Allegro Prices — the competitiveness support program for sellers

What you can gain with Allegro Prices

If your offers qualify for the Allegro Prices program, you can get:

• more attractive prices of the products you sell
• a better position in the search results — when the buyers sort by price: from the lowest
• increased sales, as low price is one of the main factors in offer selection
• increased chances for the Best Price Guarantee badge and the Top Offer status.

What the program is all about

Every day, we use the Allegro Prices algorithm to select products that are recommended for a discount. We choose products whose sales may increase if we reduce their price appropriately — they will then be much more attractive to buyers.

We select the best offer for each of those products and automatically reduce its price.

If your offer is among those selected for a price reduction and the buyer takes advantage of the lower price and orders from you — we will give you compensation equal to the discount value. We will refund you the difference between your price and the reduced price — in the form of a discount on our services. You will find it on your account a few minutes after the sale:

• in the Settlements with Allegro tab
• in the Funds and Operations History tab as an adjustment in the Allegro Prices program.

We select offers for automatic discounts based on specific criteria. If you want to increase the chances of your offer being selected — you can declare that you will also cover part of the reduction of the base price. If our algorithm selects such an offer, we will cover the discount cost together — in a proportion of at least 1:2. It means that our contribution will always be at least twice as much as yours. For every 1 PLN by which you reduce the price for the buyer, we will reduce it by at least 2 PLN more at our expense.

Declarations are optional and do not affect your participation in the program. Offers without a declaration may still be selected for the automatic price reduction. In such situations, we will always cover the entire discount cost — like in example 1 above.

Who can join the program

We will automatically include you in the Allegro Prices program if:

• you hold an active business account
• your sales quality level is at least Neutral
• the prices on all your accounts are competitive compared to the market.

How we determine if a price is competitive

Our algorithm compares and evaluates the prices in your offers against the market. If the price in your offer is the same or lower — we will consider it competitive. We assess the price competitiveness of the products and offers that buyers are currently interested in.

If your prices in this comparison are higher, we may exclude you from the Allegro Prices program. We will do it if the issue concerns more than 20% of the products on all your accounts. Once you have eliminated the price differences, we will include your offers in the program again.

How much it costs to participate in the Allegro Prices program

By default, participation in the Allegro Prices program is free. You incur costs only if three conditions are met for a given offer:

• you declare an additional discount in that offer yourself
• our algorithm selects this offer and automatically reduces its price for the buyer
• the buyer orders from you in that offer.

You will only incur costs when a sale is made. If no one places an order in the offer with your declaration and the automatic discount — you will not incur any costs.

In such a situation, it is up to you to decide how much you are willing to pay. You declare the maximum discount percentage you can offer yourself. If our algorithm selects your offer, your participation in the costs will never exceed your own declaration. It may even be lower — if our analysis confirms that a smaller discount will be sufficient. If we decide to significantly reduce the price in your offer — for example, by 25% instead of 2% — your participation will be the declared 2%, and we will cover the rest.

You will always receive the refund as a discount on our services. You will find it in the Funds and Operations History tab as an adjustment in the Allegro Prices program.

How to declare the maximum discount you can cover

1. Go to the Allegro Prices tab.
2. You will see the list of all offers you can manage within the program. Next to each offer, in the Max. declared price reduction % from you column, we will display your current settings for that offer. It is set to 0% by default.

3. Declare a price reduction for that offer. Click the pencil icon next to the discount percentage you want to edit.
4. Enter the maximum discount percentage you want to declare in that offer. You can enter a number between 0 and 100. To set a decimal number, enter it with a period — for example, 3.5 to set 3.5%.
5. Click [enter] to confirm.
6. Done! In the Max. declared price reduction % from you column, you will see the updated percentage. In the Max. declared price reduction from you column, we will convert it into an actual discount amount based on the current offer price.

You can change your discount declaration at any time. You can also make these changes to multiple offers at once. To do this, select the offers on the list and click [declare a price reduction].

How to edit your maximum declared discount

In the Allegro Prices tab, we display all offers in which you have declared a discount of more than 0%, in the [with a declared price reduction] view. You can edit the declared discount percentage there at any moment — for example, increase it or set it at 0%. You will do it in the same way as when you set the discount for the first time.

What offers can get a discount within the Allegro Prices program

Within the Allegro Prices program, we automatically reduce prices only in offers that:

• have a competitive price
• are linked to a product or have the product's GTIN (EAN code) in the listing form
• include information that you issue VAT invoices in the offers.

From among the offers that meet the conditions listed above, our algorithm selects offers for the automatic discount at least once a day. If you want to increase the chances of your offers to be selected:

• declare your maximum discount percentage
• enable a selected promotion option in your offers
• set an attractive delivery price
• offer Allegro Smart! free delivery
• declare shorter delivery time
• make sure you have a high sales quality
• record a high turnover value for the last 30 days.

While selecting offers for the program, we consider their market prices and popularity among buyers. Additionally, in each marketplace, offers with dispatch from that country have a slightly better chance of participating in the program. For example, offers with dispatch from Czechia have a better chance of being selected for Allegro Prices on allegro.cz.

If you share your offers in different marketplaces

You can decide in which marketplace you want to exclude your offers from Allegro Prices or add them to the program. That means you can add your offer to the program, for example, on allegro.pl — and at the same time exclude it on international marketplaces. You can manage your offers individually or in bulk.

If you share your offers on Allegro Business

We always check if your offer, whose price we want to reduce, is also available on business.allegro.pl and business.allegro.cz. If yes, we will always reduce the price in both places. This way, our system ensures that prices remain consistent and transparent.

How to manage offers within Allegro Prices in bulk

1. Go to the Allegro Prices tab.
2. Select the correct view to browse:
   • all offers
   • offers in which you have declared a discount
   • offers in which the prices are currently reduced within the program
   • offers you have excluded from the program.
3. Make sure you have set the market filter to the marketplace in which you want to make changes. If not — select the correct marketplace from the drop-down list.
4. Select the relevant offers on the list.
5. On the bottom bar, click the name of the change you want to make. Done! For some changes, we will then display an additional window where you must provide the necessary details.

How we will inform you that the price reduction applies to your offer

In the Allegro Prices tab, you will see all the offers in which we have reduced the price within the program — in the [selected for price reduction] view.

How to resign from the program

If you do not want to participate in the Allegro Prices Program, you can exclude your account or particular offers.

• Excluding an offer

If you do not want your offer to be included in the Allegro Prices program, you can exclude it in the Allegro Prices tab or via API. Use the context menu — click the three dots on the right side of the offer on the list, and select Exclude from the program. We will remove it within 24 hours. You can also exclude offers in bulk or edit them through the API.

• Excluding an account

If you want to exclude your account and all your offers from the Allegro Prices program — click [manage participation] in the Allegro Prices tab.

You can decide on your participation in the program separately for each marketplace you sell in. In the opened window, deselect the marketplaces where you no longer want to participate in Allegro Prices. Once you do it, click [save] to confirm your decision.

If you want to rejoin the Allegro Prices program in a selected marketplace, simply click [manage participation] again, select that marketplace, and save the changes.
