If you want to enable sales fund payouts on a business account, you need to confirm your identity and verify the company details first. Payment operators whose services you will use are legally obliged to verify their clients' details.
How it worked before
Until now, you could confirm the details only with one method. A person who created a business account had to complete the form and send us an image of their ID or their selfie with such a document (that is, an image of their face while they show the ID) — regardless of the company registration country.
How it works now
From now on, you can confirm your identity with new digital identity verification methods. They will be available to companies from Poland, other countries from the European Economic Area (EEA), and those from outside the EEA.
New digital identity verification methods
Depending on the country of permanent residence that a person willing to confirm their identity selects, they will see the available verification methods.
Photo of an ID — that method slightly differs depending on the country of permanent residence — a person willing to confirm their identity uploads a picture of their ID document and:
- their face — if their country of permanent residence is in the EEA
- a video recording of their face — if their country of permanent residence is outside the EEA.
eDO App — within that method, you can confirm your identity with the eDO App available for smartphones with an NFC module. You can use that method only if you have a Polish ID.
Moje ID — within that method, you confirm your identity using online banking. It is available only to people with a documented permanent residence in Czechia and an active mojeID.cz identity confirmation service.
