The My Assortment tab — how to manage and edit offers
In the My Assortment tab, you can easily manage your offers in several marketplaces.
The My Assortment tab is your hub for offer management, in which you can:
- look up specific offers — using the search function, filters, or sorting
- quickly change the price and number of units — you can edit them directly on the list of offers in this tab
- find the most important information about your offers — such as price, unit number, basic statistics, or status
- bulk edit sales policy and complete important details about a product, such as dispatch time or safety information
- share your offers in foreign marketplaces — you can easily share offers in all or selected marketplaces by bulk editing a shipping price list
- manage the offer's visibility — you can relist or terminate offers, and exclude or restore them in the foreign marketplaces
- check the offer's details — in them, you can find information like fees or the offer's participation in campaigns and programs
- use promotion options — you can enable Features or Flexible Features in offers
- use the tips — you can edit your offers based on our hints
- go to the buyer's view of an offer and other key tabs, such as the listing form
- manage offers within the One Fulfillment service — you can look up offers that we handle within One Fulfillment, edit them, or convert a regular offer into a One Fulfillment offer.
How to find specific offers
You can use the search function, filters, or sorting.
How to use the search function
In the My Assortment tab, you can look up offers with by:
- title
- offer ID
- reference number — the product’s internal number, such as the SKU number
- GTIN
- Brand-type parameter.
Depending on the category you sell in, that parameter may be called:
- Brand
- Publishing house
- Label
- Manufacturer.
You can also narrow down your search to a specific offer feature:
How to use filters
You can filter offers by the marketplace, status, or type. To see more filtering options, click the [more filters] icon — the three horizontal lines icon next to the search bar:
How the market filter works
When you use the market filter, you will see all your offers. They will be adjusted to the currency and statistics of the selected marketplace.
See the example
You select allegro.cz in the market filter. All your offers are displayed in relation to the Czech marketplace. You can also see offers unavailable in this marketplace. For each offer, you can see information on:
- price in CZK
- sharing status in the Czech marketplace
- Czech marketplace statistics.
How the offer sharing status filter works
We display more detailed statuses of offers shared in additional marketplaces. You can filter offers by them:
- all
- for sharing — an offer that does not have a delivery option to the given marketplace in the price list. Add a relevant option or change the price list to make it available.
- submitted for sharing — an offer that has been submitted for sharing but is not active in your registration marketplace. If you want this offer to be visible in a foreign marketplace, list it on allegro.pl
- sharing in progress — an offer that has been submitted for sharing and we are currently checking if it meets all the conditions of displaying it in the given marketplace
- shared — an offer that we are currently displaying in the given marketplace
- rejected by Allegro — an offer that has been submitted for sharing, but you must correct it so that we can display it in the given marketplace
- excluded by you — an offer that you have withdrawn from the given marketplace.
You will see all available filtering options:
- category
- incomplete product details
- sets in offers
- VAT rate
- offer handling procedure
- dispatch time
- shipping price list
- after-sales terms
- wholesale discount
- visibility on Allegro Business
- labels
- promotion options
- price from–to
- number of units from–to.
At the bottom of the filter section, you can also see quick filters that will help you look up offers that are pending approval or rejected, as well as those with no sales policy.
How to save a filter set
Create your own filter set to always display the offers in the My Assortment tab in the same way. All you need to do is select filters that show the offers you want to see and click [save filters] in the upper right corner of the filter section.

How to check whether the offer is active and complete

If an offer was terminated due to an error — for example, it was incorrectly linked to a product or did not comply with the Allegro Terms and Conditions — you will see a correct mistakes message next to the expired status.
When you click [correct mistakes] next to a specific offer, you can check the details of the error and get a tip on what needs to be changed to relist it.
If an offer is missing important information, you will see a complete missing information message next to the active status:
When you click [complete missing information] next to a specific offer, you can check what information is missing and how to add it. You might see, for example, a message about a missing price or VAT invoice.
If an offer is not missing anything and has no errors, tips may appear next to the active status to guide you on how to optimize it.
When you click [show tips] next to a specific offer, you will see the tips for this particular offer.
How to check offer details
You can also find other information on your offer in the tab. You can click More next to each offer that is active or has the verification status accepted.
After you do so, on the overlay on the right, you will see details of a given offer, for example:

How to edit offers in the My Assortment tab
You can manage your offers either individually or in bulk. You can make most changes in bulk, which helps you update your offers much faster. You can edit up to 1,000 offers at once.
Some editing options might be different in One Fulfillment by Allegro offers compared to regular offers. For example, in One Fulfillment, you cannot change the number of units — we update it regularly based on the inventory. Learn more.
How to manage offers in bulk
If you select at least one offer on the list, a green action bar with bulk editing options will appear at the bottom of the page. It will allow you to manage offers in bulk — for example, you can edit:

- promotion — you can manage features.
To edit offers in bulk — for example, the price:

- Edit — you will be redirected to the offer listing form.

- Upload the file by dragging or attaching it. Click [upload assortment].
How to check the status of changes to an offer
You can do it in a separate section in the upper part of the tab — Offer Changes. There, we display all the notifications about changes and errors in offers. You can also access the history of changes anytime to see what has been edited.
What else you can do in the Offer Changes section:
- check the time and date of the offer edit and potential errors
- see notifications from the last 7 days — we remove older notifications automatically
- filter notifications so that you can display only those regarding ongoing changes and errors
- check which marketplace the notification relates to — marked by a flag: Polish, Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian. If we do not display a flag it means the change does not relate to any specific marketplace,
How to share offers in a selected foreign marketplace
Just add to your price list at least one delivery option to the country where you want to sell and link the relevant price list to your offers. Then, we will automatically treat those offers as already submitted for sharing on international markets and, by default, we will set the default Price Converter pricing rule for them.
In the My Assortment tab, you can link your offers to the shipping price list in bulk. See how to do it step by step.
Other options available in the My Assortment tab
How to hide terminated offers
If you want to organize the list of offers view and remove terminated offers from the list:
- Select the offers you want to hide.
Click the hide offers icon in the context menu at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm changes.
The offers you hide will no longer be available — you will not see them on the list of offers. You cannot revert this action.
Can I manage my offers through an external app?
Yes, we enable REST API methods that allow you to download offer details and manage them. You can find the complete list of features on the REST API page.
How to combine offers into groups and manage them more easily
You can use labels to combine your offers into groups and filter them easily. Thanks to that, you can quickly make changes in bulk.
See an example of how to use labels
You create a promotion on selected dresses from the spring collection. You add the spring promotion label to the selected offers. Based on the label, we create a filter that will allow you to easily make changes to multiple offers at the same time in bulk. For example, you can reduce the price by 10% and quickly restore the original price after the promotion ends.
How to create a label and add it to offers
- Select the relevant offers.
- Hover the cursor over the label icon and select Edit labels. Enter a name for the new label and select one of the available colors. Click [add].
- Hover over the label icon and select Mark offers.
- Done! The label you have created is available as a filter.
You can also see the created label in the offer details. Click [more] next to the selected offer to see its details.
How to edit a label
When you click [edit labels], you will see a list of your labels. To change a label's name or color, click [edit] next to it.
The changes you introduce will appear in all offers to which you have added the chosen label.
How to convert a regular offer into a One Fulfillment offer
