How to correctly dispatch parcels within Allegro orders
Use the Ship with Allegro tool to dispatch parcels and settle them directly with us. If you want to settle directly with the carrier, you can also dispatch parcels in a different way.
If you want to settle the delivery directly with us (within Allegro Standard)
All you have to do is dispatch the parcel within Allegro Standard using the Ship with Allegro tool. You can do this directly in your Allegro account, or through the API integration with Ship with Allegro.

In the case of the Poczta Polska and DPD courier delivery options, you can settle with us even if you dispatch parcels through an external dispatch tool, that is within your own agreements with those carriers. Make sure you select an option from the Allegro Standard group and correctly provide the unique email address assigned to a given order.
If you want to settle the delivery directly with the carrier (within Allegro Mix)
If you want to settle directly with the carrier, you can:
- dispatch a parcel through Ship with Allegro and use your own agreement — in the case of Allegro InPost parcels
- dispatch a parcel in a different way agreed with the carrier.
In both cases, make sure you provide the carrier with the correct buyer's email address assigned to a given order. That way, the carrier can identify the order, as well as recognize parcels dispatched within Allegro Smart! and not charge you for them.
You can find the correct email address:
- in the emails with transaction confirmation
- in the Orders tab
- or download it through Allegro API.
For each transaction, we create a unique email address in the @allegromail.pl or @allegromail.com domain. Therefore, the same buyer will get a different email address for each order. Learn more.
What if you use external integrators
Many sellers use popular sales management systems integrated with our API. These are, for example:

- IdoSell (IAI)
- EasyUploader
- Apilo
- AutoKorektor
- ProstaPaczka
- Sellasist
- efunsell
- IDEAerp.
If you use such a tool, contact its developers and make sure it meets the conditions for integrating with Ship with Allegro API and handles Allegro email addresses correctly. We cannot ensure that other suppliers will adjust their software to our guidelines.
How to dispatch an Allegro Smart! parcel
The carrier will recognize the Allegro Smart! parcel based on the buyer's email address. When you dispatch parcels through Ship with Allegro or Ship with Allegro API, we automatically provide the carrier with the correct email address for a given order. If you provide the carrier with an incorrect email address, they may have trouble recognizing your parcel as an Allegro Smart! parcel and charge you standard fees.
See what the process looks like.
- A customer with the Allegro Smart! membership buys a product in your offer with the Allegro Smart! badge.
- You get the payment for the product, without the delivery cost.
- You get the order details. There, you find that it is an Allegro Smart! parcel.
- You dispatch the parcel using one of the available methods:
- through Ship with Allegro, based on our agreement with the carrier — then, you will settle with us
- through Ship with Allegro, based on your own agreement with the carrier — then, you will settle with them yourself (except for some delivery options)
- directly through the carrier — you can do it only in the case of the Poczta Polska, InPost, or DPD courier delivery options. Make sure you provide the carrier with the correct contact number and email address of the buyer.
