Delivery of products transported on pallets with DHL Parcel
The Allegro DHL Pallets delivery option allows you to fulfill huge orders with a maximum pallet weight of 1,000 kg. Learn more.
Allegro DHL Pallets is a delivery option for products transported on pallets that we carry out in cooperation with DHL Parcel. This delivery option is available with two payment options: payment in advance and on delivery. You can enable this option if you have a business account and enter an agreement with DHL Parcel — on the terms we have negotiated.
DHL Parcel deliveries allow you to fulfill huge orders — within the cooperation with Allegro, DHL Parcel offers delivery of products on pallets, with a maximum pallet weight of 1,000 kg.

How to use the service
If you want to start using this delivery option, contact DHL Parcel — regardless of whether you already have your own agreement with DHL Parcel or not.
- Go to the DHL Parcel website and click [order an offer].
- Complete and submit the application form.
DHL Parcel will send the full offer to the email address you provided in the form.
Accepting the offer is equivalent to signing an agreement with DHL Parcel.
After you sign the agreement, DHL will send you an email with user credentials for the D24 dispatch tool — then you can start dispatching parcels. Within that option, you can dispatch 1 pallet per order.
How to enable the Allegro DHL Pallets option in your offers
You can do it in two ways:
- in Delivery Settings, in the Shipping price lists section
- in the listing form.
Settlement model
We settle the Allegro DHL Pallets delivery option within Allegro Mix. In the case of those delivery options, you benefit from the attractive rates negotiated by Allegro, but settle directly with the carrier.
How much you will pay for shipments
Within the Allegro DHL Pallets delivery option, we offer you the possibility to ship your products on pallets.
Pallet types:
- PPA — half-pallet, maximum dimensions: 80 cm (length) x 60 cm (width) x 160 cm (height including the goods on the pallet), and the maximum combined weight of the pallet and the goods up to 200 kg
- PA — pallet with the dimensions of an EUR pallet: maximum dimensions: 120 cm (length) x 80 cm (width) x 210 cm (height including the goods on the pallet), and the maximum combined weight of the pallet and the goods up to 1,000 kg.
The total height of the pallet with the goods consists of the height of the pallet and the height of the goods.
We calculate the prices and parameters of the products shipped on pallets according to the pallet type and the combined weight of the load and the pallet. The prices in the table below include the fuel fee and toll.

