What the AlleDiscount program is and how to participate in it

AlleDiscount is a recurring program that allows you to promote your offers and increase sales without additional fees. We launch the program regularly, also during the largest promotional campaigns — for example Smart! Week or Black Week.

AlleDiscount is a recurring program with which you can offer select products at discounted prices. Each edition lasts 1 week. Before we start accepting submissions for the new edition, we will send you a notification on your Allegro account. Click the bell icon in the top right corner of the page to read it.

We may also launch the AlleDiscount program within occasional campaigns, for example, Allegro Days, BlackWeek, or SmartWeek. If we do it, we will let you know about the details in the News.

How the AlleDiscount program works

  1. You submit selected products from the List of Goods to the program.
  2. We lower the prices of those products in your offers automatically.
  3. The customer buys them at a discounted price.
  4. The customer pays you the reduced price — we pay you reconciliation up to the product price from before the automatic reduction.

You do not bear any additional costs — you can participate for free.

What you can gain

  • More attractive prices in your offers ― without additional costs or losses in profit.
  • Offers positioned higher in the search results — when buyers sort by price: lowest first.
  • Higher sales ― buyers often choose a given offer because of the lower price.
  • Your offers have higher chances of being granted special badges — for example, Best price guarantee or GREAT PRICE.
Additional facts:
  • In the offers submitted for the AlleDiscount program, the average increase in sales — compared to the same period before participation in the program — is as much as 361%.
  • 88% of products that participate in the AlleDiscount program are granted the GREAT PRICE badge.
  • 63% of products that participate in the AlleDiscount program are granted the Best Price Guarantee badge.

Who can participate in the program

You can participate in the program if you:

What offers you can submit

You can submit for the AlleDiscount program active offers that:

  • are listed in the buy now format
  • have the Condition parameter: new or have no Condition parameter — if offers come from a category without that parameter
  • are linked to the Allegro Product Catalog
  • buyers can get a VAT invoice for
  • include products from the List of Goods in the required quantity
  • come in the price lower than or equal to the Maximum Price listed in the List of Goods for a given product.

As part of special editions of AlleDiscount, such as Allegro Days AlleDiscount, Smart! Week AlleDiscount, or Black Week AlleDiscount, you can also submit product sets. We will then calculate the maximum price for all the units in a given set together.

What the List of Goods is

For each edition of the AlleDiscount program, we will publish a new List of Goods that you can submit. You will find it on this page.

In the List of Goods, you can also find:

  • Maximum Price for each product — that is the highest price that your product can have on submitting it to the program
  • Minimum Discount expressed in percentages — we will reduce the price of a given product at least by that amount. The maximum reduction is always 60% of your price.

How to submit offers for the program

  1. Go to the Campaigns & Programs tab and select the program with the phrase AlleDiscount in its name.
  2. Next to each offer you want to submit, enter your suggested price. It is the value to which you decide to lower the price. Next to products for which we require a discount of less than 25%, we automatically enter the suggested price for you — but you can change it manually.
    Check what the maximum price you can enter is.
  3. Select offers you want to submit ― you can select up to 200 offers at once.
  4. Click [submit offers].
Hint

In the Campaigns & Programs tab, you can use the filters to see offers where we require a specific price reduction, for example, by at least 5%.

We will let you know if your discounted price is too low

We will display an additional message next to offers where you provide a promotional price lowered by more than 25%. We will also show the number of such offers in summary — we will mark it red.

Message warning about a discounted price that is too low

If we accept your submission, its status will change. If — for some reason — your offer gets rejected from participating in the program, you will also find that information in the Campaigns & Programs — Manage participation tab.

Once the program is over, submitted products will go back to their original prices automatically.

How you can manage your offers

Within the AlleDiscount program, you can:

  • withdraw offers from the program
  • edit offers that do not meet the program requirements (change: the Buy now option, the number of units, the VAT invoice option) and submit them again. If you edit the offer to obtain the higher discount in an artificial way, we will exclude your offer and your account from a given AlleDiscount campaign edition.
How to change the parameters of an offer you already submitted to the program

All you need to do is withdraw the offer from AlleDiscount, edit it, and submit again.

How to resubmit your offer for the program

  1. Go to the Campaigns & Programs — Manage participation tab.
  2. You will see the declined status next to the offers that have not qualified to the promotion.
  3. Click the three dots next to the offer status and select [resign].
  4. Go to the Submit tab to resubmit selected offers for the program.

How we calculate the discount rate

We take into account the price you provide and the market prices of a given product. No matter what the final reduction is, we will pay you full reconciliation up to the price you suggest on submitting your offer.

Example
  • Your current price in an offer is 105 PLN.
  • You reduce it to 100 PLN to meet the requirements from the List of Goods (Maximum Price for that product is 100 PLN).
  • We reduce it to 90 PLN — with the Minimum Discount.
  • A buyer purchases the product for 90 PLN.
  • You get 90 PLN from the buyer and a 10 PLN reconciliation from us.
  • We charge you the sales commission based on the price you set on submitting the offer — that is 100 PLN (the discounted price suggested by you).

Note that a discount for that product may have been from 10% (Minimum Discount) to 60% (the Maximum Discount for all the products from the List). That is why the discounted product may cost between 90 PLN and 60 PLN ― your revenue remains the same.

We will return the amount by which we reduced your price to your Allegro bank account when a customer buys your product. You will find it in the Settlements with Allegro tab as the operation type ― Reconciliation in the Allegro Prices Program.

Frequently asked questions

Participation in the AlleDiscount program is completely free of charge. After the automatic price reduction of your products we will give you the reconciliation equal to the amount of reduction. We charge you the sales commission based on the discounted price you set on submitting the offer.

