The My Assortment tab
The My Assortment tab
The My Assortment tab contains all the necessary information about your offers. You can filter them by market and manage them easily — individually or in bulk.
In the My Assortment tab, you can find information about your offers and tools to manage them more efficiently — depending on the sales market you select. You can also easily access the listing form — just click [add new offer] in the right upper corner of the page.
How to use filters
You can use filters to select the market you want to sell on — Poland (allegro.pl), Czechia (allegro.cz), Slovakia (allegro.sk), or Hungary (allegro.hu). You can search offers by their status or type. You can display more filters to choose from or – if you have an Allegro subscription – save your favorite filters.
If in the market filter you select a value different than the market of your registration, we will display the Selling on other markets section. You can filter offers, among others:
- by prices settings
- all
- own price — you will display only the offers in which you have set the price yourself
- pricing rules — you will display offers with a pricing rule enabled; after selecting that option, you can additionally filter those offers by the name of a specific rule
- price missing
- by verification status — you will display offers submitted for being made available on a different market
- all
- awaiting verification — you will display offers submitted for sharing but not active yet. These may be, for example, drafts. We will start verifying them only after you list them on allegro.pl.
- pending verification
- accepted — you will display offers that have been successfully verified and are visible in a given marketplace
- rejected — you will display offers that have not met the requirements and cannot be made available on a different market. If you select this value, you can filter your offers by reasons for rejection, that is:
- sales quality level too low
- missing delivery option on the additional market
- offer listed in an unavailable category
- missing price in the market's currency
- link to the catalog required
- missing translation of the offer description.
That way, you can quickly check which offers require changes.
We have also enabled fast filtering options:
- Own price
- Pricing rules
- Offers to share.
Below the filters, you can switch between two tabs: Offers and Markets.
How to share offers in a selected foreign marketplace
All you need to do is add to your shipping price list at least one delivery option to the country where you want to sell and link that shipping price list to offers. In that case, we will automatically consider such offers already submitted for sharing in foreign marketplaces and enable the default Price Converter pricing rule in them.
You can also share your offers in the My Assortment tab::
- by editing shipping price lists in bulk
- for offers you permanently withdrew from foreign marketplaces:
- in the Offers tab
- in the Markets tab.
Select the offer you want to share. If you select one that does not meet all the requirements — we will suggest what you should correct. See how to do this step by step.
What you can find in the Offers tab
Depending on the value you select in the market filter, in the Offers tab, you will see basic information about offers in the context of a selected marketplace.
Additionally, you can check:
- the number of units in an offer — including the number of units available in all markets
- the feature that makes the offer stand out, for example, the Allegro Smart! badge
- offer status — if you select your registration marketplace in the filter
- offer verification status — if you select a foreign marketplace in the filter. If the offer verification status is rejected, click complete missing information. We will display more details and hints on what you can correct in your offer.
- whether the offer is linked to the product from the Allegro Product Catalog. When you select to work to the Catalog, you can add another offer linked to a given product, report incorrect product information, or change the product the offer is linked to.
- offer statistics, for example, the number of views. The data concerns the last 30 days.
What you can learn in Offer details
You will find the more option next to each offer that is active or has the verification status accepted. If you click it, on the layer on the right, you will see details of a given offer, for example:
- product the offer is linked to
- offer type
- price of the product in the offer and the promotion price if you are taking part in a campaign or a program
- translations — different language versions of an offer
- fees and commissions for a given offer
- hints on how to increase your offer visibility.
Check the offer details on a given market
If in the market filter you select:
- Poland (allegro.pl) — you will see details of an offer listed on the Polish market, for example, the price and fees in PLN
- Czechia (allegro.cz) — you will see details of an offer listed on the Czech market, for example, the price and fees in CZK
- Slovakia (allegro.sk) — you will see details of an offer listed in the Slovak marketplace, for example, the price and fees in EUR
- Hungary (allegro.hu) — you will see details of an offer listed in the Hungarian marketplace, for example, the price and fees in HUF.
What you can find in the Markets tab
There, you can manage your offers in an easy and convenient way — on several markets at the same time. You can click the menu (three vertical dots on the right) to complete actions for a given offer — depending on the selected market, you can edit, terminate, relist, or feature the offer.
In the Markets tab, go to the Poland column and select the offer.
