On October 15, we will start increasing the minimum cost per click rate for Allegro Ads Sponsored Offers on allegro.pl. Once the changes have been implemented, we will display a separate message in the Allegro Ads dashboard.

What it means for you
- If you hold a business account, from October 15, 2024, you will not set the minimum CPC rate in an ad group on allegro.pl below the rates specified in the table. The change will be implemented automatically and requires no action on your side. If your ad groups have minimum CPC rates lower than the new ones, we will update them to the rates listed above.
- If you hold a regular account and have active Allegro Ads campaigns, nothing will change until you edit them. The current minimum CPC rates will be the same after October 15, 2024. If you edit or create a new one after that date, the updated minimum CPC rates will apply.
- If a single ad group contains offers from categories with different rates, we will adjust them to the minimum CPC rate of the most expensive category (like we do now).
Example
On October 15, you list offers in the Electronics and Automotive categories on your business account. Your active group for Sponsored Offers ads on allegro.pl contains ads of both categories. We will increase the minimum CPC for that ad group to 0.55 PLN because the minimum CPC for the Electronics category is 0.55 PLN. To avoid such a situation, create a new ad group only for offers from the Automotive category and delete those offers from the common ad group.
The change in the minimum rates for displaying display ads
From October 15, the minimum rate for 1,000 displays of a display ad (the so-called CPM) will be:

What it means for you
- If you hold a business account and the maximum CPM rate in your active ad groups is lower than the new rates, from October 15, 2024 we will increase it to match the new minimum CPM rates. The rates will apply until the end of your ads' duration — unless you change them yourself. Thanks to that, we will display your ad in all the selected display locations.
- If you hold a regular account — nothing will change until you edit ad groups. The current minimum CPM rates will be the same after October 15, 2024. If you edit or create a new campaign after that date, the updated minimum CPM rates will apply.
- If a single ad group contains display locations with different minimum CPM rates, we will adjust the CPM rate of the minimum rate to the most expensive category (as it currently is).
Example
You have a display ad in several display locations:
- allegro.pl home page
- the top and bottom of the search results
- on the offer page
and your maximum CPM is 12 PLN. On October 15, we will increase the CPM to 16 PLN because the minimum CPM for a display ad on the allegro.pl home page is 16 PLN. To avoid that, divide ad groups by display locations.
We will automatically terminate offers not linked to the Product Catalog
From: October 21, 2024
How it works now
For several months, we have required all offers to be linked to the Allegro Product Catalog. An offer that is not linked to a product is not visible to buyers. The seller has 7 days to link it. If they fail to do that — we terminate such an offer.
What we will change
We will terminate an offer not linked to a product immediately. If any promotion options were purchased for such an offer — we will return the costs proportionally.

Smart! on allegro.cz: your offers with large products will get the badge more easily
From: October 21, 2024
As we announced before, from October 21, your offers on allegro.cz will be Smart! if you enable in them the Allegro International Czechia delivery options. You can read about it here.
What if your products exceed the maximum dimensions of the new mandatory delivery options
If you share offers on allegro.cz with products that exceed the maximum dimensions of the Allegro International Czechia delivery options, all you need to do is add to them:
- at least one courier delivery option and at least one delivery option to a pick-up point or a parcel locker from the list of qualifying delivery options or
- at least one courier delivery option from the list of qualifying delivery options — if your products do not fit into the pick-up points or parcel lockers.
It means that the former Smart! conditions will apply to such offers.

We will remove the ORLEN Paczka delivery options outside the Allegro Delivery program
From: October 21, 2024
After October 21, you will only use the ORLEN Paczka delivery options in a package with all the other Allegro Delivery options or based on your own agreement with the carrier.
We will remove the following delivery options:
- Allegro ORLEN Paczka Pick-up Point (valid until October 21, 2024)
- Allegro ORLEN Paczka Parcel Locker (valid until October 21, 2024).
As of now, you cannot:
- add those delivery options to your existing shipping rates
- create a new shipping rate with those delivery options
- save an edited shipping rate with those delivery options.

We will increase bid increments in auctions

What the bid increment is
The bid increment is the amount by which the buyer has to raise the current highest bid in the offer to outbid it. The buyer enters the maximum amount they are willing to pay for a given product. Next, our system automatically specifies how much higher the amount has to be to outbid their offer.
What we will change
We will change the current bid increments in auctions and:
- change the latest price range available for the auctioned product
- add a new price range for the auctioned product.