We determine delivery costs on the basis of:
- The dimensional weight of the pallet — related to parcel dimensions and calculated with the following formula: [pallet length in cm x pallet width in cm x pallet height in cm / 4,000]. We include the goods on the pallet in those dimensions.
- The actual weight of the pallet — the one you see when you put the pallet on a scale.
The maximum dimensional and actual weight of a single pallet cannot exceed 1,000 kg.
We always determine the basic delivery cost of a single pallet based on the higher parameter. If the actual weight of the pallet is lower than the dimensional weight — we will determine the basic delivery cost of a single pallet based on its dimensional weight.
When we treat a PPA half-pallet as a PA pallet
We treat a PPA half-pallet as a PA pallet in two cases:
- if the length or width of the PPA half-pallet exceeds the maximum half-pallet dimensions indicated above (80 cm x 60 cm including the goods on the pallet), and at the same time the maximum dimensions of the PA pallet base (120 cm x 80 cm) have not been exceeded, or
- if the half-pallet exceeds the maximum actual or dimensional weight of a half-pallet (200 kg including the goods on the pallet), and at the same time the maximum dimensions of the PA pallet base (120 cm x 80 cm) have not been exceeded.
We determine the delivery cost of such a PPA pallet according to the price list for PA pallets.
Example 1
- The actual combined weight of the pallet and the goods is 120 kg.
- The dimensions of the PPA half-pallet are: 80 cm x 60 cm x 15 cm.
- The dimensions of the product on the pallet are: 50 cm x 30 cm x 90 cm. The height of the pallet with the product is 105 cm (pallet height: 15 cm + product height: 90 cm). The product fits on a PPA half-pallet with base dimensions of 80 cm x 60 cm, and does not exceed the maximum height of 160 cm.
- We calculate the dimensional weight of the pallet as follows = 80 cm x 60 cm x 105 cm / 4,000 = 504,000 cm³ / 4,000 = 126 kg.
- We calculate the price based on the higher weight — in this case, the dimensional weight.
- We will settle the shipment as a PPA half-pallet weighing up to 200 kg — at 103,44 PLN net.
Example 2
- The actual combined weight of the pallet and the goods is 220 kg.
- The dimensions of the PPA half-pallet are: 80 cm x 60 cm x 15 cm.
- The dimensions of the product on the pallet are: 50 cm x 30 cm x 90 cm. The height of the pallet with the product is 105 cm (pallet height: 15 cm + product height: 90 cm). The product fits on a PPA half-pallet with base dimensions of 80 cm x 60 cm, and does not exceed the maximum height of 160 cm.
- We calculate the dimensional weight of the pallet as follows = 80 cm x 60 cm x 105 cm / 4,000 = 504,000 cm³ / 4,000 = 126 kg.
- We calculate the price based on the higher weight — in this case, the actual weight.
- We will settle the shipment as a PA pallet weighing up to 400 kg — you will pay 139,29 PLN net.
Example 3
- The actual combined weight of the pallet and the goods is 390 kg.
- The dimensions of the PA pallet are: 120 cm x 80 cm x 15 cm.
- The dimensions of the product on the pallet are: 110 cm x 70 cm x 155 cm. The height of the pallet with the product is 170 cm (pallet height: 15 cm + product height: 155 cm). The product fits on a PA pallet with base dimensions of 120 cm x 80 cm, and does not exceed the maximum height of 210 cm.
- We calculate the dimensional weight of the pallet as follows = 120 cm x 80 cm x 170 cm / 4,000 = 1,632,000 cm³ / 4,000 = 408 kg.
- We calculate the price based on the higher weight — in this case, the dimensional weight.
- We will settle the shipment as a PA pallet weighing up to 600 kg — you will pay 159,78 PLN net.
Example 4
- The actual combined weight of the pallet and the goods is 140 kg.
- The dimensions of the PPA half-pallet are: 80 cm x 60 cm x 15 cm.
- The dimensions of the product on the pallet are: 90 cm x 30 cm x 90 cm.
- The product has been placed on a PPA half-pallet with base dimensions of 80 cm x 60 cm, so the product protrudes beyond the outline of the pallet. The height of the pallet with the product is 105 cm (pallet height: 15 cm + product height: 90 cm).
- We calculate the dimensional weight of the pallet as follows = 80 cm x 60 cm x 105 cm / 4,000 = 504,000 cm³ / 4,000 = 126 kg.
- We calculate the price based on the higher weight — in this case, the actual weight.
- We will settle the shipment as a PA pallet weighing up to 200 kg — you will pay the basic fee of 128,03 PLN net, according to the table of basic fees.
When we treat the pallet as a non-standard pallet
It happens when the goods on the pallet protrude beyond the outline of the pallet base, that has a maximum length of 120 cm and a maximum width of 80 cm.
In the case of non-standard pallets, the sum of all sides of the pallet (length, width, height) combined with the goods on the pallet cannot exceed 6 m. The maximum dimensional and actual weight of a single pallet cannot exceed 1,000 kg. We charge an additional fee (on top of the basic price) for shipping a non-standard pallet. When pricing the delivery cost of a non-standard pallet, we take into account the dimensional weight.
When DHL Parcel sets the delivery cost individually
DHL Parcel applies a special procedure when:
- the sum of all sides of the pallet (length, width, height) combined with the goods on the pallet exceeds 6 m, or
- the actual or dimensional weight of the pallet exceeds 1,000 kg.
The cost of such shipment or pallet return has to be individually set with DHL Parcel in each case.

- The product has been placed on a PA pallet with base dimensions of 120 cm x 80 cm, so the product protrudes beyond the outline of the pallet. The height of the pallet with the product is 115 cm (pallet height: 15 cm + product height: 100 cm).
- We calculate the dimensional weight of the pallet as follows = 80 cm x 120 cm x 115 cm / 4,000 = 1,104,000 cm³ / 4,000 = 276 kg.
- We calculate the price based on the higher weight — in this case, the dimensional weight.
- We will settle the shipment as a PA pallet weighing up to 400 kg. You will pay 264,29 PLN for it: the basic fee of 139,29 PLN net, according to the table of basic fees, and a surcharge of 125 PLN for a non-standard pallet.
Two delivery attempts
DHL Parcel makes a maximum of two attempts to deliver the parcel to the buyer. We include the first and second delivery attempts in the basic prices and do not charge any additional fees.

The price lists below contain the prices of delivery, additional services, returns as well as discounts. We provide them in net values.
What the maximum shipment dimensions and weight are
You can use Allegro No Limit to dispatch shipments that do not exceed the following dimensions:
- weight: 168 kg
- length: 400 cm
- width: 160 cm
- height: 220 cm
- the sum of all sides' length: 500 cm.
If you want to dispatch larger or heavier products, ask for an individual cost estimate.
Delivery without home delivery
You provide the product in parcels or on a pallet carrier. We calculate the price of delivery without home delivery according to the weight-and-volume price list. It takes into account the gross volume and gross weight of the shipment. It means we include the weight and volume of the packaging or the pallet carrier in the shipment.

