Changes for sellers in the coming months

We keep developing Allegro to make it the best place for your business growth. Thank you for helping us create a shopping platform for over 22 million customers.

We want your business on Allegro to keep expanding, and that is why we will not change the sales commission rates. What is more, we will introduce a maximum sales commission rate (limit) in several subcategories. In practice, it means that no matter how expensive the product you sell is, the sales commission will not exceed a specified amount — this will apply to subcategories like Winter Sports or High-pressure Washers. We will also continue investing in tools and programs that support your sales.

Allegro Smart! is the key sales support. Due to rising logistics costs and inflation, the fees for parcels in the program will change. Allegro will cover the majority of those price increases, and the average cost increase for our partners will be lower than the inflation rate. We will keep working to make the program as attractive as possible for the 8 million Smart! users in the region, and the most beneficial for you.

Another tool that supports your sales is Allegro Pay, used by over 2 million buyers — it will remain fully funded by us. We will also develop Allegro Delivery, which allows us to offer delivery to 70,000 parcel lockers and pick-up points at a cost even 30% lower compared to delivery options outside the program.

Developing Allegro in the entire region will remain our priority. We are planning several actions to support your international sales. That is why we have extended the duration of the promotion on fees for uncollected parcels to help increase your export profits.

We want to make it easier for you to understand how the changes we introduce will affect your business and fees. That is why we have prepared an individual overview for you on the Fees changes page.

We will extend and clarify the rules for sending post-purchase notifications so that you can handle customer service more easily

From: March 2, 2026

An excessive number of similar notifications lowers their effectiveness. That is why we prepare the post-purchase notifications on Allegro in such a way that:

• the key information is sent only once and in a consistent manner
• buyers can easily find them, if necessary.

What we will change

Sellers should use the Sales Center or the API to inform customers about the status of their orders. This makes the communication process simpler by eliminating the need to send repetitive emails or notifications through the Message Center. It particularly refers to notifications that include:

• requests to rate the product
• notifications with PDFs or links containing sales documents:

• VAT invoices
• structured invoices
• receipts.

When we detect a notification with a tax document, we will capture it from the attachment and place it in the Purchase History tab under the specific order. At the same time, we will block the notification because it will no longer be necessary.

We will also not deliver notifications that contain duplicated information, such as:

• that the payment has reached you
• that the order is being processed or has been dispatched
• that the parcel status has changed (for carriers integrated with Allegro)
• where you ask to rate the transaction.

We will let you know about each of your notifications we block by email.

What happens next

You can already provide buyers with sales documents in:

• Sales Center — with the Add proof of purchase option available in the Orders tab. There, you can only add fiscal documents in the PDF format or a link to the receipt.
• API — you can add an invoice to the order by using the appropriate resources.

You can still place paper invoices and receipts in parcels.

Make sure to avoid including unnecessary info in the notifications you send. If you do that — disable such notifications.

How you will benefit from these changes

In orders for which you add the sales document in the relevant tab instead of sending it via email, we will take over handling customers' queries (such as: Where can I find my invoice? I have not received the invoice for my purchase). This way, you will save time and effort.

We will change the fees for Allegro Smart! parcels

From: March 2, 2026

We will change the fees for Allegro Smart! parcels in all marketplaces. These changes will apply to sellers with business accounts.

We will change the delivery fees outside Smart! and some additional fees

From: March 2, 2026

We will update delivery fees outside Smart!:

• within Allegro Delivery
• for selected export delivery options with dispatch from Poland
• for parcel lockers and Pocztex points across Poland.

We will permanently introduce to the Terms & Conditions the current promotional price for deliveries to pick-up points and parcel lockers outside Smart! for the Allegro Delivery options — your buyers will still be able to benefit from cheaper deliveries outside Smart! For those delivery options, we will automatically adjust the delivery prices that buyers pay outside Smart!, so you do not need to take any action.

We will also permanently reduce the fees for Allegro Pocztex delivery options to pick-up points and parcel lockers, and we will change the prices for international deliveries. In the pre-made shipping price lists, we will automatically adjust delivery fees in your offers. If you use the old shipping price lists — you will have to change the fee rates on your own. We will enable that from February 16.