The sales rating is the buyer's opinion about the shopping experience with you, while the product review is the opinion about the product itself.
What we will change
We will clarify in the Terms & Conditions that:
- the seller cannot persuade the buyer to leave a rating or edit an existing rating in exchange for benefits (like rebates, free products, vouchers, or money).
- the buyer cannot buy a product only to leave a review — to manipulate the reviews or for financial or other benefits.
We will introduce editorial changes to the provisions concerning sales ratings and product reviews.

We will update Appendix No. 5 (Privacy protection policy) and Appendix No. 19 (Data processing agreement) to the Allegro Terms & Conditions.

- We will add information that we enable external verification services, such as passkeys, to activate the account.
- We will add another purpose for personal data processing that results from the General Product Safety Regulation.
- We will update the legal basis for one of the purposes of processing marketing communication personal data in connection with the enactment of the Polish Electronic communications law.
- We will supplement the information that we transfer buyers' personal data outside the European Economic Area — in connection with purchases from sellers outside the EEA.

We will clarify how product relevance works

What the product relevance is
Product relevance is a default sorting of product lists. In the Allegro Product Catalog, we gather and describe all products available in offers. Then, we display linked offers on the product lists. Thanks to the grouping of offers with the same product, buyers can find exactly what they are looking for faster. They can choose the product of their interest first, and then the offer that suits them best in regard to price or estimated delivery time.
What we will change
In the Terms & Conditions, we will describe in detail the factors we take into account while sorting the product list by relevance. Those include:
- the number of offers linked to that product
- product rating
- number of product ratings
- how many times the offer with a given product has been viewed.

Allegro Prices: we will apply machine learning while selecting offers for the program

What the Allegro Prices program is
Allegro Prices is a support program for sellers that will help you offer the best prices on the market — at no extra participation cost. When you join the program, we will automatically reduce the prices of selected products in some of your offers. In return, we will give you reconciliation for the price reduction. We select offers for the program automatically — with an algorithm.
What we will change
While selecting offers for the program, we will also be able to apply an algorithm based on machine learning that, for example, takes into account:
- offer price
- effect of price changes on the demand
- your sales quality
- offer quality
- delivery options available in the offer.

We will expand the assortment in the Supermarket category
Update from October 16, 2024
We suspend the launch of pilot sales of alcoholic beverages. Learn more.
We will expand the assortment in the Supermarket category to include the Alcoholic beverages category.
Retail sales of alcoholic beverages will be possible as part of a pilot phase available to sellers with whom we have concluded separate agreements. Those sellers have the required licenses and experience in handling online sales. It will ensure that every stage of completing the order — from purchase to delivery — is safe and complies with the law.
At the same time, on October 21, we will change the name of the subcategory for non-alcoholic beverages — from Wine and non-alcoholic beverages to Alcohol free (basis: editorial change (sub-paragraph 14.1 (k) of the Allegro Terms & Conditions).
We will introduce minor updates, clarifications, and editorial changes

We will delete your account if you have not used it for a long time
We will terminate the agreement for accounts where no purchase or sale has been made for at least:
- 5 years from account registration or
- 10 years from the last transaction on that account.
We will keep the 30-day notice period.

We will clarify the rules for using multiple accounts
We will clarify that you cannot use multiple accounts to:
- circumvent the terms of promotions, programs, or Allegro services — if we notice you do it, we will be able to prevent you from participating in such promotions automatically
- manipulate the popularity of offers, sellers (including sales quality), or ratings.

Ship with Allegro: we will clarify the provision about dispatching parcels based on your own agreements
Since September 26, it has not been possible to dispatch orders with some delivery options you settle based on your own agreements through the Ship with Allegro tool. We will consequently clarify the fragment of the Terms & Conditions that concerns that matter.

You will not disable the Allegro Pay Business payment in your offers
What Allegro Pay Business is
Allegro Pay Business is a method of payment for business purchases on Allegro Business. You receive payment immediately after the sale – while buyers can pay later. Selling with Allegro Pay Business is available in your offers on Allegro Business by default — provided that you run a business activity registered in Poland and hold a Polish bank account number for settlements with Allegro.
What we will change
From October 21, 2024, you will not disable the Allegro Pay Business payments in your offers. Currently, you can do it in the Allegro Pay Business tab.

We will clarify the rules for selling durable media on allegro.hu
If you sell durable media such as smartphones or laptops, Hungarian law requires you to provide a special code with the purchased product. If you share offers on allegro.hu, we will fulfill that obligation for you — all you need to do is list your offer in the category dedicated to a specific product.

The entire Tobacco Accessories category is on the list of categories excluded from promotion in the Deal Zone.
However, we will make an exception for the Lighters subcategory — offers listed there will have a chance to get the Deal badge.

