How to check the details of customers' POD parcel payments
Thanks to the Allegro Standard POD payments tab, you can check the details of payouts of funds you receive to your bank account for POD parcels.
We have changed the way we settle POD parcel orders
From June 4, 2024, you will only find new payments for the Allegro Standard POD parcels in the Funds and Operations History tab. In the Allegro Standard POD payments tab, you can check the details of payments from between August 1, 2023, and June 3, 2024.
In the Funds and Operations History tab, you can check the details of the fees customers paid for the POD parcels. It refers to parcels that:
- are settled in PLN within Allegro Standard
- you dispatch with the free Ship with Allegro tool or via the Ship with Allegro API
- you dispatch with the following domestic delivery options across Poland:
If you sell in foreign marketplaces
You can check payout details from the Czech marketplace in Funds & Operations history.
What you can check in the Allegro Standard POD payments tab
This tab contains all payouts we have issued for you for Allegro Standard POD parcels since August 1, 2023. Next to each payout, you can find its details, for example:
- the payout order date — we do not display the accounting day
- the bank account to which we issued the transfer
- the transfer amount — usually, it is the sum of POD fees for parcels delivered within the last 24 hours
- the carrier that handled the parcels
- the POD amount — the fee covered by the buyer
- the buyer's login
- the parcel tracking number — when you click it, we will redirect you to the details of a given order.

How to look up a payout request
You can filter payout requests by:
- date from — the earliest date you can select is August 1, 2023
- date to
- the carrier.
In the search bar, you can also enter:
- bank account number
- transfer amount
- parcel tracking number.
How to download a payout request report
- Select proper filter values.
- Select file format — CSV or XLSX.
- Click [download report].
The report also contains:
- bank account name
- transfer title
- order ID.
Check when and how you will get money for orders paid on delivery.
