What the Allegro InPost delivery is
Allegro InPost is a special offer of convenient delivery options — with low prices and free returns for your customers.
How to dispatch parcels with Allegro InPost
Allegro InPost is a low-cost delivery option created in cooperation between Allegro and InPost that you can enable in your offers. The Allegro InPost delivery options include:
- Allegro Paczkomaty InPost
- Allegro miniKurier24 InPost
- Allegro Kurier24 InPost.
With the Allegro InPost delivery options, you offer to your customers:
- attractive fees for dispatching parcels
- parcel insurance — up to 5,000 PLN
- parcel collection from a Paczkomaty InPost parcel locker, at a ParcelPoint, or from an InPost courier
- free returns through Paczkomaty InPost parcel lockers or at a ParcelPoint (if you complete the information in the Return Terms tab).
Select the Allegro InPost delivery options in the shipping price list you add to the offer so that your customers can use them.

If you select the Allegro miniKurier24 InPost or Allegro Kurier24 InPost service, you can order a courier pick-up. If you dispatch 5 or more parcels, the pick-up service will be free of charge.
You can also dispatch parcels at parcel lockers or —if you dispatch using the InPost Parcel Manager — at a ParcelPoint.
If the buyer selects one of the Allegro InPost delivery options, we will display the information about it in the Orders tab on your account. You can sort orders by the delivery option selected by the buyer.
For example: if, in the tab, you select the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost filter, we will display all the orders for which buyers have selected this delivery option.

Allegro Smart! — InPost — services and additional fees
Within Allegro Smart!, we cover most of the delivery cost, and you pay in full for all the additional services. You will find those fees in the invoice issued by Allegro (or InPost — in the case of the second type of additional services).

Example 1
Change of the size: If the actual size is different than the one declared in the Parcel Manager, InPost may charge you an additional fee. The fee may be charged when the size you declared is smaller or bigger than the actual size. In the case of sizes A and B, the height of a parcel is its shortest side. For a size C parcel, the height is its medium side — the one that is neither the shortest nor the longest.
Example 3
Oversized parcel exceeding the given dimensions: If you dispatch an oversized parcel with dimensions exceeding 500x500x800 mm or weight over 30 kg, we will charge you the fee for checking the weight and dimensions of the parcel (15.61 PLN) and for treating it as an oversized parcel (23.41 PLN), as well as an additional fee for exceeding the maximum dimensions or weight (312.10 PLN) — 351.12 PLN in total.
The second type of additional services
The second type of additional services includes dispatching parcels directly with an InPost courier. The fee for parcel dispatch with a courier is charged by InPost. That means — if you use this service, you will get the invoice from InPost, not Allegro.
The number of parcels dispatched within and outside Allegro Smart! adds up.

Where you can find information about the charged additional fees
You can find fees charged for the first type of additional services in the account history on your Allegro account. Next to each fee, you will find the amount, information about the type of fee, and the applicable consignment note number. You can settle them directly in the tab.
You can find fees charged for the second type of additional services — that is, dispatching parcels with a courier — on the invoice received from InPost. The invoice will be issued for an amount higher than 0 PLN. In addition, the attachment from InPost will also include information about the Allegro Smart! parcels you have sent free of charge within the service.
Allegro Smart! — InPost parcel packing and forbidden products
When packing a parcel, remember a few basic rules. They will help you make sure that the parcels your customers get are intact.
- Do not ship forbidden products.
- Adjust the packaging to the value and type of the product you ship. Make sure it is packed securely, especially if it is of high value.
- Adjust the packaging to the product size. Make sure it does not move inside the packaging. You can fill empty spaces with cardboard, bubble wrap, or special airbags.
- Ship cuboid-shaped parcels. Parcels with irregular shapes or protruding elements are more prone to damage.
- Do not wrap parcels in stretch film — it makes it difficult for parcels to move smoothly on a sorting conveyor belt.