- The weight of the wardrobe together with the packaging is 83 kg.
- The shipment volume is 1.5 m3.
- You have not bought the additional service.
Your shipment is in the 1.31—1.5 m3 volume range and up to 90 kg in weight. According to the weight-and-volume price list, the delivery cost is 207 PLN net. In addition, you may have to bear the costs resulting from the so-called fuel adjustment.
What the fuel adjustment (fuel surcharge) is
The fuel adjustment, also known as the fuel surcharge, is related to the price fluctuations in the fuel market. It is expressed in percentages and may come as a discount or surcharge.
No Limit will add or subtract a certain amount from your invoice when the fuel price increases or decreases. The carrier includes the fuel adjustment in the price of each ordered parcel.

The fuel adjustment amount depends on how much the current price of 1 liter of fuel differs from the average. The calculation is based on the prices of Ekodiesel diesel oil published by PKN Orlen on: https://www.orlen.pl/pl/dla-biznesu/hurtowe-ceny-paliw. In 2024, the average price of 1 liter of that fuel was 4.60 PLN.
The table below shows the exact fuel adjustment rates. The current rate changes depending on how much the fuel price has increased or decreased, compared to the average, in a given month. The average price — 4.60 PLN for 1 liter — is in the middle of the table. Prices higher than 4.60 PLN indicate a surcharge by a given percentage while prices lower than 4.60 PLN — a relevant discount.

The fuel adjustment rate is updated monthly. No Limit checks the average price at the end of each month. The fuel adjustment rate for the following month is determined based on the average from the previous month and the table above.
Example 1
- Having analyzed the prices recorded between October 1 and October 31, we know that the average price in October was 5.29 PLN for 1 liter of fuel.
- We compare it with the table. We can see that the average price in October is equal to the value presented in the table for which the fuel adjustment rate is 6%
- It means that the fuel adjustment rate for November will be 6%.
Example 2
- Having analyzed the prices recorded between November 1 and November 30, we know that the average price in November was 5.30 PLN for 1 liter of fuel.
- We compare it with the table. We can see that the average price in November falls between two values presented in the table:
- it exceeds 5.29 PLN, for which the fuel adjustment rate is 6%
- it does not exceed 5.52 PLN, for which the fuel adjustment rate is 8%.
- It means that the fuel adjustment rate for December will be 6%.
Additional services
If you want to offer additional services together with the Allegro No Limit delivery, add them in the Additional services teb in Sales Settings.
You can offer your customers the following additional services:
- home delivery
- home delivery, unpacking, and placement
- home delivery, unpacking, placement, and collection of transport packaging.
The price of each service is listed in the table below. The price depends on the gross weight of the shipment. The prices in the table apply both to deliveries and returns.
If you order home delivery for a shipment that consists of more than one element — check the gross weight for each. If No Limit is expected to carry out home delivery of elements heavier than 84 kg, we will charge an additional fee:
- 56 PLN — for the home delivery of each element between 84.01 kg and 126 kg
- 114 PLN — for the home delivery of each element between 126.01 kg and 168 kg.

You want to dispatch a shipment that consists of a chest of drawers and a refrigerator.
- Your shipment consists of two elements.
- The chest of drawers (together with the packaging) weighs 45 kg, and the refrigerator (together with the packaging) — 83 kg. The gross weight of the entire shipment is 128 kg.
- The volume of the packed chest of drawers is 0.4 m3, and the packed refrigerator is 1.5 m3. The gross volume of the entire shipment is 1.9 m3.
- You want to buy the additional service of Home delivery, unpacking, and placement.
Your shipment is in the volume range of 1.71–1.9 m3 and its weight range is up to 150 kg. None of the elements exceeds 84 kg. That is why:
- according to the weight-and-volume price list, you will pay 242 PLN net for delivery
- according to the additional service price list, you will pay 96 PLN net for home delivery. The total cost of the service will be 338 PLN net. In addition, you may pay costs resulting from the so-called fuel adjustment.
Bicycles and fitness equipment: delivery and additional services
You can take advantage of the offer for sports equipment if you deliver the following products to your customers:
- bicycles
- treadmills
- elliptical trainers
- exercise bikes
- rowing machines.
We include home delivery in the delivery cost.
While calculating the transport cost, we check how many shipments you dispatch per month. If you exceed 250 shipments — you will pay less for transport.
We will add the fuel surcharge to the price from the table.
No Limit delivers bicycles within 3 working days from the day of collection. No Limit picks the shipment containing the bicycle up from you and delivers it to the customer — with the original packaging. The customer signs an electronic proof of delivery (ePOD).

