How to list and edit an offer in One Fulfillment by Allegro
In One Fulfillment by Allegro you can to list offer through the listing form, from a file, or through the API. Learn how to do it correctly.
You can list offers in One Fulfillment by Allegro in 3 ways:
- through the listing form
- from a file
- through the API.
How to prepare an offer correctly
- Link your offer to a product from the Allegro Product Catalog or create an offer and a new product in the Catalog. In One Fulfillment by Allegro we handle only products in offers linked to a product from the Allegro Product Catalog.
- You can only have one active offer for a single product. However, take into account its different variants. If you sell a single product in different variants (for example, in different colors or sizes), create a separate offer for each of them — even if those products have the same EAN (GTIN code).
- Link offers with different variants of a given product to corresponding products from the Allegro Product Catalog. If you cannot find a specific variant of the product in the Catalog — create a new product in the Catalog and link it to your offer. Do it also if different variants of a single product have the same EAN (GTIN) code.
- If you want to create an offer for a given product, you can do it right after the previous offer for that product ends. If you do that, we will automatically assign all products from the previous offer that are stored at the warehouse to the new offer.
- Check whether details of the product from the Catalog you want to link your offer to are correct. If they are incorrect — report incorrect product information. When you do, save the offer and wait until we verify your report. You can check its status in the Product Change Requests tab. If we make the changes you suggest, you will be able to link your offers to that particular product from the Catalog. If we do not make changes, create a new product in the Catalog — one that will completely match the item from your offer.
- When you create a new product in the Catalog, enter its correct name — the name provided by the manufacturer, not the title of your offer. Add information that will allow to identify product variant — for example, size or color. Make sure you enter all information correctly — without typos or unnecessary capital letters.
- When you create offers for manufacturer sets (products that consist of several units), make sure to link them to the product from the Catalog with the appropriate EAN (GTIN) code. Single units of products usually have different EAN (GTIN) codes than manufacturer sets that consist of the very same products.
- Check whether the EAN (GTIN) code you provide matches the EAN (GTIN) code encrypted as a barcode on the item. To do that, scan the item barcode.
- Some of the products from the Allegro Product Catalog may be marked as Pending verification. Those are unverified products for which a seller reported an error in the basic product parameters. We verify it within 2 working days — until we do, you cannot list the offer with such a product. If you want, you can create a draft version of the offer linked to an unverified product. You can only list it after we have verified the product. If we reject the request for the change in product parameters, we will delete the unverified product and unlink it from the draft version of your offer. You can check the status of product errors you have reported in the Product Change Requests tab.
How to list an offer through the listing form
Go to the My One Fulfillment page and click the [add new offer] button located in the My Assortment tile. In the search bar, enter the EAN (GTIN) code or name of the product you want to sell and click [search]. We will check if we have the product you want to list in the Allegro Product Catalog.
- If we find in the Catalog products that match the item from your offer, we will display their list. If any of them has the same parameters as the item from your offer, click it. Then, click [select]. Then follow the instruction: How to list an offer and link it to a product from the Allegro Product Catalog.
- If you cannot find a product that matches the item in your offer among suggested products from the Catalog, click [continue without selecting the product]. Then follow the instruction: How to list an offer and create a new product in the Allegro Product Catalog.
- If the product you want to list is not available in the Catalog yet, you will see the message below. Click [list your item]. Then follow the instruction: How to list an offer and create a new product in the Allegro Product Catalog.
- You will see the listing form. When you select a product from the Catalog, we automatically complete the parameters for you. Check if they match the parameters of the product you want to list.
We automatically set the product condition to new. This is one of the requirements a product should meet to be handled in One Fulfillment by Allegro.
Provide other necessary information about the product. Make sure that its features and other parameters comply with the service guidelines .
Add images and product description. Add the description in the language you set in the location settings of your account:
if you use Allegro in Polish — add the offer description in Polish
- if you use Allegro in English — add the offer description in English.
If you share the offer in a foreign marketplace, we will automatically translate it into its language. If you want to — you can add your own translations. Learn more.
Specify whether your products are available for all customers or only business customers. Learn more about Allegro Biznes.
In the Price section, we automatically complete some information. Provide only:
- product price that buyers will see in the offer
- invoice options and VAT rates.
If you want, add a wholesale price list. Learn more about wholesale price lists.
- In the Stock section, add information about the unit (you can select: units, sets, or pairs).
In the Delivery and Payment section, indicate which shipping price list you want to link to the offer. If you select:
- One Fulfillment PL — we will add only delivery options within Poland to that offer. It means that the offer will not be visible in foreign marketplaces.
- One Fulfillment International — we will add delivery options to Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia to that offer. It means that if the offer meets the requirements, we will display it on allegro.cz and allegro.sk.
- In the Offer terms section, add information about returns and complaints. You can also add additional information, for example, about warranty. Do it as for a regular Allegro sale. Currently, we do not handle complaints within One Fulfillment by Allegro. Information you add in this section depends on your preferences.
- In the Promotion options section, you can choose among the following: Featured, Flexible Feature, and Promo Package. Learn more about options of promoting your offers.
- In the Advertise offer section, you can set an advertising campaign. Learn more about Allegro Ads.
