DPD international delivery options
Allegro DPD Pickup and Allegro DPD Parcel Lockers with dispatch from Poland to Hungary
The Allegro DPD delivery options with dispatch from Poland to Hungary will help you reach more customers outside Poland. You can use them if you hold a business account.
How to enable those delivery options in your offers
You can enable the Allegro DPD — dispatch from Poland to Hungary delivery options in your offers on allegro.pl and allegro.hu. They will not be visible to buyers in other marketplaces.
Select Dispatch from: [Poland] from the drop-down list, and the to Hungary option in your shipping price lists in Delivery Settings. Select the appropriate delivery options in the Settlements with Allegro section.
Check how to set the same-day dispatch time.
In the shipping price lists, there is a field where you need to provide delivery prices in HUF for buyers on allegro.hu — even if you sell only on allegro.pl. This field cannot be left empty.
Buyers on allegro.pl will see the price in PLN, and buyers on allegro.hu — in HUF (if you share your offers there).
If you withdraw from sharing your offers in the foreign marketplace, we will not display this price to your buyers.
How to dispatch parcels
You can dispatch parcels only through our free tool — Ship with Allegro — or through integrating external tools (for example, Baselinker) with the Ship with Allegro API.
You will dispatch parcels just as you would using other delivery options. Check how to do that.
The price of every parcel includes insurance up to 1,000 PLN. Declare the insurance amount while dispatching the parcel.
You can hand the parcels over:
- during the courier pick-up — the courier will collect the parcel from the address you provided in the Ship with Allegro dispatch form. We make this option available within the basic service — which means it is free of charge.
- in the DPD Pickup parcel dispatch points.
Maximum parcel dimensions and weight
Maximum dimensions:

The maximum parcel weight (actual and dimensional) for each delivery option — 20 kg.
The parcel weight is calculated according to its actual or dimensional weight. We use the higher value to calculate the price.
We calculate the dimensional weight with the following formula: [height (cm) x length (cm) x width (cm)] / 5,000.
There are surcharges for parcels over 10 kg (actual or dimensional weight) set in the price list.
If your parcel is bigger or heavier than what you have declared during dispatch and exceeds the maximum dimensions and weight ― we will charge you an additional fee, and send the parcel back to you.
Settlement model
You will settle these delivery options within Allegro Standard. That means you do not need to conclude an agreement with the carrier — you settle directly with us within your monthly invoice.
We add delivery costs to Settlements with Allegro on your account.
How much you will pay for parcels
You can add those delivery options to your offers on allegro.pl and allegro.hu. Depending on the marketplace you sell in, you will settle parcel deliveries in PLN or HUF.

Returns
If the customer does not collect the parcel, and it is returned to you, for each such return you will pay:
- 18.99 PLN — for purchases made on allegro.pl
- 1,400 HUF — for purchases made on allegro.hu.
In addition to the fixed fee, we will also charge the appropriate additional service fee according to the price list.
We cover the costs of returning parcels uncollected by the buyers. If the customer does not collect the order made on allegro.hu and the parcel is returned to you, you will pay only a symbolic amount for each such return — 90 HUF, which equals 1 PLN.

Complaints
You can file a complaint in two ways:
- with the carrier by yourself ― if the parcel was damaged or lost
- through Allegro — if the complaint concerns delivery fees, additional service fees, damage, or loss of the parcel.
If you file a complaint and the fees turn out to be improperly charged — the carrier sends us a correction we will later add to your account. If the complaint is related to damage or loss of a parcel, and you file it without Allegro's involvement, the correction will go directly to the bank account number you have specified.

How to add those delivery options to your offers
You can enable the Allegro DPD — dispatch from Poland to Czechia delivery options in your offers on allegro.pl and allegro.cz. Those delivery options will not be visible to buyers in offers on allegro.sk.
Open your shipping price lists in the Delivery Settings tab and select dispatch from: Poland and [to Czechia]. Check the appropriate delivery options in the Settlements with Allegro section.

In the price lists, there is a field where you can provide the shipping price in CZK for buyers from Czechia on allegro.cz — even if you sell only on allegro.pl. This field cannot be left empty.
We will not display the price to your buyers unless you share your offers in the foreign marketplace. You can enter your own delivery price or leave the one we suggest.
Buyers on allegro.pl will see the prices in PLN, and buyers on allegro.cz — in CZK (if you share your offers there).
How to dispatch parcels
You can dispatch parcels only through our free tool — Ship with Allegro — or through integrating external tools (for example, Baselinker) with the Ship with Allegro API.
- Open the Orders tab, select the order for which you want to dispatch a parcel to Czechia, and click [dispatch parcel]. We will redirect you to the Ship with Allegro dispatch form for that order. There, you will complete the details about the dispatch.
- In the Order a shipment step, in the Dispatch under the agreement section, you will see information about the carrier selected by the buyer. In the Delivery section, you will see the details provided by the buyer at purchase.
- In the Parcel section, you can provide the parcel details. Once you have the form completed, click [save], and then [order parcels].
- In the Select shipment step, you can download labels generated for your parcels. Click [download documents], and then [labels].
- In the next steps, you can order a courier pick-up. You can also do it later — in the Ordered parcels tab.

