How the Authorized Users tab works
The Authorized Users tab allows your employees to use selected options and tabs on your business account that will allow them to manage offers and orders.
In the Authorized Users tab you can authorize other people to access your account. For example, you can grant each of your employees access they need to complete their tasks at work. You can revoke or block the authorization any time.
The authorization scopes are divided into several groups:
Sales Management
- Orders and returns management
Access to tools in tabs: Orders, Returns, Payment Refunds.
- Customer Service
Access to tools in tabs: New Messages, Discussions with buyers.
- Sales Quality
Access to tools in tabs: My Sales Quality, Delivery efficiency.
Assortment Management
- Handling offers
Access to tools in tabs: My Assortment, List an offer.
- Handling offer components
Access to tools in tabs: Product changes requests, Multi-Variant Offers.
Data and Reports
Access to tools in tabs: Allegro Analytics.
Your access to Allegro Analytics depends on the type of your subscription. In the professional one, you can grant 10 authorizations, in the expert one — 50. You can grant your other account access to Allegro Analytics only if both accounts — the one from which you grant the access, and the one that receives it — have an active Subscription. - Advertising and promotion
Access to tools in tabs: Campaigns and Programs.
Finance Management
Access to tools in tabs: Funds and operations history, Payment Refunds, Submitted applications, Upcoming Fees.
You choose the authorization scope next to each group — edit, preview, or no permissions.
How to grant authorization
- Open the Authorized Users tab.
- Click [add user] at the top right corner.
- Click [grant permissions].
- Enter the email address of the person you want to authorize and confirm it. They do not need to have an Allegro account. You can set as many people as you want.
- Select what accesses you want to grant and click [grant permissions].
How to revoke authorization
You can suspend the access to your business account and revoke authorization any time. All you need to do is click [remove] next to the undesired user’s login in the Authorized Users tab.

- directly after signing in to the Sales Center.
