Pre-made shipping price lists — what they are and how they work
You can create a pre-made shipping price list in a few simple steps. We will make sure to keep it up-to-date.
We have been making the new shipping price list layout available to new groups of sellers since July 3.
The sellers to whom we have enabled the new layout can still use their shipping price lists. We will also not change the previous layout of their shipping price lists or the delivery options they set in their offers.
We will make the new layout of shipping price lists available to all sellers in the coming months.
What pre-made shipping price lists are
They are a simplified way of creating shipping price lists in a few easy steps. All you need to do is specify the country of dispatch and sale, and select the template. We will automatically complete the remaining information:
- we will create a shipping price list containing appropriate delivery options, for which we will always automatically set maximum delivery prices
- if we make any changes to the delivery options, we will update the shipping price list automatically — based on the setting you choose (country of dispatch, assortment type).
The benefits of pre-made shipping price lists
- Your shipping price lists are always Smart! — the pre-made shipping price lists always meet the Allegro Smart! conditions in every marketplace.
- Your delivery rates are always up-to-date — in the shipping price lists, we automatically set the maximum delivery prices. If the rates change — we update them.
- You always offer the latest delivery options — if we enable a new delivery option that meets the conditions of your shipping price list, we automatically add it.
How to create pre-made shipping price lists
- Go to the Delivery Settings tab.
- Click [add a new shipping price list] in the Shipping price lists section.
- Select the country from which you will dispatch parcels. You can only choose one country of dispatch. If you want to dispatch products from different countries — create separate shipping price lists for each of them.
At this stage, you can also select email delivery.
- Your offers will always be visible in your local marketplace — the one in which you registered your account.
Decide whether you also want to sell abroad:
- in the International markets section — select other Allegro marketplaces
- in the Other countries section — select up to 20 other European countries.
If you select a country of dispatch other than the one you provided upon account registration — we will redirect you to the non-standard shipping price list form.
- Select the type of the shipping price list depending on your assortment.
- Small assortment — select this type if you want to dispatch parcels:
- with a courier
- to parcel lockers
- to pick-up points.
- Medium assortment — select this type if you want to dispatch standard parcels using courier delivery options.
- Large assortment — select this type if you want to dispatch large parcels using courier delivery options. Large parcels are those that fit into the limits for standard parcels specified by carriers — they are not oversized parcels.
If you do not like any of the types we offer — create a non-standard shipping price list. You will need to update it yourself.
Name your shipping price list.
Adapt the shipping price list to your needs.
a) If you click Change the carriers and see the fees, you can:
- check and change the carrier — but only in a way that ensures that the shipping price lists meet the Smart! conditions in a particular marketplace
Example 1: You sell on allegro.pl. You cannot disable the Allegro Delivery program because it is one of the conditions the shipping price list needs to meet to be Smart! on allegro.pl. Example 2: You sell on allegro.sk. According to the Smart! conditions in Slovakia, you can decide on the carrier you wish to cooperate with and disable other delivery options.
visit the Buyer's fees tab to check how much buyers pay for a parcel outside Allegro Smart! with particular carriers and within different programs, such as Allegro Delivery
visit the Seller's fees tab to check what fees we will charge you for the Allegro Smart! parcels
visit the Weights and dimensions tab to check the maximum dimensions and weight of parcels with particular carriers.
b) Decide whether you want to add a payment on delivery option — in that case, we will enable it for all delivery option in the shipping price list for which it is available.
You can disable payment on delivery only on allegro.pl. You cannot disable it in other marketplaces because it is one of the Allegro Smart! conditions.
c) Decide whether you want to offer in-store pick-up. You can provide the addresses of pick-up points in the In-store Pick-up Point tab.
d) Specify the number of parcels you usually need to pack the order with a particular assortment.
Fixed — select this option if you usually send your orders in a single parcel and only need one label. If you need more labels, you will need to pay for them.
Variable — select this option if you usually send your orders in multiple packages and need many labels. The number of free labels will depend on whether you have specified the maximum number of units in a parcel.
- Go to the summary. Check whether everything is correct. If it is — click [save]. If you want to correct some information, go back to the previous steps. Done!
How to edit the pre-made shipping price lists
- Go to the Shipping price lists section in the Delivery Settings tab.
- Look up the shipping price list you want to edit and click [edit].
- We will redirect you to the Settings tab.
- Enter all changes and go to the Summary.
- Save changes. Done!
How to add the pre-made shipping price lists to offers
You can add the pre-made shipping price lists to new and active offers as usual. Read our article to learn more.
How to remove the pre-made shipping price lists
- Go to the Delivery Settings tab and look up the shipping price list you want to remove.
- Click the three dots on the right and select [remove shipping price list].
- Click [remove]. Done!
If you added a shipping price list to offers
If some offers are assigned to the shipping price list you want to remove — select another shipping price list to replace it and click [remove]. You can replace a shipping price list only with one that contains delivery options to the same countries.

Linking offers with another shipping price list may take up to several hours.
Example 1: You want to remove a shipping price list that you added to offers. It contains delivery options to Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia, which means your offers are available in foreign marketplaces. If you want to replace that shipping price list, we will show you only the other ones that also contain delivery options to Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia.
Example 2: You want to remove a shipping price list that you added to offers. It contains only delivery options within Poland. If you want to replace that shipping price list, we will show you only the other ones that also contain delivery options within Poland.
Can I create another pre-made shipping price list based on a different shipping price list?
No. You can use the [create similar] option only if you create the shipping price list as usual. Learn more.
In the pre-made shipping price lists, you do not need to select delivery options on your own. We automatically adapt them to the assortment type you want to sell.
Can I edit the delivery time in a pre-made shipping price list?
In the pre-made shipping price list, we only offer delivery options settled with the Allegro Standard method. You cannot edit the delivery time for them. If you want to enable delivery options for which you can edit the delivery time — use non-standard shipping price lists.
How should I know which number of parcels — fixed or variable — to set?
It all depends on whether you normally manage to pack your assortment into one or several parcels.
Fixed — select this option if you usually send your orders in a single parcel and only need one label. If you need more labels, you will need to pay for them.
Variable — select this option if you usually send your orders in multiple packages and need many labels. The number of free labels will depend on whether you have specified the maximum number of units in a parcel.
Disclaimer: In pre-made shipping price lists, you do not specify a maximum number of units in a parcel for particular delivery options. You do it for all methods within a particular delivery option in the shipping price list — for example, for all courier delivery options.
Example: You sell an assortment that you usually manage to pack and send with one parcel. Consequently, you select Fixed as the number of parcels needed to pack the order. If you do that, you do not need to select the number of parcels for each carrier separately.
The buyer will pay for the delivery of this parcel outside Allegro Smart! We will charge you a fee according to the price list for the delivery of this parcel within Allegro Smart!
If you selected Fixed as the number of parcels but sent a particular order in several parcels — you need to pay for the extra labels on your own.