Assembly of selected sports and fitness equipment
No Limit does not assemble the sports and fitness equipment upon delivery. This service is carried out within 7 working days of the delivery. No Limit will contact the buyer to agree on the assembly time.
Assembly of selected garden equipment
No Limit does not assemble garden equipment upon delivery. This service is carried out within 7 working days of the delivery. The carrier reaches out to the buyer to decide on the assembly time.
Assembly of furniture
No Limit does not assemble hardwood (non-upholstered) room furniture upon delivery. This service is carried out within 7 working days of the delivery. The carrier contacts the buyer to decide on the assembly time.
The assembly price is 15% of the product price — but no less than 241 PLN.
The No Limit assembles the piece of furniture from smaller elements according to the producer's manual and in the location indicated by the customer. The service does not include attaching the furniture to a wall or floor with anchors.

The prices for redelivery and returns apply to delivery rates. You need to add the price of additional services to them — if they were ordered for the first delivery.
You do not pay for additional services if No Limit does not carry them out upon the first delivery. It applies when, for example, the courier finds out the customer is not home before unpacking the product and performing home delivery. In that case, you pay for delivery, but not for home delivery.
Returns
If the buyer collects the shipment but decides to return it — No Limit can deliver it back to you. No Limit handles returns only for the shipments it delivers.
You can settle the return with No Limit. Just like for regular delivery, the weight-and-volume price list applies.
No Limit returns the shipment to the location it was dispatched from. You will receive your shipment within 5 working days from the moment No Limit collects it from the buyer. The carrier will inform you about the exact date of return.

If you dispatch many shipments, we will grant you a discount. Its amount depends on the number of shipments you dispatch within a month. The discounts in the table below apply to the total price of standard delivery services — we do not account for the price of additional services.

No Limit collects shipments in other locations from 2 to 4 times a week. You can agree on the pick-up frequency with the carrier.
No Limit usually makes only one attempt to deliver the shipment to the buyer. If it is not successful, the courier may try again — at your request. The second delivery attempt comes with an additional fee of 60% of the original delivery cost. You need to add to these prices the standard service rates and additional fees if they were ordered for the original delivery.

How to enable the Allegro Zadbano delivery option
If you want to add that delivery option to your shipping price lists, you need to hold a business account and sign an agreement with Zadbano. Check how to do it step by step.
- Complete the form on the Zadbano page. You can also contact them directly at 022 307 68 98. The Zadbano representative will contact you to select an offer tailored to your business. From that moment, the representative will be your sales supervisor on behalf of the carrier.
- Contact your sales supervisor to receive and confirm the terms of your agreement.
- Select the additional services you want to offer to your customers within Allegro Zadbano.
The maximum shipment dimensions and weight
You can use Allegro Zadbano to dispatch shipments that do not exceed the following maximum dimensions:
- weight — 168 kg
- length — 250 cm
- width — 230 cm
- height — 210 cm.

How much you will pay for delivery with Allegro Zadbano
The delivery price depends on the total volume and weight of all parcels in a shipment. Check the table for fee rates for particular weights and volumes. All the prices provided are net prices.
How the discount for Allegro sellers works
Within the basic offer, Zadbano grants discounts that depend on the number of shipments you dispatch in a month. We grant Allegro sellers an additional — higher — discount in each threshold. It means that you may get a total discount of up to 18%.

