Changes for sellers in June and July

Allegro Ads: we will increase the minimum rates per click for a Sponsored offer on allegro.pl

We will increase the minimum rates for clicking a Sponsored offer on allegro.pl —  the so-called Cost Per Click rates.  We will start updating rates on June 16 — it will take several days.

Check the new rates per click for a Sponsored offer.

The rates for the Culture and Entertainment and Real Estate categories will remain the same.

What it means for you

Starting June 16, 2025, you will not be able to set CPC rates lower than those in the table.

We will introduce the change automatically — you do not need to take any action. If the minimum rates per click in your ad groups are lower than the new rates, we will set the new rates in them.

If you have ad groups in which you combine offers from different categories, we will increase the rate per click to the highest minimum rate.

What else we will change

We will be able to modify elements of Sponsored offers (for example, change the image background or make stylistic corrections to the title), and then use them in advertising creations within the Sponsored offer. We will do it to allow the emission of Sponsored offers or increase their visibility. We may use artificial intelligence. We will not modify the content of offers.

You will be able to list investment products also on allegro.sk and allegro.hu

From: June 16, 2025

How it works now

You can list investment products in the Collectible Gold Coins and Investment Products (except the Silver and Gold Scrap) categories only on allegro.pl and allegro.cz — if you meet specified conditions.

What we will change

You will be able to list products in those categories also in the Slovak and Hungarian marketplaces.

We will update the provisions regarding account registration for sellers registered outside the EEA, Switzerland, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom

From: June 16, 2025

We will include in the Terms & Conditions that if you are a seller:

• with a tax identification number issued outside the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, Ukraine, or the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

or

• whose registered office, registered business, or the actual place of conducting business activity is registered outside that area

you can register an Allegro account only if you obtain our permission.

We may refuse to grant it if you:

• do not ship products from an EEA country
• sell goods already available on Allegro or whose sale will not positively affect Allegro's reputation or transaction security.

We will grant permission automatically if we register your account within the One Fulfillment service.

We will take into account the country of dispatch while selecting the product’s Top offer in foreign marketplaces

What a Top offer is

In the Allegro Product Catalog, we gather all products available in offers listed by you and other sellers. A Top offer is an offer we feature on the list because it represents a given product. If your offer is a Top offer, you can expect more buyers to notice it. While selecting Top offers, we consider different factors, such as product price or delivery time.

What we will change

We will add another factor for foreign marketplaces: product dispatch country. On allegro.cz, allegro.sk, and allegro.hu, offers in which products are dispatched from the country of sale will have higher chances of becoming Top offers.

We will update the descriptions of the Condition parameter values

From: June 16, 2025

When you list an offer, you can choose one of the values for the Condition parameter. By doing so, you inform the buyer about the product's condition.

What we will change

We will clarify and edit the descriptions of several other values of the Condition parameter:

• new
• new with defect
• retreaded
• ex-demo
• repackaged
• new without tag
• returned by customer
• incomplete set
• from disassembly / after disassembly.

We will update the Allegro Pay Business Terms & Conditions

From: June 16, 2025

What we will change

• We will lower the minimum cart value that allows buyers to use Allegro Pay Business — from 100 PLN to 50 PLN.
• PragmaGO has changed the name of Regulamin świadczenia usług przez PragmaGO na podstawie umów o udzielenie finansowania pożyczkowego z odroczoną opcją płatności dla Klientów Allegro (Regulations for the provision of services by PragmaGO based on loan financing agreements with a deferred payment option for Allegro Customers). The current name is Umowa ramowa finansowania pożyczkowego Allegro Pay Business (Allegro Pay Business framework loan financing agreement). Consequently, we will update the name of that agreement in the Allegro Pay Terms & Conditions.
• We will change the value of the PragmaGo share capital — from 5,933,860.00 PLN to 8,071,170.00 PLN.
• We will introduce style and editorial corrections, for example, we will change the term Potential to Shopping Limit to better reflect its meaning.

