with the previous one.
In the case of DPD options, you will not add additional shipments for the same order. That carrier allows the creation of the so-called multi-parcel — a shipment consisting of several elements. Check the details.
Once you add all the shipments from the order or you want to dispatch just one shipment — you can confirm the order and dispatch it. To do that, click [save] at the bottom of the form. In the next window, click [order shipments].
Done! If you dispatch parcels for multiple orders, we automatically redirect you to the dispatch form for the second order. In other cases, you will go to the Selection of parcels section in the dispatch form. There, you will see the summary of shipments you have just managed to order. In the table, we display:
- tracking number of the ordered shipment
- selected delivery option
- sender's details
- recipient's details.
When you hover over the Sender or Recipient field for a given shipment, you can see the full address.
You can now download the labels for the dispatched shipments, order a courier pick-up or skip those steps and go directly to the summary.
How to check the details of ordered shipments
You will find all the information on the shipments dispatched in Ship with Allegro in the Ordered parcels tab. There, you can also:
- check the delivery status of each shipment
- manage multiple shipments at the same time
- download the documents for printing: labels and consignment notes
- download a report detailing parcels
- order a courier pick-up — also for different carriers at the same time.

To download the report, select parcels and click [download report file] at the bottom of the screen. You can save the report in the PDF, CSV, or XLSX format.
You can also check the details of shipments dispatched for one order in the Orders tab. Click [details] next to the selected order to see, for example, the shipment delivery status, its number, or the information on the carrier.
To see the list of orders that have not been dispatched yet, click the [tracking number is required] filter in the Orders tab.
If you want the order status to be automatically changed to dispatched
Go to Settings in the Orders tab and in the Status changes section, select the Automatically change the status of all orders to DISPATCHED after adding the tracking number option.
Once you do it, you will be able to sort orders by their statuses in the Orders tab.
How to download the shipping label
You can download labels and consignment notes:
- at once, when you finish the dispatching of shipments — in the following part of the dispatch form
- later — in the Ordered parcels tab.
If you want to download the documents at once — after ordering the shipments, go to the Select shipments section in the dispatch form. Click the three dots next to the selected shipment and use the menu.
You can also select more parcels and click the [download documents] option in the green bar that appears at the bottom of the screen.
What documents you can download
You can download:
- only the labels
- only the consignment notes — if the selected carrier has made them available
- all the documents (labels and consignment notes together)
For some carriers (currently: Allegro One, InPost, UPS, and Poczta Polska), the consignment notes are not available. In those cases, you can only download the labels.
We generate the labels in the format you select in the Ship with Allegro settings — you can download them as individual PDF, ZPL, or EPL files.
If you want to download:
- all documents (labels and protocols together)
- several labels in different formats,
you will download one ZIP file with all the selected documents.
How to order a courier pick-up
If you want the carrier to pick up the parcels you dispatch, you can order that service:
- at once, when you finish the dispatching of parcels — in the next part of the dispatch form
- later — in the Ordered parcels tab.
If you want to order the courier pick-up at once — after ordering the shipments, go to the Select shipments section in the dispatch form. On the list, select the shipments for the courier to pick up from you, and click [request pick-up] at the bottom of the page.
We will direct you to the Request pick up section of the dispatch form.
You cannot order a pick-up in Ship with Allegro for Poczta Polska and Packeta parcels
If you dispatch the Poczta Polska and Packeta parcels through this tool and prepare them for shipment, you can hand them over at any Poczta Polska office. If you have a contract with Poczta Polska on scheduled arrivals, you can hand the parcels over to the courier.
No matter how you dispatch your Packeta parcels — Poczta Polska will forward them, and Packeta will deliver them to buyers abroad.
In the Request pickup section, select the date and time for the courier to pick up the parcels. We will also display the address where the courier will pick up the parcel — you provided that address when you were ordering the shipment. At this point, you cannot change it anymore.
If at that moment you do not want to order a pick-up for any parcel, in the Pick-up date section, select Without pick-up by courier.
Once you select the correct options for all the shipments, click [request pick-up] to go to the summary.
What you will see in the summary
In the Summary, you will see the status of a pick-up request for each shipment you selected in the Select shipments step. You can also download the documents for the selected parcels again.
If you click [back to list of orders], you will terminate the dispatch process, and we will redirect you to the Orders tab.
Answers to frequently asked questions
Parcels paid for with Allegro Pay Business can be dispatched through Ship with Allegro the same way as other parcels.
Go to the POD payments tab. There, you will find all the payouts for Allegro Standard POD parcels in PLN that we have ordered for you since August 1, 2023. Learn how to check the details of the customers' POD parcel payments.
Yes — when you click [download documents], you can select to download only the label, only the consignment note, or both documents. You can download the labels in the format you select in the Ship with Allegro settings.
You can find such a list in the Ordered parcels tab. You can view the parcels dispatched within Ship with Allegro and manage them there. Learn how to use the Ordered parcels tab.
In the case of parcels dispatched:
- within your own agreement with the carrier — you can file a complaint to the carrier
- without your own agreement with the carrier, based on our agreements — you need our power of attorney to file a complaint.
How you can adjust Ship with Allegro to your needs
To use Ship with Allegro, all you need is a business account — for selected delivery options, you do not even need a separate agreement with the carrier. However, before you dispatch your first parcel through that tool, you can adjust it to your needs.
Check what you can set and where to do it. You can edit your settings at any time.
How to access the Ship with Allegro settings
You can find the Ship with Allegro settings where the settings of the list of orders are.
Go to the Orders tab and click [settings] on the right.