Forbidden products
Under Polish law and the carriers' Rules and Regulations (available only in Polish), you cannot ship products forbidden by those regulations.
You cannot ship, for example:
- products derived from a crime
- money, securities, or other payment instruments
- valuables, such as jewelry, works of art, antiques, numismatics
- weapons whose purchase and possession requires a permit, a registration, or a registration card, under Polish law, including the Act of May 21, 1999, on weapons and ammunition
- ammunition, except for blank ammunition with a caliber of up to 6 mm
- chemically and biologically active products
- agents that are explosive, inflammable, oxidizing, irritating, caustic, sensitizing, cancerous, mutagenic, or harming fertility and that may pose a threat to human health or life, or cause property damage to the logistics company
- other products whose features may pose a threat to health or life upon contact with them, or that may damage other parcels
- narcotics, psychotropic substances, or so-called designer drugs
- products with short shelf-life
- products that require special transport conditions (including products that smell or leak)
- dead or live animals and plants
- human corpses, human or animal organs.
If you dispatch a parcel containing a forbidden product and it does any damage, you may be charged an additional service fee.
Therefore, if the contents or faulty packaging cause:
- the necessity to secure property and call appropriate services to remove or secure the parcel's contents in order to allow the carrier to continue their work
- harming the health of logistics company employee or the necessity for them to stop doing their work to provide medical assistance
- the necessity to evacuate employees from the logistics company's building or to halt equipment (vehicles included) used for parcel transport, delivery, or storage
- any damage to another parcel, which is photo-documented
you may additionally pay:
- 125.60 PLN for the first parcel that caused one of the abovementioned events
- 1,267.43 PLN for every subsequent parcel that causes one of the abovementioned events in a year (as counted from the first such instance).
Allegro Paczkomaty InPost delivery on Saturday
InPost delivers parcels dispatched with the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost delivery option also on Saturdays. We take it into account in the estimated delivery time. That is why buyers can see the information about delivery on Saturday in the offers with this delivery option.
When we can display the information about delivery on Saturday
- if the seller has enabled the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost delivery option in the offer
- if Saturday is the estimated delivery day.
We display the information about delivery on Saturday in offers all week.

In the case of Allegro Smart! parcels, you can file a complaint:
- on your own, through our complaint form in the Ordered Parcels section. Select the order you want to file a complaint about, open the order details, and click [complain about delivery]
- directly through this form on the InPost website

How to enable Allegro miniKurier24 InPost and Allegro Kurier24 InPost
You can enable the Allegro miniKurier24 InPost and Allegro Kurier24 InPost delivery options in the listing form or the shipping price list.
You can enable those delivery options in offers for a maximum of:
- 12.49 PLN for Allegro miniKurier24 InPost with payment in advance
- 15.57 PLN for Allegro miniKurier24 InPost with payment on delivery
- 14.99 PLN for Allegro Kurier24 InPost with payment in advance
- 18.07 PLN for Allegro Kurier24 InPost with payment on delivery.

Settlement model
We settle the Allegro InPost courier delivery options using the Allegro Mix. In the case of these methods, you can benefit from attractive rates negotiated by Allegro, but you settle payments yourself with the InPost carrier.
To use them, you need provide InPost with correct email address connected with a given order or have your own agreement with InPost and use our free Ship with Allegro tool as part of it.

How to dispatch a parcel
You can dispatch parcels using the Allegro miniKurier24 InPost and Allegro Kurier24 InPost delivery options via:
- InPost Parcel Manager, if you do not have an agreement with InPost
- Ship with Allegro — if you have a business account and an agreements with InPost.
You can also dispatch via the API or external integrators such as Baselinker or EasyUploader.
To use Ship with Allegro or the API, add your own agreement you concluded with the carrier to the tool. To add that, go to the Orders tab and click [Settings] above the order filters, in the upper right corner of the page.
From the list on the left , select Own agreements — Ship with Allegro and click [add new agreement].
Select the InPost carrier from the drop-down list and enter the name of the contract — we will display it when you select the carrier on dispatching the parcel. Then, provide the data for the ShipX InPost API.
When adding the contract with InPost, you should check the Use the offers for Allegro sellers box if you want to settle accounts with the carrier on the terms negotiated by us as part of the Allegro Mix settlement method .
Then, click [add] at the bottom of the page. After adding the agreement, you will see the shipping option under your own contract in the tool.
After adding the agreement, you can dispatch InPost parcels via Ship with Allegro. Go to the Orders tab and click [dispatch parcel]. We will take you directly to the shipping form in Ship with Allegro for those particular orders.

How to set the same-day dispatch time
The same-day dispatch time is the time by which buyers can place and pay for orders to have them dispatched on the day of purchase. For the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost options, you can set the same-day dispatch time in the Delivery Settings tab, in the Same-day dispatch settings section.
