We have changed the sales fees and simplified the price list
We have changed the sales commission rates and simplified the price list (Appendix No. 4 to the Allegro Terms & Conditions). If you are not an entrepreneur (you do not hold a business account), we will not change the fees and sales commission rates in your ongoing offers, unless we inform you about the change before you list the offer.
We have removed part of the fees
We no longer charge:
- the basic fee for listing offers in the buy now format and auctions — we only charge it for classifieds
- the unit transaction fee
- the fee for purchases paid for with Allegro Pay.

- for products up to 115 PLN: 11% net (13.53% gross)
- for products over 115 PLN: 12.65 PLN net (15.56 PLN gross) + 6% net (7.38% gross) on the excess over 115 PLN.
- Now, the sales commission is :
- for products up to 110 PLN: 11.5% net (14.15% gross)
- for products over 110 PLN: 12.65 PLN net (15.57 PLN gross) + 7.5% net (9.23% gross) on the excess over 110 PLN.
Automotive

- Before, the sales commission in the Workshop Tools and Equipment subcategory was:

- Now, the sales commission is:

Supermarket

- We have changed the sales commission in the Cleaning Supplies subcategory from 10% net (12.3% gross) to 10.5% net (12.92% gross).
Health

- We have changed the sales commission in the Medicine Cabinet Essentials, Oral Hygiene, and Personal Hygiene subcategories from 10% net (12.3% gross) to 10.5% net (12.92% gross).
- Before, we did not charge sales commission in the OTC Medications subcategory, however, there was a fee for listing offers. There will be no fee for listing offers — instead, there will be a 1% net (1.23% gross) sales commission. Update: we will introduce this change on April 14.
We have introduced other changes to the price list
- We whave removed some categories and moved offers listed in them to other categories. This change has affected the sales commission. Detailed information is available in this PDF.
With this change, we have simplified the subcategory layout and adapted it to current market standards.
- We have created a new subcategory in Industry — Welding. We have moved offers from other categories there. This change has affected the sales commission. Detailed information is available in this PDF.
Buyers will still see your offer in both categories.
- We have changed the names of certain subcategories with accessories to Accessories — this change has not affected the fees. For example, the Referee Accessories subcategory now has a shorter name — Accessories.

We have changed the fees for Smart! parcels and will refund those fees if the customer returns a purchase or fails to collect it
What we have changed
These changes concern sellers with business accounts.
- We have reduced the number of Smart! orders price thresholds There used to be 7 price thresholds on allegro.pl and 6 in the foreign marketplaces. Starting today, we consider 5 order value thresholds in all marketplaces.
- We have changed the fees for Allegro Smart! parcels in all marketplaces.
- What is new: if the customer returns the product purchased within Smart! or fails to collect the parcel — we will refund the sellers the Smart! parcel delivery fee.

If the buyer selects payment on delivery, we add 0.99 EUR to the amount from the table for the additional payment on delivery service. Apart from the payment for the product, you will also get 0.99 EUR from the buyer for that option.
For the first parcel from an order worth 34.50 EUR or more, you will pay a fee specified in the table for orders of that value. For each subsequent parcel from that order, you will pay the amount specified in the table for orders from 23 to 34.49 EUR. On the other hand, you will pay the same amount for each parcel from orders from all thresholds up to 34.49 EUR.

For each subsequent parcel from that order, you will pay the amount specified in the table for orders from 9,200 to 13,899 HUF. On the other hand, you will pay the same amount for each parcel from orders from all thresholds up to 13,899 HUF.
How we will refund the fees for Smart! parcels
Before, we did not refund sellers the fees for delivering returned or uncollected Smart! orders (fees that depend on the Smart! order value) because — even though the customer decided to return the purchase — we did fulfill the service. However, we do not want sellers to bear any costs related to Smart! delivery when buyers resign from the purchase. That is why, starting today, if the customer:
- returns the purchase as part of withdrawing from the agreement (through the return form in the Purchase History tab and for return options available for Allegro Smart!) or
- does not collect the parcel
we will automatically refund the seller the fee for the delivery of the Smart! parcel (fully or partially, based on the rules we will add to Appendix No. 4 to the Allegro Terms & Conditions). Only the basic fee will be refunded — not the fees for additional services. You will not need to apply to get it. You will see the refund (in the form of a rebate) in the Settlements with Allegro tab.
We will refund the fee when the customer sends the parcel back using one of the options available for Allegro Smart! and its status shows that you have collected it or you have refunded the money for the order.
Example
On March 3, your customer, as part of withdrawing from the agreement, orders the return of a Smart! order worth 100 PLN, delivered with Allegro Paczkomaty InPost, and sends it back to you within the free Smart! return. You collect the return parcel. We refund you 7.59 PLN (the fee rate from March 3).
What refund you will get if the customer returns a part of a Smart! order
In the case of a partial return, we will recalculate the order value and take into account the returned products. If the value of the order after subtracting the price of the returned product is in the lower threshold — we will refund you the difference.