Complaints

- on your own to the carrier ― if the parcel was damaged or lost
- through Allegro ― when the complaint concerns deliveries you dispatched via the Ship with Allegro tool without an agreement with the carrier.
In that case, report to us (via chat, email, or phone) a complaint concerning:
- the delivery fee
- fees for additional services
- damage or loss of the parcel.
If you file a complaint and it turns out that the fees are miscalculated — the carrier will send us a correction we will later include in your bill. If the complaint concerns damage or loss of the parcel and you file it without Allegro's involvement, the correction will go directly to the bank account number you have indicated.
Allegro DPD Pickup and Allegro DPD Parcel Lockers with dispatch from Poland to Slovakia
The Allegro DPD delivery options with dispatch from Poland to Slovakia will help you reach more customers outside Poland. You can use them if you have a business account.
Thanks to the delivery methods we implement via the DPD carrier, you can conveniently and quickly send goods from Polish to Slovakia:
- Allegro pick-up point DPD Pickup Point Slovakia
- Allegro Parcel Machines DPD Slovakia .
Buyer from Slovakia will collect their parcels at DPD collection points or parcel machines.
How to share methods in offers
You can make Allegro DPD delivery methods with shipping from Polish to Slovakia available in your offers on allegro.pl and allegro.sk . These delivery methods will not be visible For Buyers in offers on allegro.cz.
In Shipping Settings, in your price lists, from the drop-down list, select I ship from Polish and the option to Slovakia . In the You settle with Allegro section, select the appropriate delivery methods.

In the shipping price lists you will see a field where you need to fill in the shipping prices in euros For Buyers on allegro.sk -- even if you only sell on allegro.pl . This field cannot be left blank.
Unless you list your listings on a foreign market, we will not display this price to your buyers. You can enter your own shipping price or leave the one we suggest.
The price in złoty will be seen buyer on allegro.pl , and the price in euro -- buyer on allegro.sk (if you share your Offers there).
How to ship
You can only send parcels using our free Ship with Allegro tool or by integrating external tools with Ship with Allegro API (for example Baselinker).
- Go to the Orders tab and for the selected Orders with delivery to Slovakia click [send shipment]. We will take you to the shipping form in Ship with Allegro for this Orders . You will fill in detailed information about the shipment.
- In the Ordering a Shipment step, in the You are shipping section of the contract, you will see information about the carrier selected by buyer . Next to it, in the Delivery section, we will display data that buyer provided when ordering.
- In the Parcel section you can add shipment details. Once you have completed the fields, click [save] and then [order shipments].
- In the Select Shipments step, you can download the generated labels for your shipments. Click [download documents] and then [labels].
- In the next steps you can order a courier pick-up. You can also do this later in the Ordered Shipments tab.
The price of each package includes insurance coverage up to PLN 1,000.
You can deliver the finished packages to:

Returns
If customer does not collect their Orders and parcel is returned to you, you will be charged for each such return :
- PLN 18.99 -- if it concerns a purchase on allegro.pl
- 3.49 EUR -- if it concerns a purchase on allegro.sk.
We will also add the amount of the appropriate additional service to the fixed amount according to the rates in the price list.
Complaints
You can submit complaints in two ways:
- independently from the carrier - in the event of damage or loss of the shipment
- via Allegro -- when the complaint concerns deliveries that you send via Ship with Allegro tool without your own contract with the carrier.
In such a case, submit the matter to us (via chat, email, phone) concerning a complaint for:
- delivery service fee
- fee for additional services
- damage or loss of shipment.
If, after filing a complaint, it turns out that the fees were calculated incorrectly, the carrier will send us a correction, which will then be included in your invoice. And if the complaint concerns damage or loss of a shipment and you submit it without the involvement of Allegro, the correction will be sent directly to the bank account number you provided.
Allegro DPD Courier ― international shipping from Poland to the European Union
If you live in one of the 24 countries of the European Union (excluding Cyprus and Malta), you can use the DPD courier delivery from Poland. This makes it easier for you to do shopping with international shipping.
You can use international courier delivery if:
- you live in one of the 24 EU member states (excluding Cyprus and Malta)
- the seller enables this delivery option in their offer.

How to return an order
In the case of international delivery methods, you cannot benefit from the free delivery and returns within Allegro Smart! It means that you need to agree on the terms and costs of returns with the seller.
What if you are not at a delivery address when the courier arrives
After an unsuccessful delivery attempt:
- the courier will leave a note with the phone number to them or the branch that delivers parcels to your address, or
- you will receive an email or a text message informing you that your parcel was redirected to a pick-up point or a parcel locker, or it would be delivered at a different date.
The number of delivery attempts depends on the country of destination and the carrier.

- to a parcel locker
- delivery to the determined address of a neighbor
- to a mailbox
- to the post office.

When a parcel cannot be redirected to a pick-up point
If a parcel exceeds maximum dimensions for a pick-up point, the carrier will try to contact you. If they cannot determine delivery time, the parcel will be returned to the seller at their expense.
