Allegro Packeta delivery options
Allegro Packeta — dispatch from Poland to Hungary
You can offer the Allegro Packeta — dispatch from Poland to Hungary delivery options if you hold a business account. You will settle them within Allegro Standard. You do not need to conclude a separate agreement with the carrier, and you can conveniently dispatch your parcels through Ship with Allegro.
Within the international cooperation between Poczta Polska, Packeta, and ORLEN Paczka, we offer the following delivery options:
- Allegro Dispatch from Poland to Hungary — Packeta Pick-up Point, Poczta Polska
- Allegro Dispatch from Poland to Hungary — Packeta Pick-up Point, ORLEN Paczka
- Allegro Dispatch from Poland to Hungary — Packeta Parcel Lockers, Poczta Polska
- Allegro Dispatch from Poland to Hungary — Packeta Parcel Lockers, ORLEN Paczka.
With them, you can dispatch parcels in Poland and the buyers will collect them at pick-up points or parcel lockers in Hungary.
How to add the Allegro Packeta delivery options to your offers
Go to your shipping price lists in the Delivery Settings tab and select the dispatch from Poland and [to Hungary] options. In the section Settlements with Allegro section, select the delivery options you want to add:
You can set same-day dispatch times separately for each carrier in the Other carriers section of the Ordering time settings tab.
- For delivery options handled by Poczta Polska, we will take into account the time settings in the Packeta / Zasilkovna row.
- For delivery options handled by ORLEN Paczka, we will take into account time settings in the ORLEN row.
For the ORLEN Paczka delivery options within Allegro Delivery, you will set same-day dispatch times separately. Check how to do that.

You can enable the Allegro Packeta — dispatch from Poland to Hungary delivery options in your offers on allegro.pl and allegro.hu.
If you have the Allegro Packeta delivery options handled by both Poczta Polska and ORLEN Paczka in your shipping price lists, we will recommend to buyers the one handled by ORLEN Paczka by default.
If you want buyers to choose the delivery option handled by Poczta Polska, include only that option in your shipping price list.
Buyers on allegro.pl will see the prices in PLN, and buyers on allegro.hu — in HUF.
You can also add the payment on delivery option to the Allegro Packeta delivery options you offer on allegro.hu. You cannot enable this payment method on allegro.pl.
You can easily add the Allegro Packeta delivery options handled by Poczta Polska to several shipping price lists at once. To do that, click the buttons below.
How to dispatch parcels
You can dispatch parcels only through our free tool — Ship with Allegro — or through integrating external tools (for example, Baselinker or Sello) with the Ship with Allegro API.
You will dispatch parcels just as you would with other delivery options. See how to do it.
How to hand over parcels for dispatch
If Poczta Polska is the carrier:
- during courier pick-up — only if you have an agreement with Poczta Polska for the collection of Business Mail
- at any Poczta Polska post office.
If ORLEN Paczka is the carrier:
- only during a free ORLEN Paczka courier pickup. You cannot dispatch those parcels at the ORLEN Paczka pick-up points or parcel lockers.
The same courier can also collect Allegro Delivery parcels from you. However, they will not collect Allegro Packeta parcels handled by Poczta Polska.
If you want to conclude an agreement with Poczta Polska, you can do it:
- by phone — 801 333 444 or (+48) 438 420 600
- through this form (available in Polish) — in the Uwagi (Comments) field, write that your query concerns a Business Mail agreement.
Poczta Polska should provide you with an agreement proposal within 7 business days.
To order fixed pickups for the ORLEN Paczka delivery options:
- Go to: https://www.orlenpaczka.pl/zamow-staly-odbior/ (available in Polish).
- Enter the postal code from which you want to dispatch parcels.
- If your area is served by ORLEN couriers, fill out the form.
Specify:
- your Allegro account login
- company name
- Tax Identification Number (NIP)
- company address:
- street, building and apartment number
- postal code
- city
- parcel pickup address:
- street, building and apartment number
- postal code
- city
- days of the week (from Monday to Friday) when the courier will come to collect parcels within fixed pickups
- email address.
Once ORLEN Paczka receives your request, they will contact you to confirm the details. ORLEN Paczka will start the fixed pickups on the next working day and send you an email confirmation.
You can order fixed pickups if you declare to hand over a minimum of 10 parcels per pickup. This number also includes Allegro Delivery parcels you can hand over during the same courier pickup. If you dispatch fewer than 10 parcels, ORLEN Paczka may suspend the pickup service for you.
The courier's arrival time depends on the postal code. If the courier cannot collect parcels at your preferred time, they will contact you or ORLEN Paczka to find another solution.
If the fixed pickups have not started yet or if you do not have a scheduled pickup on a particular day, you can order one-time courier pickups in Ship with Allegro.
Maximum parcel dimensions and weight
Maximum parcel dimensions:
- length of the longest side of the parcel — 120 cm
- the sum of 3 sides' length — up to 150 cm (for example, 60 x 40 x 50 cm).
Maximum parcel weight — 15 kg.
We determine the parcel weight based on the actual weight. That means we consider how much the parcel weighs when placed on a scale. We do not calculate the dimensional weight.
Settlement model
You will settle the costs of the Allegro Packeta — dispatch from Poland to Hungary delivery options within Allegro Standard. That means you do not have to conclude an agreement with the carrier — you settle directly with us within a monthly invoice.
We add delivery costs to Settlements with Allegro on your account.
How much you will pay for parcels
You can add the Allegro Packeta delivery options to your offers on allegro.pl and allegro.hu. Depending on the marketplace you sell in, you will settle for parcels in PLN or HUF.