At the same time, we will extend the promotion on the returns of uncollected parcels for international deliveries — they will still cost:

• 1 PLN on allegro.pl
• 5 CZK on allegro.cz
• 0.25 EUR on allegro.sk
• 90 HUF on allegro.hu.

We will also change selected additional fees — you can check the details in the tables below.

We will update the storage fees in One Fulfillment by Allegro

From: March 2, 2026

What we will change

We will add rates for a new size — size G — which we will make available later:

• 17.99 PLN — basic fee with your own packaging
• 24.49 PLN — basic fee with One Fulfillment packaging.

These fee rates will apply from the moment we start handling products from the G category. We will let you know about it in a separate communication. We will also change some storage fees — for example, we will remove the fee for the first 30 days.

We will also add a new fee for delivery discrepancies, which will make the process of accepting shipments for storage more effective. You will pay 0.99 PLN per each item of a product that:

• we have not stored at the Allegro Warehouse before
• we are not able to link to your assortment.

Allegro Ads: we will increase the minimum CPC rates for Sponsored offers appearing on the search result list on allegro.pl

From: February 16, 2026

On allegro.pl, we will increase the minimum Cost Per Click — CPC — rates for Sponsored offers that appear on the search result list.

At the same time, we will separate the minimum CPC rates based on the display location. This means that the minimum rates for Sponsored offers that we display in other locations (for example, on the product page) will remain the same.

We will introduce the change automatically — you do not need to take any action. If you want to end the ongoing campaigns, you can do it based on the current rules.

What it means for you

• The minimum click rates will vary depending on where the Sponsored offer is displayed. The rate increase will only apply to the search result list.
• Starting February 16, you will not be able to set the CPC rates for the search result list lower than those provided in the table. For the ad groups that use the Dynamic CPC strategy — the average CPC goal must be at least 25% higher than the minimum CPC.
• If you have an ad group for which the current rate is lower than the new minimum — for that group, we will automatically set the rates on the new minimum level.

What else we will change

We will update the Allegro Ads Terms & Conditions:

• we will clarify the way of settling for ads: if you cooperate with the Allegro Ads Partner Program agency, you will always be the payer paying for Allegro Ads services. Currently, the agency can choose the payer (it can be the agency or the seller). This will help you manage your Allegro Ads fees — you can check them in in the Settlements with Allegro tab
• we will have the right to put on hold ads that can be considered political.

We will reduce fees in some categories by adding the maximum sales commission rates (limits). We will also change the category layout

From: March 2, 2026

We will make some changes to the price list and the category layout.

• We will introduce maximum sales commission rates in certain categories — you will pay a lower (set indefinitely) sales commission for more expensive products.
• We will simplify the category layout, which, in some cases, will result in moving offers from some categories to other ones. This change may affect the sales commission rate. Detailed information is available in this PDF. With this change, we will adapt the category layout to current market standards. Your offers will appear in more suitable categories. If you list your offers specified categories — on March 2, we will start moving them to the new ones. Buyers will be able to find what they are looking for more quickly and easily — for example, by using filters. This will increase the chances of them shopping at your store.
• We will introduce editorial changes — to make the price list shorter and clearer.

We will extend the list of protected brands

From: February 16, 2026

On Allegro, you can list offers with products of protected brands if you have a business account, confirm that you know the Brand Protection Conditions, and act according to them.

What we will change and what it means for you

We will add new brands to the list — they are available in this file (PDF, 65 KB).

If you sell such products, confirm that you are familiar with the Brand Protection Conditions — you can do this in the Brand Protection tab.

We will update the rules for selling plant protection products

From: March 6, 2026

In accordance with the new regulations:

• we will add plant protection products and biocidal products for fumigation to the list of prohibited goods
• we will update the rules for listing other plant protection products.

What it means for you if you list plant protection products

• On March 6, we will remove offers containing forbidden products.
• If you sell the plant protection products that we allow, add the following in the offer description:

• your entry number in the register of licensed businesses
• a copy of the registration certificate for this register
• information that these products can only be purchased by adults who meet the conditions specified in sub-paragraph 28 of the Polish Act of March 8, 2013, on plant protection products.

Basis: amendments to legal regulations having a direct impact on the content of the Terms & Conditions (sub-paragraph 14.1 (a) of the Allegro Terms & Conditions).