Yes ― each edition of the AlleDiscount program will have its own List of Goods. That is why we will ask you to give your consent to participate in each edition of the program. You submit offers for each edition separately.

Yes, in that case, it will return to the original price from before the reduction. If an offer covered by the Allegro Prices program ends, the reduction will be automatically disabled.

You can edit your offer, lower its price, and then submit it to the program.

To make it easier for you to participate in the program, we have decided on settling with you when the customer makes a purchase. At the time of sale, the buyer pays the reduced price. We will settle the difference between the original price and the discounted price with you in the form of reconciliation on your bill, which will reduce your amount payable to Allegro. The reconciliation will be deducted from your settlements with Allegro immediately after the sale, reducing the invoice value.

The sales commission is calculated based on the price of the product you provided while submitting your offer for the program.

Yes, but those offers will only be active in the AlleDiscount program. You have to submit your offers to AlleDiscount through the Campaigns & Programs tab.

If you sell out the number of product units specified within the program, withdraw the offer from the program. Its price will then return to its regular price.

We start accepting submissions for the AlleDiscount program editions every Tuesday. The campaign for buyers starts every Thursday. On Wednesdays, we will inform about each edition with a notification on your Allegro account. Click the bell icon in the top right corner of the page to read it.

Take advantage of AlleDiscount during Allegro Days

During Allegro Days, we also launch the AlleDiscount campaign, where we reduce prices for you! Your offers are more attractive without extra costs — we pay you back the difference between the price set by you and the reduced price customers pay.

How the Allegro Days campaign works

Allegro Days is a cyclical promotional campaign that we hold at the beginning of each month. During Allegro Days, we also promote offers with discounted prices. We display a special allegro days badge next to such offers. Buyers see them in the promotion sections of the home page.

You can submit your offers even 2 weeks before the start of a given edition of the campaign. We will let you know about the start of the campaign in advance — in the News. You can submit your offers until the last day of a given edition.

Badges in offers within the campaign

The offers you submit for Allegro Days can get:

  • the standard allegro days badge
  • the -X% badge on an orange background — the percentage of the discount you grant in the offer.
Example

You submit an offer for Allegro Days and lower the product price by 25%. Buyers will see that offer with the allegro days badge or the -25% badge on an orange background.

Who can participate

You can participate in Allegro Days if you:

  • the total turnover on your business account on allegro.pl was at least 30,000 PLN gross for the last 2 calendar months preceding the day we start accepting submissions for a given edition of Allegro Days.

What you gain with Allegro Days

We will mark your offers with a special allegro days badge — buyers will see it on the offer page and the offer list. Additionally, we will display offers that qualified for the campaign on the Allegro home page and in the Deal Zone.

You will also get Featured Offers packages (19.90 PLN/10 days) within 30 days from the end of the campaign. The value of the packages will equal the additional sales commission we will charge during the campaign.

You can accept packages in the Discount Center — they will be valid for 3 months from when we grant them.

What offers you can submit

For the Allegro Days campaign you can submit active offers that:

Additionally, you have to reduce the offer price by at least 10% from the lowest price of that offer from the last 30 days. You can set the price while submitting a given offer to Allegro Days.

You can submit offers with the Medical device parameter selected. It is possible when you sign the paper version of this declaration (available in Polish) and send it to us with the phrase: medical devices to the address: Allegro sp. z o.o., ul. Żelazna 51/53, 00-841 Warszawa.

Now, we calculate the lowest price in an offer within 30 days before the start of the campaign you submit it to, and not before the moment of submission

Example:

The offer with a reduced price of 90 PLN was part of a campaign until August 5. On August 6, the offer price reverted to the base price — 100 PLN. On August 27, you submit an offer to a campaign that starts on September 6. According to the old rules, the lowest price in 30 days would be 90 PLN — and you would need to offer a discount on that price. According to the new rules, the lowest price in 30 days is 100 PLN.

That way, you can submit your offers to a campaign at any time before it starts.

In Allegro Days, you also cannot promote:

  • access to digital distribution service accounts, such as Steam, Origin, Ubisoft Connect, GOG, Xbox Live, PlayStation Store, and more
  • products sent from outside the European Economic Area for which you cannot issue fiscal documents in Poland
  • products from the Games category you are selling without a full ESD license.

How to submit offers for Allegro Days

You can do it:

Once we check the submitted offers, we will automatically change their prices for the ones you declared. The allegro days badge will be displayed for a maximum of 72 hours (until the end of a given Allegro Days edition) — unless you choose a shorter time or resign before the campaign ends.

Your submission means that you accept the Terms & Conditions of the campaign. We will also attach it to the email we send you right after you declare your participation.

What fees we will charge

We will charge you an additional campaign sales commission for the qualified offers. This additional commission is always 60% of the product sales commission.

You are selling a humidifier worth 300 PLN. The buyer selects the 0 PLN delivery. You list the product in a category with a 4% product sales commission. The 4% sales commission of 300 PLN is 12 PLN. The additional campaign sales commission equals 60% of the product sales commission — 7.20 PLN (12 PLN x 60%).

At the same time, we will grant you an equivalent of this additional commission in the form of a Features package. Learn more.

When we can exclude your offers from Allegro Days

In some cases, we can exclude previously qualified offers from the campaign. We can do so if:

  • your actions on Allegro cause harm to other users or our platform
  • you have outstanding payments for at least 2 settlement periods
  • you violate the provisions of the Allegro Terms & Conditions or the Allegro Days Terms & Conditions
  • we block your account for selling illegal products.
