Relisting offers
How to relist an expired offer with the same offer ID to maintain its popularity?
You can suspend your offers for any time and then relist them. You can do it so as not to lose the popularity of the offer.
What an offer relisting is
Renewed listing of an offer so that it maintains its ID and popularity concerns only offers with the buy now option. When you relist such an offer:
- we will display your offer on Allegro again with the same ID and URL
- we will keep its popularity (for example, if you relist a 30-day offer after 10 days from its expiration, we will calculate its popularity from the last 20 days of its duration)
- we count its duration anew (if you relist a 10-day offer – we will display it on Allegro for another 10 days).
Hint
You can relist a buy now offer or an auction within 60 days of its expiration date. After this time, we will archive the offer. You cannot relist a classified ad.
How to relist an offer
How to relist a single offer
You can do it in 2 ways:
Method 1: Go to the My Assortment tab, click more next to a given offer. Then, click relist.
Method 2: Go to the offer page and click Relist. We will redirect you to the offer editing form. There you can edit its details and relist it.
How to relist multiple offers at once
- Go to the My Assortment tab.
- Select the offers you want to relist.
- Click Relist on the green bottom toolbar.
To relist offers ended with the Sales break option, go to the Sales break tab and click [activate sales]. Learn how the Sales break option works and why it is worth to enable it.
What about popularity
Popularity is the number of purchases in an offer from the last 30 days. If you relist an offer before 30 days from its expiration have passed, you will keep the popularity proportionally. This means that if you relist an offer after 20 days from its expiration, we will count its popularity from its last 10 days of duration.
What about the fees
If you relist an offer:
- when the given billing cycle (listing fee, promotion fee, additional options fee) has not ended – we will not charge you new fees, and we do not interfere with the billing cycle. Next fees will appear according to the cycle.
- when the given billing cycle (listing fee, promotion fee, additional options fee) has ended – we will start a new one once the offer is listed.