We will add new products to the forbidden and restricted goods list

From: February 16, 2026

We will add the following to Appendix No. 1 (Forbidden and restricted Goods):

• psychomodulatory substances — with a total ban on sales
• medical devices intended for professional use only — with a total ban on sales
• cosmetic and fragrance samples marked as not for sale — we will allow these exclusively as a free gift with the purchase of other products.

If you do not terminate offers with those products by February 16, we will be able to do it for you.

You will be able to dispatch parcels with the Poczta Polska delivery options at all types of post offices — including postal agencies and branches

How it works now

If you dispatch a parcel through Ship with Allegro and select the Poczta Polska delivery options, you can only hand the parcel over at a Poczta Polska office.

What we will change

You will be able to dispatch parcels through Ship with Allegro at all types of post offices — including the Poczta Polska postal agencies and branches. Your buyers will be able to dispatch returns at those locations.

What it means for you

Thanks to this change, it will be even more convenient to dispatch parcels delivered by Poczta Polska. Sellers will no longer need to check whether a given Poczta Polska location is a post office or a postal agency. You will be able to select any Poczta Polska location to hand over your parcel.

We will extend the list of categories in which a white background in the thumbnail is not required

From: February 16, 2026

How it works now

A thumbnail (the image that you set first in the listing form) showcases the product on a white background. In selected subcategories, the background can also be light grey and uniform.

What we will change

The list of subcategories in which you can use thumbnails with a light grey background will be extended with:

• Fashion — Jewelry and Watches
• Fashion ― Haberdashery and Accessories
• Fashion — Backpacks
• Sports and Travel — Backpacks.

What it means for you

• We will make it easier to list offers — you will have more options for adding the available images without having to edit them.
• We will adjust our rules to the standards you already know with from the clothing industry.

We can use artificial intelligence to verify offer quality

From: February 16, 2026

The good quality of offers on Allegro is our highest priority — we verify their truthfulness, aesthetics, and clarity. We will add a provision stating that we can use AI-based tools to verify offer quality.

These tools will allow us to identify errors in the content of your offer and suggest what you need to correct. By doing so, we will reduce the risk of buyers resigning from the purchase. However, if a given offer does not meet our quality requirements, we may reject listing it.

We will clarify the provision about sorting search results by product rating

From: February 16, 2026

Buyers can select from several sorting options on the product list. One of them is product rating: highest.

What we will change

We will update the description of that option and clarify that, in addition to the product's highest rating, we also consider the number and type of ratings (the ratio of positive to negative ratings) and their recency.

This will allow us to present better results on the product list and support sellers who offer a high-quality assortment.

What it means for you

• Products that regularly get positive opinions will gain a more stable and higher position on the list.
• As we consider the number of ratings and their recency, a single negative rating will not significantly lower your product's position on the list as easily as it does now.
• Your customers will find verified, high-quality products more quickly. This increases your chances of making a sale.

We will update the Privacy protection policy of Allegro, Allegro Finance, and Allegro Pay

From: February 16, 2026

What we will change in the Allegro Privacy protection policy

In the Appendix No. 5 to the Allegro Terms & Conditions, we will add information that:

• we can show you our ads commissioned by advertisers cooperating with us based on the data you provided (like email address or phone number)
• we can display ads in the Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited advertising spaces — based on the personal data you provided
• we can use features based on AI systems or models to process your personal data
• we can also obtain and process the data related to citizenship — because some financial services we offer depend on that
• we will begin using the ThreatMetrix system by Lexisnexis Risk Solutions (EUROPE) Limited to enhance security on Allegro.

We will introduce stylistic and editorial changes.

Basis: enhancing the protection of Users’ privacy, improving the operation of the platform and the buyer and seller service, preventing misuse, and editorial changes (sub-paragraphs 14.1 (e,d,g,k) of the Allegro Terms & Conditions).

What we will change in the Allegro Finance Privacy protection policy

• We will add provisions related to using features based on AI systems or models.
• We will begin using the ThreatMetrix system by Lexisnexis Risk Solutions (EUROPE) Limited to enhance security on Allegro.

Basis: expanding the scope of the service to include new features (sub-paragraph 7.1 (e) of the Allegro Finance Terms & Conditions).