What the fuel adjustment is
Fuel adjustment can come as a discount or surcharge — it is related to changes in the fuel market prices. Zadbano will add or subtract a certain amount from your invoice when the fuel price increases or decreases. You can check the current fuel adjustment rate on the Zadbano website.
To calculate the fuel adjustment value, you need to calculate the fuel adjustment rate first. Zadbano uses the following formula:
fuel adjustment rate = (average fuel price/base price - 100%) x 0.2
The base price is the average price of 1m³ of PKN ORLEN S.A. Ekodiesel fuel for wholesale buyers in 2021. It amounts to 4,274 PLN net.
Zadbano calculates the fuel adjustment rate for a given month based on the average fuel price from the previous month. For example, the fuel adjustment rate for December is calculated based on the average fuel price from November. Zadbano calculates the average price of 1 m³ of fuel based on the data from the PKN ORLEN S.A. website for Ekodiesel oil.
Zadbano rounds down the rate to the nearest tenth of a percent, that is, to the first decimal place. For example, the value of 2.418% will be rounded down to 2.4%.
After calculating the fuel adjustment rate, you can calculate the fuel adjustment value. Zadbano uses the following formula:
fuel adjustment = value of transport services x fuel adjustment rate
The value of transport services includes the services Zadbano performed for you in a given month. It does not include the cost of additional services or surcharges — for example, the home delivery and unpacking services, but also delivery at a specified time, shipment pick-up from the warehouse, or assembly.
Example
- You want to check the fuel adjustment for December 2022.
- You start with calculating the fuel adjustment rate. The base price is fixed, and the average fuel price in the previous month, November 2022, was 6,527 PLN for 1 m³. Therefore: (6,527/4,274 - 100%) x 0.2 = 52.71% x 0.2 = 10.54%.
- You round the rate down to 10.5%.
- Now you can calculate the fuel adjustment. In December 2022, Zadbano provided transport services for 100,000 PLN. Therefore: 100,000 PLN x 10.5% = 10,500 PLN
- According to the calculations, Zadbano will charge you an additional fee of 10,500 PLN net.

** In the case of one-time pick-ups up to 4 orders, Zadbano has the right to charge a fee of up to 19.90 PLN net per order. The courier pick-up cost depends on the location of your warehouse — Zadbano will determine it with you individually each time. The fee does not apply to pick-ups of shipments containing car batteries. In their case, the service terms and the pick-up fee will each time be agreed upon by the sender and Zadbano.
What additional services are there and how much they cost

Zadbano allows you to offer, for example, assembly or home delivery of heavy equipment. The carrier Zadbano performs additional services according to individual arrangements made with you — after agreeing on the technical and logistical possibilities and confirming that the goods can be handled.

How to enable assembly and installation for your customers in Zadbano
Zadbano offers two packages of installation services: INSTALLATION and COMFORT.
Both of them include:
- installation services carried out by experienced Zadbano technicians, certified to work on water, plumbing, electrical, and gas systems
- the leveling of the appliance in the place of its intended use
- connecting it to a prepared and operational system (appliance-specific).
The COMFORT package additionally includes:
- uninstalling of the old device you want to dispose of
- removing and transporting that device to the Zadbano warehouse.
The only service you can add on Allegro is Installation/assembly — it is not divided into packages. However, make sure to adjust the service price to the package you offer.

You can use the Allegro SUUS Logistics method if you have a business account and sign a contract with the carrier. You can settle it using the Allegro Mix method.
Allegro SUUS Logistics is a delivery option we carry out in cooperation with SUUS Logistics. It comes with two payment methods: payment in advance and on delivery. You can make that delivery option available if you hold a business account and sign an agreement with SUUS Logistics under the terms we have negotiated.
In the framework of our cooperation, SUUS Logistics offers:
- delivery of products transported on pallets
- deliveries of bulky products that are not transported on pallets, for example, large household appliances, furniture, and sports equipment
- professional additional services, for example, home delivery.

You can settle Allegro SUUS Logistics within Allegro Mix. You benefit from the attractive rates we have negotiated for that delivery option but settle directly with the carrier.
How much you will pay for shipments
Price list for products transported on pallets
The Allegro SUUS Logistics delivery option includes, among other things, the transport of products on pallets.
Pallet types:
- HP — half-pallet with the maximum dimensions: 80 cm (height) x 60 cm (width) x 200 cm (height that includes the load on the pallet) and the maximum weight of the load with the pallet up to 500 kg.
- EUR — pallet with the EUR pallet dimensions: maximum dimensions: 120 cm (length) x 80 cm (width) x 200 cm (height that includes the load on the pallet) and the maximum weight of the load with the pallet up to 500 kg.
The gross value includes:
- the pallet with the load or
- the product together with the packaging.
The total height of the half-pallet and the EUR pallet with the load consists of the height of the pallet and the height of the load.
Prices and parameters of the products transported on pallets are settled based on the pallet price list — according to the type of pallet and the weight of the load.