We will introduce editorial changes to the Smart! conditions in foreign marketplaces
On October 21, we will include in the Terms & Conditions that enabling at least one payment on delivery option is one of the conditions for receiving the Smart! badge on allegro.cz, allegro.sk, and allegro.hu. It does not change the rules by which we mark your offers with the Smart! badge — this is an editorial change.

We will remove the possibility of transferring an account between spouses
According to the Terms & Conditions, you can transfer a regular account to your spouse. We will remove that possibility. That option is not popular with buyers and sellers, so we will no longer support it. We encourage you to register new accounts.

We will clarify the limit of offers with a single product one seller can list
In a single subcategory, the seller can list a maximum of two offers with a single product with the Condition parameter value - New. We will clarify that the limit applies to each marketplace separately.

We will update the Subscription Terms & Conditions
If you buy a Subscription on your account in one marketplace, you can use it in all the marketplaces where you sell. We will make Allegro available in Hungary by the end of this year — you will also be able to benefit from the Subscription there.
Allegro Lokalnie: we will change the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost delivery fee
From: November 1, 2024
We will change the fee to adapt it to the increasing rates introduced by InPost.
On November 1, 2024, we will change the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost delivery fee on Allegro Lokalnie ― from 10.95 PLN to 11.49 PLN. The change will lead to a cost increase for buyers who select that delivery option.
If you offer the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost delivery option for 10.95 PLN
You do not have to do anything. We will automatically update the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost delivery fee in ongoing classifieds in which you offer that delivery option ― regardless of when you listed them.
If you offer the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost delivery option for less than 10.95 PLN
If you offer the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost delivery option for a price ranging from 0 PLN to 10.94 PLN ― we will not automatically change the fee to 11.49 PLN. You can edit classifieds in which you entered your own delivery fee and set a new one. Whether you do it or not, on November 1, we will start charging 11.49 PLN for delivery with that option.

We will change the fees for delivery and additional services by InPost, Poczta Polska, and UPS
We will change the fees to adapt them to the increasing rates introduced by InPost and Poczta Polska. At the same time, we will lower the delivery price of heavier Allegro UPS Courier and Allegro UPS Courier payment on delivery parcels.
On October 21, we will allow you to enter new values in shipping rates. We will also increase the maximum price that qualifies the delivery options listed below for the Smart! badge. Consequently, if you change the price in shipping rates to a higher one, your offers will keep the Smart! badge. This way you will prepare your offers with the following delivery options for the changes in November.

If you share offers on allegro.cz, Czech business customers will also be able to buy from you on business.allegro.cz — with an invoice issued for their businesses.
We will automatically provide you with the buyer's EU VAT status (based on the information from publicly available registers), which will help you decide whether a given purchase can be documented with a 0% VAT invoice This will minimize the risk of incorrectly documenting (invoicing) intra-Community transactions.

On Allegro Lokalnie, you will only list classifieds on a regular account

How it works now
On Allegro Lokalnie, you can list classifieds from regular and business accounts.
What we will change
From December 2, you will only list classifieds on a regular account.
On that day, we will terminate classifieds on Allegro Lokalnie listed on business accounts. This does not apply to classifieds listed before December 2 with the option of auto-relisting for 90 days in Nieruchomości (Real Estate) and the following subcategories of Motoryzacja (Automotive):
- Samochody (Cars)
- Maszyny (Machinery)
- Przyczepy, naczepy (Trailers, Semitrailers)
- Inne pojazdy i łodzie (Other Vehicles and Boats)
- Motocykle i quady (Motorcycles and Quads).
The option of auto-relisting in those classifieds will work for 90 days from listing (or until you disable it). However, from December 2, it will not be possible to edit those classifieds.

We will update the Terms & Conditions of payment operators

We will introduce a new data verification method
While:
- registering a new business account
- adding a new bank account for payouts
sellers from the EEA will be able to use the new external service for the company data verification (AIS). That verification method will only be available to sellers whose bank offers the Open Banking service.
We will introduce provisions allowing us to enable the Przelewy24 service on allegro.hu
We will make Allegro available in Hungary by the end of this year. If you plan to share offers on allegro.hu, your transactions in that marketplace will be processed — apart from PayU and Allegro Finance — also by Przelewy24.
We will also make it possible to convert the sales funds processed by Przelewy24 — from forints into zlotys, euros, and Czech korunas. You will do that with the Currency Converter.

You will get the Smart! badge on a regular account more easily
From: January 2, 2025
What we will change
If you sell on a regular account, you will get the Smart! badge in your offers more easily. We will stop taking into account the condition that applies now: making tracking numbers available for at least 50% of all orders.