What we will change in the Allegro Pay privacy protection policy

• We will update our list of information sources to include national registers. We will add the feature allowing to retrieve company data from the CEIDG register and confirm identity via the mObywatel app. Data is collected automatically, accelerating the financing approval process and removing the possibility of manual mistakes in forms.

Basis: section 14, sub-paragraph 2(5), of the Allegro Pay Terms & Conditions.

• We will include information that we can use features based on AI systems or models to process your personal data.

Basis: section 14, sub-paragraph 2(4) of the Allegro Pay Terms & Conditions.

• We will clarify the data processing rules within Allegro Capital — the new financing service for businesses. We will determine that Allegro and Allegro Pay are jointly the controllers of your personal data.

Basis: section 14, sub-paragraph 2(5), of the Allegro Pay Terms & Conditions.

• We will supplement the scope of personal data that we process within the new service: Allegro Capital. We will specify exactly which data (for example: NIP number, PKD code, Allegro account history, or marital status) is analyzed when assessing the credit score of businesses. We will also update the legal basis for data processing in the case of loans related to the business activity you run.

• We will introduce stylistic and editorial changes.

Allegro Prices: we will clarify the rules for settling the sales commission when you grant a discount

From: February 16, 2026

What the Allegro Prices program is all about

If you participate in the program, some of your offers may qualify for a temporary automatic price reduction. For each 1 PLN of discount you grant, we reduce your price by additional 2 PLN. In return, we will give you compensation equal to the discount value.

What we will change

In the Terms & Conditions, we will state that we will not charge sales commission on the discount you fund.

Example: The price of your offer is 100 PLN. You declare a 5% discount, so the price is reduced by 5 PLN, and we reduce it by an additional 10 PLN. The price after the discount is 85 PLN. We grant you a 10 PLN sales commission discount as compensation. We charge the sales commission on 95 PLN (100 PLN - 5 PLN of your discount), and not from the initial 100 PLN.

What it means for you

If you decide to reduce the price, your sales commission will drop proportionally to your discount.

We will specify the rules for granting transaction rebates

From: February 16, 2026

If you sell a product but the transaction is not completed, you can apply for a sales commission refund — that is, a transaction rebate. We grant it in specified cases.

Following the change that separates the complaint process from Discussions, you do not receive a refund of the charged sales commission if your customer files a complaint for non-conformity of goods with the agreement and/or under warranty (for example, due to a missing component or product damage) and your sales quality rating is below Neutral.

What we will change

We will update the Terms & Conditions to include this change. The Terms & Conditions will become more precise, and you will know exactly when to get a transaction rebate. See how to do that.

We will change the rules for handling baseless reports and complaints

From: February 16, 2026

We are committed to providing the highest standard of service to both buyers and sellers. That is why we are introducing transparent rules concerning baseless reports and complaints. Those rules are based on the Digital Services Act.

You will find them in the Terms & Conditions as a new appendix — Appendix No. 23 (Procedure for suspending processing of baseless reports and complaints on the Allegro platform).

What we will change

The new procedure will apply exclusively to situations involving the frequent submission of clearly baseless reports and complaints — specifically those which:

• are not justified
• are submitted often (for example, automatically or by bots)
• purposely harm other buyers or sellers.

There will be three stages of dealing with such reports.

1. Our employees will verify reports and complaints.
2. We will send warnings to persons who submit a minimum of 100 groundless reports per month (in particular cases, we may send a warning to a person who submits fewer such reports).
3. If the warning brings no effect, we may decide to suspend processing such reports for up to 6 months.

We will send a warning and information regarding the temporary suspension of report processing via email or as an Allegro notification.

What it means for you

• We will be able help you faster — reducing the number of baseless reports will give us more capacity to process your queries.
• We will prevent misuse more effectively — by limiting the activity of persons and bots that act to harm buyers and sellers on purpose.
• We will ensure even greater objectivity and reliability — we will thoroughly analyze every decision regarding a potential suspension; we will issue warnings.

Allegro Smart!: we will extend the list of countries to which we enable returns

From: February 16, 2026

We will extend the list of countries to which we enable returns within Smart! service.

