Allegro DHL Courier ― Information for sellers
Learn more about the Allegro DHL Courier delivery option — you will conveniently settle it within Allegro Standard.
On April 7, we added the Allegro DHL Courier delivery option to the Allegro Delivery program
Temporarily, you can enable and disable the Allegro DHL Courier delivery option in your shipping price lists regardless of the other Allegro Delivery options. You can also enable them in your shipping price list outside Allegro Delivery.
Eventually, they will be available only in a package with the remaining Allegro Delivery options.

How to enable the Allegro DHL Courier delivery option
Go to your shipping price lists in Delivery Settings. Select dispatch from: Poland and to Poland. You can find the Allegro DHL Courier delivery option in the Settlements with Allegro section. You can enable it in your offers for a maximum of 14.99 PLN.
You can easily add the Allegro DHL Courier delivery option to multiple price lists at once. Just click this button:
You will see a screen where you can add Allegro DHL Courier delivery to selected price lists. Uncheck the price lists you do not want to add this delivery option to.
Settlement model
You will settle the Allegro DHL Courier delivery option within Allegro Standard — directly with us and at attractive rates. You will pay for parcels dispatched with that delivery option and for additional services within your invoice from Allegro.
Each time, we add delivery costs to Settlements with Allegro on your account:
- fee for parcel dispatch — in the month the service was performed
- fee for additional services (for example, additional insurance) — in the month following the month in which the service was performed.
To benefit from our offer, choose one of the following upon parcel dispatch:
- the Allegro agreement (Allegro DHL Courier), if you use Ship with Allegro or
- the Ship with Allegro API and the Allegro agreement if you use external systems like Baselinker or Sello.
However, if you have your own agreement with the carrier, you will settle according to their price list.

For the first parcel in an order, you pay a fee listed in the table for that specific order value. For each subsequent parcel, we charge the fee listed in the table for orders from 100 and 149.99 PLN. This does not apply to orders worth up to 149.99 PLN. In their case, you pay the same amount for each subsequent parcel within that order.

You will settle Allegro DHL Courier parcels over 10 kg according to the price list.
Maximum parcel dimensions and weight
The maximum dimensions and weight of parcels dispatched with the Allegro DHL Courier option:
- basic weight (dimensional or actual) — max. 10 kg
- the longest side — max. 120 cm
- width — max. 60 cm
- height — max. 60 cm
- the sum of length and circumference (length + 2 x height + 2 x width) — max. 450 cm
The parcel weight is calculated according to:
- actual weight — how much your parcel weighs placed on the DHL scale
or
- dimensional weight — related to the size of your parcel. We calculate it with the following formula: [length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm)] / 4,000.
We base the settlement on the higher of these values.
For parcels over 10 kg (actual or dimensional weight), there are surcharges specified in the price list.
The maximum parcel weight (actual and dimensional) that you can declare in the Ship with Allegro dispatch form is 31.5 kg.
Maximum parcel dimensions mean that you can dispatch a parcel with a maximum length of 120 cm, a maximum width of 60 cm, and a maximum height of 60 cm. However, this does not mean that you can dispatch a parcel with total dimensions of 120 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm. Such a parcel would exceed the dimensional weight limit of 31.5 kg.
Calculations according to the formula (length x width x height) / 4,000
(120 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm) / 4,000 = 108
The dimensional weight of a parcel with the dimensions 120 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm is 108 kg. Such a parcel exceeds the weight limit of 31.5 kg. In Ship with Allegro, you will see the following message:
If the parcel you want to dispatch is within the maximum dimensions, but its dimensional weight exceeds 31.5 kg, you will not be able to dispatch it through Ship with Allegro.
If you declare in Ship with Allegro that the parcel dimensions and weight qualify for dispatch, but we find that they exceed our limits, we will add a surcharge according to the price list, or return the parcel to you.
Additional services
Apart from parcel dispatch, you can also use additional services, such as extended parcel insurance. We charge fees for non-standard sized parcels according to the price list. Check the rates for additional services and surcharges for non-standard parcels.
How to dispatch a parcel
You can dispatch parcels with the Allegro DHL Courier delivery option through the Ship with Allegro tool. You can also dispatch them by integrating the Ship with Allegro API with external systems, like Baselinker or EasyUploader.
Access to Ship with Allegro is free of charge and does not require any extra steps. Switch from your Allegro account to Ship with Allegro in just two clicks.
Go to the Orders tab in My Allegro and click [dispatch parcel] for the selected order with the Allegro DHL Courier delivery option. We will redirect you to the Ship with Allegro dispatch form for that order.
You can order a courier pick-up for your parcel. The courier will collect the parcel at the address you provide in the dispatch form. We make this option available within the basic service — which means it is free of charge.
If you order deliveries with Allegro DHL Courier regularly, you can request a fixed collection order.
If the buyer asks you to change the delivery address, you can do it while dispatching the parcel. However, you cannot change the delivery option — for example, switch between delivery to the buyer's doorstep and delivery to a pick-up point.
Generating a label does not mean you have ordered a courier pick-up. Remember to order a pick-up if you want the courier to collect your parcels.