When you click the menu (three vertical dots on the right), you can:
- edit an offer
- terminate an offer
- list a similar offer
- share an offer in foreign marketplaces
- limit availability of an offer in the foreign marketplaces
- translate an offer
- exclude an offer from the Allegro Prices program
- link an offer to the Allegro Product Catalog
- enable promotion options.
Go to the selected offer in the column with the chosen country name. When you click the pencil icon, you can change the product price in the currency of a given marketplace — we will enable the Price Converter pricing rule in your offers by default.
How to manage offers in bulk
If you select at least one offer on the list, we will show you a green action bar at the bottom of the page. It will allow you to manage offers in bulk, for example:
- add or disable promotion options — available only in the Polish marketplace
- edit selected product details in bulk — for example, the manufacturer or the person responsible
- edit offers data in bulk, for example, change price, number of units, or returns terms
- relist, terminate, or hide offers in bulk.
You can also:
- share several offers that were previously withdrawn in the foreign marketplace or
- withdraw selected offers from sales in the foreign marketplaces permanently.
- edit shipping price lists in bulk — we display information about marketplaces where we will share your offers (if they meet the requirements) based on the delivery options a given shipping price list contains.
If we cannot share offers with the given shipping price list in a different marketplace, we will display information on what you should correct:
Other options available in the My Assortment tab
Find out what you can do in the tab and how to do it.
- Go to the My Assortment tab.
- Select the relevant offers.
- On the bottom bar for bulk editing, select Sales policy, Other and Invoice options and VAT rate.
- Select the invoice option — it is common for all countries.
- Select the VAT rate for each country and click [save].
To delete a VAT rate:
- Go to the My Assortment tab.
- Select the relevant offers.
- On the bottom bar for bulk editing, select Edit, Sales policy, Other, and Invoice options and VAT rate.
- In the Set VAT rates for selected countries section, select the relevant marketplace and the no VAT rate option.
- Save the changes. Done!
When editing the price in bulk, you can set the price manually or choose a pricing rule.
- If you set your own price — you can enter the amount manually and set the same price in all offers, or increase or decrease the current prices by a chosen amount (in the currency of a given marketplace) or percent.
- If you choose a pricing rule — you will choose one rule to enable in all selected offers. In the case of pricing rules based on Lowest price on Allegro — you can set a common price range for those offers or a separate range for each offer in the Complete price ranges tab.
- In the case of auctions, you can only change the Kup teraz (Buy now) price if one has been set. The starting price will not be changed.
- You cannot reduce the price to an amount below:
- 1 PLN — on allegro.pl
- 1 CZK — on allegro.cz
- 0.01 EUR — on allegro.sk
- 1.00 HUF — on allegro.hu.
This option is available only on allegro.pl.
- If you have not previously created any size tables, before you assign one to offers, we will help you go to the size table creator.
- You can add one selected table to as many offers as you select from your list.
- The tables will be assigned only to offers from the categories in which we enabled size tables. You can find a list of these categories here.
- If you try to add a size table to a category not from the list, we will not add the table.
- If there is already a size table in a selected offer, we will overwrite it.
Under the My Assortment tab, you will see a report on the changes made in multiple offers:
- the number of offers changed
- the progress of changes
- whether changes have been made successfully. If a change for multiple offers is not successful, you will get a message about the number of offers in which changes have not been made.
In the My Assortment tab, you can relist multiple buy now offers and auctions at the same time. You can do it within 60 days of the offer or auction expiry date. After that time, it will be archived. You cannot relist classified ads.
How relisting buy now offers works
When you relist a buy now offer, we will keep its data. That means we will:
- display that offer on Allegro again with the same offer ID and URL
- keep its popularity — for example, if you relist a 30-day offer after 10 days of its termination, we take into account its performance from the last 20 days to calculate its popularity
- count the offer duration time anew — if you relist a 10-day offer, we will be displaying it for another 10 days.
How relisting auctions works
We relist auctions as new offers. That means:
- they will have a new offer ID and URL
- we will calculate the offer popularity anew
- we will calculate the auction duration anew.
How to relist buy now offers and auctions in bulk
- Open the My Assortment tab.
- Select offers you want to relist. We will relist offers in all marketplaces where you share them.
- On the bulk offer management bar, select Availability and then List or relist.