- We will settle the shipment as an HP half-pallet weighing up to 150 kg. According to the price list, you will pay 101.11 PLN net.
Example 2
- The shipment consists of two pallets: one HP half-pallet and one EUR pallet.
- The actual weight of the HP half-pallet with the load is 175 kg.
- The actual weight of the EUR pallet with the load is 330 kg.
- The dimensions of the HP half-pallet are 80 cm x 60 cm x 15 cm.
- The dimensions of the EUR pallet are 120 cm x 80 cm x 15 cm.
- The dimensions of the load on the HP half-pallet are 70 cm x 50 cm x 110 cm. The height of the HP half-pallet with the load is 125 cm (pallet height: 15 cm + load height: 110 cm). The load fits on the HP half-pallet with a base size of 80 cm x 60 cm and does not exceed a maximum height of 200 cm.
- The dimensions of the load on the EUR pallet are: 80 cm x 60 cm x 160 cm. The height of the EUR pallet with the load is 175 cm (pallet height: 15 cm + load height: 160 cm). The load fits on the EUR pallet with a base size of 80 cm x 60 cm and does not exceed a maximum height of 200 cm.
- You will pay 106.73 PLN net for the HP half-pallet with an actual weight of 175 kg.
- You will pay 146.06 PLN net for the EUR pallet with an actual weight of 330 kg.
- According to the price list, you will pay 252.79 PLN net for the delivery of the entire shipment.
SUUS Logistics charges an additional fee resulting from the fuel adjustment to each shipment we settle according to the pallet price list.
The dimensional price list for products that are not shipped on pallets
We use the dimensional price list to calculate the delivery cost for non-palletized shipments (where products are transported in bulk).
While calculating the delivery cost with the use of the dimensional price list, we account for:
- the actual weight of the shipment — the weight you see when you place the shipment on the scale. We calculate it based on the sum of actual weights (together with the packaging) of particular elements (parcels, pallets) that make up a given shipment.
- shipment volume — we calculate it based on the sum of actual volumes (together with the packaging) of particular elements (parcels, pallets) that make up a given shipment.
We calculate the delivery cost using the rates provided in the table below:
See the full price list up to 500 kg for products that are not transported on pallets.
The longest side of a single element of a shipment cannot exceed 230 cm. The sum of dimensions (length, width, height) of a single element of the shipment cannot exceed 400 cm.
You cannot dispatch a shipment with an actual weight of a single element over 50 kg (for the shipment of audio, video, and household appliances or furniture — over 80 kg). If you want to dispatch a shipment consisting of heavier elements — contact SUUS Logistics.
Example 1
- The shipment consists of a single element dispatched in bulk (without a pallet).
- The gross actual weight of that element is 60 kg.
- The gross dimensions of that element are 60 cm x 80 cm x 90 cm, so the gross volume is 0.432 m3.
- According to the price list specified in the table, you will pay 103 PLN net for delivery.
Example 2
- The shipment consists of three elements dispatched in bulk (without a pallet).
- The gross actual weight of the first element is 60 kg. The gross dimensions of the first element are 60 cm x 80 cm x 80 cm, so the gross volume is 0.384 m3.
- The gross actual weight of the second element is 80 kg. The gross dimensions of the second element are 50 cm x 30 cm x 60 cm, so the gross volume is 0.090 m3.
- The gross actual weight of the third element is 55 kg. The gross dimensions of the third element are 120 cm x 40 cm x 40 cm, so the gross volume is 0.192 m3.
- The gross actual weight of the entire shipment is 195 kg (60 kg + 80 g + 55 kg).
- The sum of the gross volumes of all three elements is 0.666 m3 (0.384 m3 + 0.090 m3 + 0.192 m3).
- According to the price list specified in the table, you will pay 198.30 PLN net for delivery.
SUUS Logistics charges an additional fee resulting from the fuel adjustment to each shipment we settle according to the pallet price list.

The cost of additional services and surcharges to basic prices
Pick-up fee: if on a single day, from one address and with one pick-up, the courier collects less than 5 shipments, SUUS Logistics will charge a pick-up fee for each shipment according to the table below.
SUUS Logistics takes into account all shipments collected from you, no matter if you declared them based on:
- the terms agreed between SUUS Logistics and Allegro
- the agreement between you and SUUS Logistics that specifies other terms.
If on a single day, from one address and with one pick-up, the courier collects at least 5 shipments, we will not charge the pick-up fee.

UnpackingThe service consists of unpacking the delivered goods, set-up at the place indicated by the recipient, and disposal of transport packaging at the indicated place near the property (optional). This service is only available to buyers who purchase carry-in home delivery.