Fixed collection order
Complete this form and send it to allegro@dhl.com. Provide your Allegro login in the email.
The service will only start after you have received feedback and confirmation from DHL. Until the fixed collection order is activated, you can:
- dispatch parcels free of charge at DHL POP parcel service points
or
- order one-time courier pick-ups.
How to set the same-day dispatch time
The same-day dispatch time is the time by which the buyer must place their order and pay for it if they want the parcel to be dispatched on the same day.
You can set it in the Delivery settings tab — in the Time settings for orders with same-day dispatch section:
Complaints
You can file a complaint:
- on your own, through our complaint form in the Ordered Parcels section. Select the order you want to file a complaint about, open the order details, and click [complain about delivery]. Use this form if your complaint concerns parcels you dispatch in the Ship with Allegro tool without a separate agreement with the carrier. You can then file a complaint regarding: fees for delivery services, fees for additional services, damage or loss of the parcel.
- directly through the form on the DHL website — if the parcel was damaged or lost. Make sure to include our power of attorney when filing such a complaint. You can find it in the Delivery Settings tab. All you need to do is change the language settings to Polish and click [pobierz pełnomocnictwo] (download the power of attorney) in the Reklamacje dostaw (Delivery complaints) section.
If you file a complaint and the fees prove to be improperly charged, we will settle them on your account.
If the complaint relates to damage or loss of a parcel, and you file it without our involvement, the correction will go directly to the bank account number you indicated.

The maximum price you can set in your shipping price list for those options is 11.99 PLN.
You can easily add Allegro DHL Pickup and Allegro DHL BOX 24/7 Parcel Locker to multiple shipping price lists at the same time. All you need to do is click the button:
How to settle delivery costs
You will settle the Allegro DHL Pickup and Allegro DHL POP BOX Parcel Locker delivery options within the Allegro Standard method — that is, directly with us. You will pay for parcels dispatched with these delivery options and additional services within your monthly invoice.

The maximum dimensions and weight of parcels you can dispatch abroad with Allegro DHL BOX 24/7 Parcel Locker to a parcel locker and with Allegro DHL Pickup to a pick-up point are:
- weight — 25 kg
- length — 64 cm
- width — 41 cm
- height — 38 cm
- the maximum circumference: (length + 2x width + 2x height) — 220 cm.
How to dispatch a parcel
You can dispatch parcels with the the Allegro DHL BOX 24/7 Parcel Locker and Allegro DHL Pickup options with the Ship with Allegro tool. You will also dispatch them by integrating the API with external systems, like Baselinker or EasyUploader.
Open the Orders tab — select one or more orders you want to prepare parcels for, and click [dispatch parcel]. We will redirect you to the dispatch form for the first of the selected orders.
You can order a courier pick-up. The courier will collect the parcel from the address you provided in the dispatch form. We make this option available within the basic service — which means it is free of charge.
If you regularly dispatch parcels with the the Allegro DHL BOX 24/7 Parcel Locker and Allegro DHL Pickup options, you can order a fixed pickup.
Generating a label does not mean that you ordered a courier pick-up automatically. If you want the courier to collect your parcels — order a pick-up.
How to order a scheduled arrival
Complete this form (available in Polish) and send it to us at allegro@dhl.com. Provide your Allegro login in the email.
The carrier will enable the scheduled arrival only after you have received the reply and confirmation from DHL. Before the scheduled arrival is enabled, you can:
- dispatch parcels free of charge at DHL POP parcel service point or
- order a one-time pick-up by courier.