- Click [list your item]. Done!
We will list your offer automatically as soon as we accept and verify products from this offer at the Allegro Warehouse. Until then, you will see your offer with the status: pending.
If you want to stop the automatic activation of that offer, you can go to the My Assortment tab and change its status to expired. If you do, no matter when we update the inventory, you will be able to activate your offer whenever you find convenient.
- Select the category in which you want to list your offer.
- Provide the offer title and all basic parameters.
We automatically set the product condition to new. This is one of the requirements an item should meet to be handled in One Fulfillment by Allegro.
- Provide other necessary information about the product. Make sure that its features and other parameters comply with the guidelines of the service.
- Add images and descriptions. Pay attention to the language in which you provide the description — if you use Allegro in Polish, that will be the default language of offer listing. If you use Allegro in English —provide the offer description in English. We will translate it into Polish automatically.

How to list an offer through the API
In One Fulfillment by Allegro, you can list offers through the API in 2 ways. You can:
- list an offer linked to a product from the Allegro Product Catalog with one command — learn how to do it
- list an offer and link it to a product from the Allegro Product Catalog later — learn more.
No matter which way you use, your offer should be in line with One Fulfillment by Allegro requirements:
- select Buy now as the sales option
- select New as the item condition parameter
- set 0 as the unit number — we will update it when we accept your products for storage at the warehouse
- set 24h as dispatch time
- enter Poland, Mazowieckie, Adamów 50, 05-825 as the delivery address — that is the address of the Allegro Warehouse
- declare that you issue VAT invoices in the invoice option
- provide the VAT rate applicable for each product in the VAT settings.
Indicate also which shipping price list we should link to that offer. If you select:
- One Fulfillment PL — we will add only delivery options within Poland to that offer. It means that the offer will not be visible in foreign marketplaces.
- One Fulfillment International — we will add delivery options to Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia to that offer. It means that if the offer meets the requirements, we will display it on allegro.cz and allegro.sk.
Notifications
In One Fulfillment by Allegro, we send you an email each time your offer changes its status to pending. In the email, we inform you that, to make your offer active, you have to generate a shipping notice and ship products to the Allegro Warehouse according to it. WeI do it in 2 cases:
- after you create an offer
- when the Allegro Warehouse has no more products from your listed offer.
When you use One Fulfillment by Allegro, the consent to receive such messages is set by default in the Consents to notifications tab. If you do not want to receive them, uncheck the When your offer is waiting for an Advance Shipping Notice consent.
How to edit an offer
- Open the My Assortment tab.
- Click the three vertical dots next to the offer you want to edit. Then, click [edit].
You can edit most data in your offers. Due to the nature of the One Fulfillment by Allegro service, in your offers you cannot change:
- number of units — we update it regularly in accordance with the inventory
- product from the Allegro Product Catalog linked to your offer. You cannot change the EAN (GTIN) code and parameters that allow to identify the product.
- category in which your offer was listed.
Frequently asked questions
Create a new product in the Allegro Product Catalog. If a product from your offer comes in several variants (for example, in different colors), you have to link the offer to exactly the same variant of the product from the Catalog. That also applies to products that differ (for example, they come in different colors) but have the same EAN (GTIN) code. Each offer with a specific product variant must be linked to a specific variant of that product from the Allegro Product Catalog.
If it is not possible to create a new variant of the product in the Allegro Product Catalog, contact us or your Account Manager.
If among items suggested from the Catalog you see completely different items (for example, if you offer socks, and suggested items include several color variants of ironing boards), that may mean that your product's EAN code is incorrect. In that case, contact us or your Account Manager.
We display this message when you try to create a product that is very similar to a product already existing in the Catalog. The message features a comparison of products — the product you want to buy and the product existing in our Catalog. Differences in parameters will be marked in orange.
If the product available in the Catalog is the same as the product from your offer (and the differences come from, for example, a mistake in completing the listing form) — link your offer to that product. In order to update product details in the offer, click [link to the catalog]. Then, we will correct errors in your offer parameters automatically, and we will not create a new product. This way you can also list an offer.
However, if you decide that the parameters you provided in the listing form are correct, and the product available in the Catalog does not match the item from your offer —contact us or your Accout Manager. You can also report a change in the product. Before we make changes, click [save offer draft]. You will create the offer only when it is possible to link it to the matching product from the Allegro Product Catalog.
We archive offers with the status expired and pending after 60 days without activation. However, if a shipping notice was created and confirmed for an offer — we will not do it. We automatically extend the duration of such offers to another 90 days. This way, you have more time to ship your products to the warehouse.
If we have already archived the offer for the product that stored at the warehouse and:
- you want to keep selling it — create a new offer (select the same product from the Catalog)
- you no longer want to sell it —withdraw the product from the Allegro Warehouse.
We changed the category for the product your offer is linked to in the Allegro Product Catalog. This is why the category of your offer has changed automatically.
In the case of standard Allegro sales, if we change the product category in the Catalog and it significantly differs from the category you list in — we unlink such offers from the product. However, we do not do that with offers on One Fulfillment by Allegro. Within the service, we require that all offers you list are linked to the Catalog. This is why, even with the change of the category, we do not unlink your offer from the product available in the Catalog.