We calculate the amount of insurance at the time of reporting the shipment for transport. If you do not declare the product value, we will automatically insure the shipment up to 5,000 PLN and charge you the 4.50 PLN fee.
Fee for the incorrect declaration of shipment parameters
If, upon verification, SUUS Logistics finds that the parameters you provided while reporting the shipment (weight or volume) are incorrect and need to be changed, we will charge you an administrative fee of 9.99 PLN net. We will recalculate the shipment delivery cost according to the updated parameters.
Fee for the re-attempt of delivery for reasons beyond the control of SUUS Logistics
If, for reasons beyond the control of SUUS Logistics (for example, the absence of the buyer), it is necessary to re-attempt delivery, we will charge an additional fee of 40% of the original delivery cost. The fee for the re-attempt of delivery does not include additional service fees, that is the payment on delivery fee or BLIK payment fee.
Operational return fee
If the buyer refuses to accept the shipment on the day of delivery and it is necessary to return it to your warehouse, we will charge 100% of the original delivery cost. The cost of the home delivery service may be added to the return fee if the shipment is rejected after the service has been performed. However, payment on the delivery fee or BLIK payment fee will not be charged.
Fee for collection (within Poland) of a previously delivered shipment with the return to the original place of dispatch
If the buyer wants to return the product purchased from you and it is necessary to return it to your warehouse, we will charge a fee of 100% of the original delivery cost. The fee will include the cost of the home delivery service. The shipment collection service is carried out only for shipments delivered to the buyer by SUUS Logistics. It is a condition of the service that the buyer secures the shipment for transportation.
Surcharge for exceeding the weight limit
In the event of exceeding the 500 kg limit of the shipment dimensional weight (according to the dimensional price list) or the actual pallet weight (according to the pallet price list), you will be charged an additional fee of 150 PLN.
Fee for the cancelation of a shipping order
A fee of PLN 50 will be added to each shipment from the transport if you cancel the shipping order on the day of scheduled pick-up:
- after 11:00 a.m., if the shipment was dispatched through a dispatch tool on the same day
- after 10:00 a.m., if the shipment was dispatched through a dispatch tool on an earlier day.

Fuel adjustment
Fuel adjustment is a mechanism for modifying the shipment fee following changes in fuel prices, independent of the carrier.
The reference point for calculating the fuel adjustment is the base price of 1 m3 of fuel (Ekodiesel diesel oil). For the Allegro SUUS Logistics delivery option, the scope of the base price is from 5,049 to 5,550 PLN net. This means that if the price of 1 m3 of fuel is within that range, the fuel adjustment is 0% and no fuel adjustment surcharge will be added to the pallet or base list price.
The mechanism of the fuel adjustment may result in:
- a surcharge on the total price of delivery from the pallet/dimensional price list if the average price of 1m3 of fuel is currently higher than the base price
- a reduction of the total price of delivery from the pallet/dimensional price list if the average price of 1m3 of fuel is currently lower than the base price.

How to determine the average price of 1 m3 of fuel provided on the website:

- Enter the appropriate year value in the Year field.
- Click [view].
In the list, you will see the price of 1 m3 of fuel for particular days since the beginning of the selected year. Look at the last 14 days, counting from Monday to Sunday (Example: if you are checking the data on March 16, 2022, then look at the days from February 28 to March 13, 2022). If any dates are missing from the list, it means that the price was not published that day. For such a day, we consider the price of the previous day — that is, if PKN ORLEN S.A. did not publish the price on March 6, 2022, we consider the price from March 5, 2022, as the price for that day. If the price from March 5, 2022, was also not on the list, we consider the price from March 4, 2022, as the price for March 6, 2022.
Based on that data, you can calculate the average price of 1 m3 of fuel for that period.
We will use the average price of 1 m3 of fuel from the last two-week cycle to calculate the fuel adjustment for the upcoming two-week cycle. We assume that the average price of 1 m3 of fuel for the upcoming two-week period will be the same as for the two-week cycle preceding it.
Example
- The average price of 1 m3 of fuel (Ekodiesel diesel oil) from Monday, February 28, 2022, to Sunday, March 13, 2022, is 6,606.93 net.
- We compare the average price of 1 m3 of fuel with the data from the fuel adjustment table. 6,606.93 PLN net is within the 6,551 to 6,800 PLN net range for which the percentage value of the fuel adjustment is 9.46%.
- The shipment consists of a single EUR pallet with an actual weight of 300 kg. The price of such shipment, according to the pallet price list, is 134.82 PLN net.
- The percentage value of the fuel adjustment for shipments dispatched from Monday, March 14, 2022, to Sunday, March 27, 2022, is 9.46%.
- The fee resulting from applying the fuel adjustment is calculated as follows: 134.82 PLN net x 9.46% = 12.75 PLN net.
- According to the formula provided above, we will charge an additional fee of 12.75 PLN net to the shipment.
The SUUS Logistics driver will contact the buyer on the day of delivery. Apart from that, the buyer will receive two text messages — the first one day the shipment is collected from the sender, and the second on the day of the scheduled delivery. The second message will contain the driver's phone number.