For the Allegro Packeta payment on delivery options, you will receive the payment no later than two working days after the buyer collects the parcel. We will transfer the money to your Allegro account ― you can find it in the Funds and Operations History tab.
If your parcel is bigger or heavier than what you have declared during dispatch and exceeds the maximum dimensions and weight ― we will charge you an additional fee and return the parcel to you.
You will find all the basic and additional fees for the Allegro Packeta delivery options in the Allegro Terms & Conditions.
Returns
If the buyer does not collect the parcel, it will be returned to you ― at your expense. For returning an uncollected parcel, you will pay:
- 15.99 PLN — for purchases made on allegro.pl
- 700 HUF — for purchases made on allegro.hu.
If the buyer collects the parcel and decides to return it, they will do it at their own expense. We will not charge you any additional fees.
Complaints
You can file a complaint in 2 ways:
- with the carrier on your own ― if the parcel was damaged or lost, contact them through this form or via email at: allegro.cs@packeta.pl
- through Allegro ― when the complaint concerns deliveries you dispatched via the Ship with Allegro tool without an agreement with the carrier.
In that case, report to us (via chat, email, or phone) a complaint concerning:
- the delivery fee
- fees for additional services
- damage or loss of the parcel.
If you file a complaint and it turns out that the fees are miscalculated — the carrier will send us a correction we will later include in your bill. If the complaint concerns damage or loss of the parcel and you file it without Allegro's involvement, the correction will go directly to the bank account number you have indicated.
Allegro Packeta — dispatch from Poland to Slovakia
You can offer Allegro Packeta — dispatch from Poland to Slovakia delivery options if you hold a business account. You will settle them within Allegro Standard. You do not need to conclude a separate agreement with the carrier, and you can dispatch your parcels through Ship with Allegro.
Within the international cooperation between Poczta Polska, Packeta, and ORLEN Paczka, we offer the following delivery options:

