We have changed the terms of Smart! on allegro.cz in the Terms & Conditions — but we will start applying them from October 21
As announced, we have introduced to the Terms & Conditions a new requirement for the Smart! badge in offers you share on allegro.cz — enabling the Allegro International Czechia delivery option.
Today, we have launched a promotion allowing you to keep the Smart! badge in your offers on allegro.cz until October 20, 2024 — even if you have not enabled Allegro International Czechia yet. See the Terms & Conditions of the promotion.
In what situations you do not need to meet all of the requirements
If you sell products that you cannot place in a parcel locker or a pick-up point and do not enable those delivery options — you do not have to meet the new requirement. We will mark your offers with the Smart! badge if you add the Allegro International Courier Czechia delivery option to your shipping price lists and meet the other two requirements — regarding sales quality and return address.

We have changed the Allegro Finance privacy protection policy
We have introduced:
- changes that allow us to offer new payment services in the future and
- editorial changes.
Basis: expanding the scope of the service to include new features (sub-paragraph 7.1 (f) of the Allegro Finance Terms & Conditions).
Buyers will pay with a card also through Przelewy24
Currently, buyers can pay with a card in transactions for which the operator is PayU.
Soon, it will be possible to pay with a card also in transactions for which the operator is Przelewy24. Consequently, we have added to the Terms & Conditions of the Przelewy24 Service provisions that regulate that matter. This reduces the risk of abandoning a purchase due to the unavailability of the preferred payment method.
