Dispatch of digital products
Email delivery to select countries — information for sellers
Email delivery allows you to sell digital products — for example, eBooks or game codes. With the new delivery option, you can send them to 24 available countries.
If you sell digital products, you can only send them in an electronic way. That is why you cannot add the Email delivery option to the shipping price lists in which you enable standard delivery options, for example, courier delivery or delivery to a pick-up point. If you try to do it — you will not save a given shipping price list.
How to create a shipping price list with Email delivery
You can create a shipping price list with the Email delivery option as usual.
You will see the Email delivery option in the Delivery Settings tab — when you check the dispatch from: Email delivery option.
We will mark a shipping price list with the new delivery option as email delivery. Such a shipping price list will not be Smart! — electronic delivery is always free.