You can dispatch parcels only through our free tool — Ship with Allegro — or through integrating external tools (for example, Baselinker or Sello) with the Ship with Allegro API.
You will dispatch parcels just as you would with other delivery options. See how to do it.
How to hand over parcels for dispatch
If Poczta Polska is the carrier:
- during courier pick-up — only if you have an agreement with Poczta Polska for the collection of Business Mail
- at any Poczta Polska post office.
If ORLEN Paczka is the carrier:
- only during a free ORLEN Paczka courier pickup. You cannot dispatch those parcels at the ORLEN Paczka pick-up points or parcel lockers.
The same courier can also collect Allegro Delivery parcels from you. However, they will not collect Allegro Packeta parcels handled by Poczta Polska.
If you want to conclude an agreement with Poczta Polska, you can do it:
- by phone — 801 333 444 or (+48) 438 420 600
- through this form (available in Polish) — in the Uwagi (Comments) field, write that your query concerns a Business Mail agreement.
Poczta Polska should provide you with an agreement proposal within 7 business days.
To order fixed pickups for the ORLEN Paczka delivery options:
- Go to: https://www.orlenpaczka.pl/zamow-staly-odbior/ (available in Polish).
- Enter the postal code from which you want to dispatch parcels.
- If your area is served by ORLEN couriers, fill out the form.
Specify:
- your Allegro account login
- company name
- Tax Identification Number (NIP)
- company address:
- street, building and apartment number
- postal code
- city
- parcel pickup address:
- street, building and apartment number
- postal code
- city
- days of the week (from Monday to Friday) when the courier will come to collect parcels within fixed pickups
- email address.
Once ORLEN Paczka receives your request, they will contact you to confirm the details. ORLEN Paczka will start the fixed pickups on the next working day and send you an email confirmation.
You can order fixed pickups if you declare to hand over a minimum of 10 parcels per pickup. This number also includes Allegro Delivery parcels you can hand over during the same courier pickup. If you dispatch fewer than 10 parcels, ORLEN Paczka may suspend the pickup service for you.
The courier's arrival time depends on the postal code. If the courier cannot collect parcels at your preferred time, they will contact you or ORLEN Paczka to find another solution.
If the fixed pickups have not started yet or if you do not have a scheduled pickup on a particular day, you can order one-time courier pickups in Ship with Allegro.
Maximum parcel dimensions and weight
Maximum parcel dimensions:
- length of the longest side of the parcel — 120 cm
- the sum of 3 sides' length — up to 150 cm (for example, 60 x 40 x 50 cm).
Maximum parcel weight — 15 kg.
We determine the parcel weight based on the actual weight. That means we consider how much the parcel weighs when placed on a scale. We do not calculate the dimensional weight.
Settlement model
You will settle the costs of the Allegro Packeta — dispatch from Poland to Czechia delivery options within Allegro Standard. That means you do not have to conclude an agreement with the carrier — you settle directly with us within a monthly invoice.
We add delivery costs to Settlements with Allegro on your account.
How much you will pay for parcels
You can add the Allegro Packeta delivery options to your offers on allegro.pl and allegro.cz. Depending on the marketplace you sell in, you will settle for parcels in PLN or CZK.

For the Allegro Packeta payment on delivery options, you will receive the payment no later than two working days after the buyer collects the parcel. We will transfer the money to your Allegro account ― you can find it in the Funds and Operations History tab.
If your parcel is bigger or heavier than what you have declared during dispatch and exceeds the maximum dimensions and weight ― we will charge you an additional fee and return the parcel to you.

Returns
If the buyer does not collect the parcel, it will be returned to you ― at your expense. For returning an uncollected parcel, you will pay:
- 10.99 PLN — for purchases made on allegro.pl
- 59 CZK — for purchases made on allegro.cz.
If the buyer collects the parcel and decides to return it, they will do it at their own expense. We will not charge you any additional fees.
Complaints
You can file a complaint in 2 ways:
- with the carrier on your own ― if the parcel was damaged or lost, contact them through this form or via email at: allegro.cs@packeta.pl
- through Allegro ― when the complaint concerns deliveries you dispatched via the Ship with Allegro tool without an agreement with the carrier.
In that case, report to us (via chat, email, or phone) a complaint concerning:
- the delivery fee
- fees for additional services
- damage or loss of the parcel.
If you file a complaint and it turns out that the fees are miscalculated — the carrier will send us a correction we will later include in your bill. If the complaint concerns damage or loss of the parcel and you file it without Allegro's involvement, the correction will go directly to the bank account number you have indicated.