You will see three groups of options concerning Ship with Allegro on the left.
What you can adjust
When you click a given group of options in the Order settings, you can:
- add your own agreements with the carriers to Ship with Allegro
- save the details we will automatically complete the dispatch form with
- select the default label format.
Own agreements and integration within Ship with Allegro
You can enter your own agreements with selected carriers into the Ship with Allegro tool. To do this:
- In Order settings, go to the Own agreements tab.
- Click [add new agreement].
- Select the carrier you have the agreement with from the drop-down list.
- Name that agreement. You will see it when dispatching a parcel later.
- Below, provide the details you use to sign in to the shipping tool of that carrier.
- Click [add].
Done! Now you can take advantage of this agreement when dispatching parcels through the Ship with Allegro tool.
Your personal details in the Address Book
You can save all the addresses you use as a sender in the Address Book. You can use them when dispatching parcels through Ship with Allegro.
You can also remove and edit the saved addresses. To do that, click the icons on the right.
We can also automatically complete the bank account to which we will transfer your money from payments on delivery
If you dispatch parcels with payment on delivery, you will see an additional section — Payment on delivery in the dispatch form. In the case of orders on allegro.pl you settle within Allegro Standard, we fill out this section with details of the account you provided in Payout Settings. Check the details.
How to add an address to the Address Book
- Go to the Address Book tab in Order settings.
- Click [add new address] and complete the details.
- Click [save].
If you want us to complete those details in the dispatch form automatically, check the Set as default sender address field. You can do it when you add or edit a given address.
If you add only one address, we automatically set it as default. If you do not add any address to the Address Book, we will complete the sender's details in the dispatch form with your Allegro account details.
Shipping label format
In the Label printing option group, you will set the format of labels generated for parcels dispatched within Ship with Allegro. You can download a sample label anytime to check the changes before saving.
Your settings will apply for parcels of all the carriers apart from Poczta Polska. You can only change the label format for Poczta Polska parcels through the Poczta Polska tool. When you do it, we will apply your settings from that tool in Ship with Allegro.
How to select the shipping label format
- Go to the Label printing tab in Order settings.
- In the Labels field, select the file format in which you want to download the labels:
- ZPL — for thermal printers
- EPL — for thermal printers
- PDF.
- If you want to download the labels in PDF, select the format of the paper you will print on. Decide also whether you need the cut lines between labels.
- Click [save].
Done! We will save the future labels in the format selected by you.
What the Ordered parcels tab is all about
In this tab, you will see all the parcels you send via Ship with Allegro. Here, you can conveniently manage parcels — including many at the same time.
In the Ordered parcels tab, you can find all parcels you dispatch with Ship with Allegro on all marketplaces: allegro.pl, allegro.cz, allegro.sk, and allegro.hu. The tab allows you to conveniently manage your parcels — even multiple at the same time.
What Ship with Allegro is
Ship with Allegro is a free tool that you can use on your business account. It allows you to conveniently dispatch parcels to your customers, print out labels, and order a courier pick-up. Learn more .
You can find the Ordered parcels tab in Offers handling in the Sales section.
What you can find in the Ordered parcels tab
In the tab, you can browse through all the parcels you dispatched through Ship with Allegro within the last 180 days (the oldest data we show is from September 2, 2022). Next to each parcel, we will display:
- tracking number
- date of creation (dispatch)
- delivery option
- details of the sender and receiver
- amount of money charged on delivery — if the buyer selected the POD delivery option (we will display No next to parcels paid for in advance)
- information about courier pick-up — next to parcels for which you cannot order pick-ups through Ship with Allegro, you will see the status not applicable /dispatched at a point
- information about parcel cancellation.
When you click [details], you will also see:
- delivery status displayed on a timeline
- amount of money to be paid on delivery
- information about the ordered courier pick-up
- parcel collection date
- pick-up request ID
- order number — click it to go to details in the Orders tab
- parcel details that you completed in the dispatch form:
- type — envelope or parcel
- dimensions and weight
- reference number
- additional services ordered.
Use the buttons at the bottom of the window to order a courier pick-up or print documents for a given parcel. Check how to do it for multiple parcels at the same time.
What you can do in this tab
The Ordered parcels tab allows you to:
- easily look up a specific parcel, check its status, and details
- download a report detailing parcels
- manage multiple parcels at the same time, for example:
- order a courier pick-up — also for different carriers
- print documents: labels and protocols.
You can also switch to other linked Allegro accounts and manage orders on each of them.
How to search for parcels
Above the list of parcels, you can find a search bar and filters that will make searching easier.
Enter the recipient's details (first and last name, company name, or street), order number, or parcel number in the search bar.
You can also use the filters:
- date from and date to — you will see parcels dispatched in a specified period of time
- delivery option — you will see only parcels dispatched with selected delivery options
- pick-up — you can see parcels with or without requested pick-up or all parcels together.
You can also use fast filters to check the list of canceled parcels and parcels dispatched at the pick-up point.
How to download a report detailing parcels
To download the report, select parcels and click [download report file] at the bottom of the screen.
A new window will appear. There, you can choose the data you want to include in the report. You can also select the file format — PDF, CSV, or XLSX.
How to manage multiple parcels at the same time
In the Ordered parcels tab, you can perform the following actions with multiple parcels:
- order a courier pick-up for different carriers at the same time
- print documents — all types together or labels and dispatch protocols separately.
To do it, check the parcels and select [request pickup] or [print] on the green bar at the bottom of the page. You can select up to 100 parcels at the same time. You cannot select canceled parcels.