It will be easier to start selling veterinary OTC medicinal products

From: June 16, 2025

How it works now

If you want to sell veterinary over-the-counter medicinal products (veterinary OTC drugs), you need to meet specific conditions — for example, you need to complete your details in the Polish General Veterinary Inspectorate database, and then fill in our form and send us copies of the required documents. Once you do this, you need to wait for our approval.

What we will change

Starting June 16, we will no longer require you to submit copies of documents. We will also automatically review the electronic form.

We will update the Allegro Privacy protection policy

From: June 16, 2025

To Appendix No. 5 to the Allegro Terms & Conditions, we will add provisions stating that:

• personal data includes the data available in public registers (such as CEIDG or the REGON database)
• we may share certain types of data with financial institutions when you pay for purchases, including when you use deferred payment
• as part of our marketing, statistical, and analytical activities, and in connection with providing financial services, we may obtain and process personal data from public entrepreneur registers. This includes identification data (such as the Polish NIP number), data concerning your business activities, and information about bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings
• we may process your personal data in order to create autonomous tools automating different processes on Allegro
• there is a new address of the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office to which you can file complaints regarding personal data processing
• we cooperate with Genesys Cloud Services BV, with its registered office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

We will also make editorial changes.

Basis: imposing certain obligations by governmental authorities, improving the operation of the platform and the buyer and seller service, security/safety considerations, and editorial changes (sub-paragraphs 14.1 (b,d,h, and k) of the Allegro Terms & Conditions).

We will update the rules regarding offer descriptions

You will not be allowed to provide information about your other offers in the offer description.

What a good offer description should contain.

We will update the sales rules for plant protection products

The Terms & Conditions will include information that you can list plant protection products:

• only in the dedicated subcategory
• on a business account
• only if you meet the specific legal requirements (for example, you have registered in the applicable national register).

Basis: security/safety considerations (sub-paragraph 14.1 (h) of the Allegro Terms & Conditions).

We will update the sales rules for chemical reagents

You will be able to list products in the Chemical Reagents subcategory only on a business account.

Basis: security/safety considerations (sub-paragraph 14.1 (h) of the Allegro Terms & Conditions).

We will clarify the description rules for offers with substances or mixtures that are dangerous to life or health

In the descriptions of offers with products of that kind (for example, household cleaning supplies, plant protection products, paints, solvents, etc.), we require various information from the product label. We will add product identifier to the list of information we require.

Basis: security/safety considerations (sub-paragraph 14.1 (h) of the Allegro Terms & Conditions).

We will add a provision about meeting the service accessibility requirements

We will add a link to a page on which we inform about meeting the service accessibility requirements arising from the European Accessibility Act and national regulations to the Terms & Conditions.

Basis: amendments to legal regulations having a direct impact on the content of the Terms & Conditions (sub-paragraph 14.1 (a) of the Allegro Terms & Conditions).

We will update the provisions about the activation of regular accounts

Without the full activation of a regular account, you have limited access to some services. The purpose of activation is to confirm your personal details. It is a one-time process that entails no fees.

What we will change

We will remove from the Terms & Conditions the provision about activation upon making a purchase — this form of account activation is no longer available. You can activate an account using two other methods.

What is a full account activation and how can I do it?

Basis: editorial change (sub-paragraph 14.1 (k) of the Allegro Terms & Conditions).

We will delete the provisions that refer to the ODR platform

We will delete the provisions that refer to the EU's ODR platform — it will be discontinued as of July 20, 2025.

We will introduce a local surcharge on retail sales on allegro.hu

From: July 1, 2025

On January 1, 2025, Hungary introduced an additional retail sales tax for companies, including foreign ones, operating — like Allegro — on the Hungarian market through online platforms. The obligation to collect this tax was imposed on the platforms. Consequently, we will introduce an additional fee to our price list. We will not profit from this fee — we will transfer the tax to the relevant authorities without charging any margin.

The surcharge rate will be 3.6% net (4.43% gross) of the product price and cost of delivery selected by the buyer. We will charge it just like the sales commission — the moment a purchase is made in an offer on allegro.hu.