Allegro Ambro Express
Allegro Ambro Express is a carrier that specializes in delivering non-standard, long, and oversized parcels.
Ambro Express offers customers a fast, safe, and flexible delivery service. The delivery is handled in two options:
Standard Courier Service — courier delivery to a given address, managed by one person.
Home Delivery Service — comprehensive delivery with the carry-in option and additional services. The service is managed by a two-person team.
You can use this option if you have a business account and sign an agreement with Ambro Express with the conditions we have negotiated.

The new delivery option can be enabled in your offers in 2 ways:
- in the Shipping price lists section of the Delivery settings
- in the Delivery and payment section of the listing form.
You can find the Allegro Ambro Express delivery option in the shipping price list when you select Dispatch from: [Poland] and Buyer will collect in: Poland from the drop-down list.
Select also the packages of additional services you want to offer to your customers.
The settlement model
We settle the Allegro Ambro Express delivery option within Allegro Mix. In that case, you benefit from attractive rates negotiated by Allegro, but you settle yourself with the Ambro Express carrier.
How much you will pay for parcels
The delivery price depends on the dimensions and weight of parcels in a shipment. Sellers on Allegro get a discount of 10%. Additionally, you can negotiate lower rates with Ambro Express if you dispatch numerous parcels.
Standard Courier Service
It is a standard courier delivery to a given address, managed by one person. You cannot offer an additional home delivery within the Standard Courier Service. It is only available within the Home Delivery Service.
The price of the parcel depends on the sum of dimensions (length + height + width) and the parcel weight. The maximum weight of a single parcel in the shipment is 50 kg.

Example
You sell a shower stall with the following dimensions — 180 cm x 80 cm x 20 cm — and a weight of 40 kg.
If you want to offer only the delivery (without the carry-in service), you can calculate the delivery price based on the Standard Courier Service price list — 95 PLN net + fuel surcharge.
If you want to offer the delivery with the carry-in service, you can calculate the delivery price based on the Home Delivery Service price list — 125 PLN net + fuel surcharge.
Along with a greater number of parcels dispatched monthly, Ambro Express offers an additional discount for sellers:

The discount covers the Standard Courier Service and Home Delivery. It does not concern the additional fees, for example: payment on delivery, parcel insurance, or notifications about the delivery status.
Additional services within Home Delivery
Carry-in service
A two-person team of professionals always handles the carry-in service. Ambro Express offers a carry-in service up to the fourth floor. If there is an elevator that a parcel fits in — then the service is available for any floor. The carry-in is included in the basic price of the order handled within the Home Delivery service — we do not provide a separate price list for that additional service.
Unpacking and removal of unnecessary packaging
The Ambro Express employees always unpack the parcel with the recipient present. If the customer wishes so — they can additionally remove the unnecessary packaging. The service costs 50 PLN net.
Assembly
The service of assembly is provided by a specialized team. Once the assembly is finished, the team puts the product in the place indicated by the recipient. The assembly cost is calculated individually, depending on the product type. The calculation is based on the installation manual, the duration, and the level of complexity of such an assembly.
Collection of used furniture or equipment
Once the parcel is delivered, the Ambro Express team can collect the used furniture, equipment, or other products. The service costs 150 PLN net.

Additional fees
Within the Standard Courier Service and Home Delivery, you can make use of additional options, such as:
COD
The Ambro Express offers the payment-on-delivery option from 1.00 PLN to 7,000.00 PLN. The service costs 7.00 PLN — regardless of the amount paid on delivery.
Parcel insurance You can insure your parcel to the maximum amount of 7,000.00 PLN. The service costs 5.00 PLN — regardless of the insurance value.
The delivery status notification via text messages and/or email You can purchase an additional option of notifications on the delivery status, which are sent in a text message or by email. The notification is sent the moment the parcel is handed over for delivery. The text message costs 1.00 PLN, and an email notification — 0.50 PLN.
Fuel surcharge
The fuel surcharge is added to the basic price of each ordered shipment, and its amount is calculated based on the current market fuel prices.

Additional services are not included in the basis for calculating the fuel surcharge.

The maximum dimensions and weight of parcels you can dispatch with Allegro Ambro Express:
- within the Standard Courier Service:
- the maximum weight — 50 kg
- parcel's longest side — 400 cm
- the maximum sum of dimensions — 400 cm
- within the Home Delivery Service:
- the maximum weight — 100 kg
- parcel's longest side — 220 cm.
