The Batteries Regulation is in effect. See how you can provide the data required by the law
You can add the required data in the EPR tab in the Sales Center — depending on whether you are a battery producer in the given marketplace.
On August 18, 2025, more requirements of the EU Regulation on batteries and waste batteries came into force. We prepared ourselves for the changes in the law and added options that will help you adjust your offers to the new regulations.
The regulation introduced the definition of a battery producer. If your business profile matches this definition and you have the producer status according to the regulation, you will have to fulfill certain duties.
What you have to do if you have the producer status
- Obtain an EPR number in the register of each country where you are selling.
- Provide the EPR numbers in the Sales Center.
- Submit the declaration that you act in accordance with the EU law (Battery Producer's Declaration of Self-Certification).

What you have to do if you do not have the producer status
- All you need to do is go to the Sales Center and submit the declaration that you are not a producer.