We will not introduce this fee on allegro.pl, allegro.cz, or allegro.sk.

We will introduce unified rules of product complaints within the Complaints and Returns Policy

From: July 1, 2025

How it works now

• If you sell on a business account, you can provide your own description of the terms of complaints. It is displayed in the Complaint section of your offers.
• You can refund customers through the Funds and Operations history tab. According to the Allegro Returns Policy, the only exception is payment on delivery transactions on allegro.pl.

What we will change

Regarding the terms of complaints:

• unified rules for product complaints described in the Complaints and Returns Policy will apply to all offers on Allegro. It will replace the current Returns Policy. The Allegro Terms & Conditions will oblige all sellers with a business account on allegro.pl, allegro.cz, and allegro.sk to comply with the new rules.
• when you list new offers, we will automatically complete the Complaints sections with the Allegro terms of complaints.
• if you provided your own terms of complaints in offers, there will be a transition period from June 30 to July 30. In that period, the Complaint section will feature the new unified terms and the terms you provided. After July 30, we will automatically remove your terms, and only the unified terms compliant with the Complaints and Returns Policy will remain. You will be obliged to follow them.

Regarding customer refunds:

• starting July 1, you will be obliged to issue refunds to buyers through the Funds and Operations history tab. For orders with payment on delivery, the money will be refunded to the bank account provided by the buyer in the form.

What it means for you

It will be much easier to process a complaint. You will be able to take advantage of the new tools available in the Complaints and Discussions with buyers tab and through the Allegro API — at no extra cost.

The new features will allow you to handle complaints faster by predefining actions — such as requesting to complete details, requesting to send the product back, and accepting or rejecting the complaint. We will display information about the deadline for each action, which will help you handle requests efficiently.

Handling complaints will also become more transparent for buyers, as they will be able to see all statuses and information about required actions in real time. Consequently, they may contact you less frequently.

Sellers who register on Allegro after July 1 will not have to create their own terms of complaints and will be able to begin sales more easily.

We will lower the fee for a Feature in certain subcategories

From: July 1, 2025

How it works now

We charge a fee of 19.90 PLN for a 10-day Feature of offers listed in the following subcategories:

• Women's Jewelry
• Men's Jewelry
• Children's Jewelery
• Wedding Jewelry
• Piercing
• Clothing, Footwear, Accessories
• the Footwear subcategory of the Kids category
• the Clothing subcategory of the Kids category
• the Erotic Lingerie and Clothing subcategory in the Health category.

If you create a multi-variant offer from the offers listed in those subcategories — we charge a fee of 5.90 PLN for a 10-day Feature of each offer within the multi-variant offer.

What we will change

We will charge a Feature fee of 5.90 PLN for offers listed in the subcategories mentioned above — whether they are multi-variant offers or not.

We will change the way of displaying promoted products in sorting by relevance

From: July 1, 2025

How it works now

Currently, we display promoted products in the upper part in a separate section of the search results: Promoted products.

What we will change

We want the search results to match the buyers' queries even better. In sorting by relevance, we will still take into account whether a given product is promoted. However, we will no longer display promoted products in a separate section. This change will not significantly affect the visibility of promoted offers.

If the buyer sorts by relevance, promoted products that match their query will still have a better chance of being placed higher in the search results than products that are not promoted. Promoted offers will also have a better chance of becoming Top offers.

The Promoted products section will still be displayed to buyers who select other sorting types — for example, sorting by price.

We will update the parcel dimensions in the Allegro International Czechia price list

From: July 1, 2025

The dimensions of the locker compartments in parcel lockers in Czechia will change. Consequently, we will reduce the maximum dimensions and weight of parcels dispatched from Poland with the delivery options below.

Currently, if you dispatch a parcel at a parcel locker, the dimensions of the parcels depend on their size categories (S, M, L, XL, XXL). For the Allegro International Czechia Pick-up Point delivery option, we will unify the maximum parcel dimensions to 64 x 38 x 41 cm, and the maximum weight to 15 kg, including the packaging.

