What is the Condition parameter?
It refers to the state of the listed item. Parameter values may vary, depending on the category in which you place the item. The most common values for the Condition parameter are: new and used.
While listing an offer, you have to select a Condition parameter. It concerns the state of the item you are listing, and informs a buyer about its condition.
Available values for the Condition parameter

New — this value describes a brand new product that has not been used, opened, repackaged, or damaged. It has to be in its original packaging and have the manufacturer's designation intact — for example, a hangtag in clothing. The product cannot have any traces of use.
New with defects — this value describes a brand new product that has not been used, opened, or repackaged but has been damaged. However, this defect does not affect its functioning. A product described as New with defects should be in its original packaging and have the manufacturer's designation intact — for example, a hangtag in clothing.
Used — this value describes a product that has been used. The product may have traces of use, but it is fully functional and works as intended. A product described as Used may lack some parts or accessories — for example, screws (in furniture).
Retreaded — this value is used to describe only the condition of tires. It applies to tires that have been regenerated — they have a new tread layer. Such tires are not damaged nor older than 5 years. They must pass the pressure test.
Certified refurbished — this value describes a product with minimal or no traces of use. The product has been professionally checked, cleaned, and refurbished by the manufacturer or distributor and complies with the requirements described in the specifications. The product is in a new or replacement packaging and has original or new accessories.
Seller refurbished, Remanufactured, or Refurbished — each value describes a product that has been restored to a usable condition. The product has been checked, cleaned , repaired, and is fully functional. It has minimal or no traces of use. The product may (but does not have to) be sold in the original packaging. It has original or new accessories.
Ex-display — this value describes a product that may be missing its original or protective packaging. It can also be in a replacement or original packaging, which is not sealed. An Ex-display product may have slight traces of use, but it is fully functional and works as intended. It has original or new accessories.
Open packaging, Repackaged, New without tags — each value describes a product that may be missing original or protective packaging. It can also be in a replacement or original packaging, which is not sealed. The product is in good condition and has original accessories. It is not worn out, and potential traces of use are related only to repackaging.
After returns — this value describes a product that may not have its original or protective packaging. It can also be in a replacement or original packaging, which is not sealed. The product is in good condition and has original accessories. It is not worn out, and potential traces of use are related to a short use or repackaging.
For parts or Not working — this value describes a product or its element that may not work as intended and is not fully functional. This value applies to products with defects, requiring repairs, or missing essential parts.
Incomplete, Incomplete set, Incomplete kit — each value describes a product with minimal or no traces of use. It may be missing its original packaging or elements included in the original kit.
Salvaged or Disassembled — this value describes a product that has been disassembled and has minimal traces of use related to assembly, transport, or preparation for sale. It may be missing its original or protective packaging. It can also be in a replacement or original packaging, which is not sealed.
Needs refurbishment — this value describes a vintage product with apparent traces of use or aging of material that can be removed or repaired. The product's appearance does not impact its functioning. A product with this value does not have to be in its original packaging.
Does not need refurbishment — this value describes a vintage product that does not have apparent traces of use or aging of the material. Such a product has not been refurbished, nor does it need to be — its appearance does not differ noticeably from the original condition. The product is functional and can be used as intended. It does not have to be in its original packaging.