If you accept returns in a country other than the country from which you dispatch products — your offers will have a chance to earn the Smart! badge. This will apply to the following countries: Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary (for example, you dispatch products from Poland, but accept returns in Czechia).

What it means for you

Thanks to this change, it will be easier for you to join Allegro Smart! Learn more about the requirements you need to meet for your offers to get the badge.

We will close the Online Courses subcategory, but you will list your courses in the Courses and Training subcategory

From: March 2, 2026

How it works now

You can list buy now offers in the Online Courses subcategory if you have agreement with us.

What we will change

On March 2, we will close the Online Courses subcategory. If you hold a business account, you will be able to list online courses as classifieds in the Courses and Training subcategory. You will no longer need an agreement with us — and if you do, we will send you a termination notice.

If you hold a business account, we charge the following fees for listing a classified ad in the Courses and Training subcategory:

• 9 PLN for 10 days
• 18 PLN for 20 days
• 27 PLN for 30 days.

If you hold a regular account, you can use a classified ad for 10 days, for which we charge 9 PLN.

What if you currently have offers in the Online Courses subcategory

We will terminate your offers on March 2. You can also terminate them yourself before that date.

Basis: changes in the scope of services provided (sub-paragraph 14.1 (j) of the Allegro Terms & Conditions).

We will change the rules for listing offers in the Workshop Services subcategory

From: March 2, 2026

How it works now

You can list buy now offers in the Workshop Services subcategory if you have an agreement with us.

What we will change

• The Workshop Services subcategory will become available to all sellers.
• However, you will only be able to list classifieds in it.

This means we will not charge sales commission, but we will charge a fee for listing a classified ad. If you hold a business account:

• 9 PLN for 10 days
• 18 PLN for 20 days
• 27 PLN for 30 days.

If you hold a regular account, you can use a classified ad for 10 days, for which we charge 9 PLN.

What if you currently list offers in the Workshop Services subcategory

We will end your offers on March 2. You can also terminate them earlier yourself.

Basis: changes in the scope of services provided (sub-paragraph 14.1 (j) of the Allegro Terms & Conditions).

We will clarify the rules regarding currency exchange while paying out the money you earned from sales

From: March 31, 2026

We ensure that the currency conversion rules are clear and easy to understand. That is why we will clarify in the Allegro Finance Terms & Conditions that for payouts:

• to convert your funds into another currency, we use the European Central Bank's base rate, plus an Allegro Finance margin and costs incurred from external payment service providers
• the conversion rate you see already includes our margin
• after each transaction, you can check the conversion rate we used in the transaction history.

Additionally, we will update the overview of payout frequencies to the following virtual bank accounts: PingPong, LianLian Global, World First, and Payoneer.

What it means for you

• You will receive a transparent breakdown of how the exchange rate is set — no hidden fees or extra conversion commissions to surprise you.
• You will know exactly how much money you get — the conversion rate provided at the moment of ordering a payout is the final one. You do not need to add extra fees or guess the amount of money that will be paid out to your account.
• You have more control and access to older data: in the Sales Center, you will be able to compare our exchange rate with the base exchange rate, as well as check our margin from a specific day.

We will simplify your charitable activities

From: March 31, 2026

Allegro has always supported charity — we believe that helping others should be easy.

How it works now

You can list charity offers through a dedicated form. We do not charge listing fees or sales commission for them. 100% of payments support the charity goal you selected.

What we will change

We will allow buyers to donate directly to the selected goal without making a purchase. You can find the [wpłać do Puszki Dobra]/[make a donation in the Box of Goodwill] button next to each fundraiser on Allegro Charytatywni (in the Polish version). This will allow donors to easily support your fundraisers, and you can raise funds without having to create any charity offers. If you are a member of a charity organization, this will be a new way of raising funds for you.

We will disable multi-variant offers

From: April 14, 2026

From April 14, you will no longer be able to link offers together into multi-variant offers — and buyers will only see product variants.

This change will make it easier for you to manage variants. You do not have to create or maintain product variants on your own. You can check them in the My Assortment tab. You can also suggest changes in them at any time.

What it means for you

• You will no longer be able to create or change multi-variant offers. This will apply to My Allegro and the API.
• We will also disable the existing multi-variant offers. Buyers will only see product variants on the offer pages.

You do not need to take any action regarding this change.