We will also change the parcel dimensions to which — as it is now — there will be a surcharge:

• for the Allegro International Czechia Courier delivery option — if the parcel exceeds: 120 cm (the longest side), 220 cm (the maximum sum of three sides) and 30 kg (the maximum weight)
• for the Allegro International Czechia Pick-up Point delivery option — if the parcel exceeds the following dimensions: 64 x 38 x 41 cm
• Allegro International Czechia Parcel Lockers — if the parcel exceeds the following dimensions: 43 x 33 x 57 cm, and the maximum weight 15 kg.

The surcharge amount will remain the same.

We will update the procedure for changing VAT billing information for invoicing purposes

If:

• your registered office is located in one of the EU countries outside Poland or
• as a foreign entity, you have a fixed establishment in Poland

you are required, among others, to submit documents confirming that you are registered as a VAT taxpayer — in the country where your registered office is located or in Poland — and complete a form in the Tax information tab. Next, we check the documents you submit.

If:

• as a foreign entity, you submit a declaration on the fixed establishment for VAT purposes in Poland or
• as an entity from one of the EU countries outisde Poland, you submit a request about the EU VAT number

then the declaration and the request are effective in the billing period in which we receive and successfully verify them. This applies both to the first declaration you submit and to its modifications.

What we will change

Both declarations will become effective from the billing period following the period in which we successfully verify them.

Subscription: we will enable some features free of charge and add new benefits

From: July 8, 2025

A Subscription is a set of special tools that can help you boost sales on Allegro and gain more customers. You can only take advantage of it on a business account.

What we will change in the Basic Subscription

We will enable some of the features for free to all sellers. Consequently, we will remove the following from the list of features available within a Subscription:

• linked accounts
• the Authorized Users tab.

We will also enable some of the options related to sales management free of charge:

• offer tags
• labels and folders
• filter sets saving.

What we will change in the Professional Subscription

We will include the premium materials prepared by the Allegro Academy in the list of benefits.

We will remove the Allegro Ads Campaign Planner from the list of available features.

What we will change in the Expert Subscription

We will add new benefits:

• access to the hotline for sellers and a priority email service
• on-site events organized within the Allegro Academy.

We will update the offer promotion rules

From: July 31, 2025

How it works now

You need to meet certain requirements to take advantage of the offer promotion options. One of them concerns the product you want to promote — its Condition parameter value must be New.

What we will change

We will add two new values of the Condition parameter:

• Digital product
• Collectible / investment product.

It will also be possible to promote products with those parameter values.

We will update the Terms & Conditions of payment operators

From: July 31, 2025

What we will change in the Allegro Finance Terms & Conditions

• We will reorganize the provisions that refer to payout frequency.
• We will introduce unified payout rules for sellers registered outside the EEA, Switzerland, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom who use payment gateways (such as PingPong or Payoneer) — we will convert such payouts into euros.

What changes we will introduce to the Terms & Conditions of all payment operators (PayU, Przelewy24, and Allegro Finance)

We will delete the provisions referring to the EU's ODR platform, which will be discontinued on July 20, 2025.

Basis: improving the operation of the website and the buyer and seller service and editorial changes (sub-paragraphs 14.1 (d,k) of the Allegro Terms & Conditions).

What changes we will introduce to the Allegro Finance Privacy protection policy

We will provide information about the rules of processing personal data of buyers, sellers, and their creditors. In addition:

• We will add the execution of public authorities' decisions to the list of purposes for processing personal data.
• We will update the address of the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office to which you can file complaints regarding personal data processing.
• We will inform that we have started cooperating with Genesys Cloud Services BV, with its registered office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with Microsoft Ireland Operations, Ltd, with its registered office in Dublin, Ireland, and with Snowflake Computing Netherlands, B.V., with its registered office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Basis: expanding the scope of the service to include new features (sub-paragraph 7.1 (c) of the Allegro Finance Terms & Conditions).
