Allegro DPD Pick-up — information for sellers
Learn more about the Allegro DPD Pickup delivery option — you can settle it conveniently with Allegro Standard.
Learn more about the Allegro DPD Pickup delivery option:
- You will settle Allegro DPD Pickup and Allegro DPD Pickup payment on delivery with Allegro Standard.
- You can use those delivery options if you hold a business account.
- They will come in handy if you dispatch parcels up to 20 kg.
- You can also enable them within Allegro Smart!
- You can dispatch parcels only through our dispatch tool — Ship with Allegro. You do not need to conclude an agreement with DPD.
How to enable Allegro DPD Pickup
Go to your shipping price lists in Delivery Settings. Select dispatch from: Poland and [to Poland]. You can find the Allegro DPD Pickup delivery option in the You are settling with Allegro (Allegro Standard settlements) section.
You can enable it in your offers for the maximum of:
- 11.99 PLN — for payment in advance
- 16.99 PLN — for payment on delivery.
You can easily add Allegro DPD Pickup to multiple price lists at once. Just click the following button:
We will display a screen where you can add Allegro DPD Pickup to select shipping price lists. Uncheck the price lists to which you do not want to add that delivery option.
The settlement model
You will settle the Allegro DPD Pickup within Allegro Standard— directly with us and for attractive rates. You will pay for parcels dispatched with that delivery option and additional services with your monthly invoice.
Each time, we add delivery costs to Settlements with Allegro on your account:
- we add the fee for parcel dispatch in the month when the service was performed
- we add the fee for additional services (e.g., additional insurance, oversized parcel) in the month following the service's performance.
To benefit from our offer, on dispatching the parcel select:
- Allegro agreement (Allegro DPD Pickup or Allegro DPD Pickup payment on delivery) — if you use Ship with Allegro
or
- Ship with Allegro API and the Allegro agreement if you use external systems, like Baselinker or Sello.
However, if you have your own agreement with the carrier, you will settle according to their price list.

For the first parcel in an order, you will pay the fee determined in the table for an order of a specific value. For each subsequent parcel, we will charge you the fee listed in the table for an order valued from 100 to 149.99 PLN. This does not apply to orders worth up to 149.99 PLN. In their case, you will pay the same for each subsequent parcel from the order.
We will charge an additional POD service fee of 4.99 PLN for an Allegro Smart! delivery with the Allegro DPD Pickup payment on delivery option. In addition to the payment for the order, you will also get 4.99 PLN for the POD service from the buyer.

You will settle additional service fees according to the price list.
The price of every parcel includes insurance up to 1,000 PLN.
The maximum parcel dimensions and weight
The maximum dimensions and weight of parcels you can dispatch with the Allegro DPD Pickup delivery option
- parcel weight (actual or dimensional) = max. 20 kg
- length of the longest side of the parcel = max. 150 cm
- sum of the height and the circumference (2 x length + 2 x width) = max. 300 cm.
Parcel dimensions are the same for every dispatch point. The parcel weight is calculated according to its actual or dimensional weight. We consider the higher value for settlements.
- actual weight — how much the parcel weighs when placed on the DPD scale
- dimensional weight — related to the size of your parcel. We calculate it with the following formula: [height (cm) x length (cm) x width (cm)] / 6,000.

You can dispatch parcels with Allegro DPD Pickup and Allegro DPD Pickup payment on delivery through the Ship with Allegro tool. You can also dispatch them by integrating the Ship with Allegro API with external systems, like Baselinker or EasyUploader.
Access to Ship with Allegro is free of charge. You do not need any extra formalities to use it. It is pretty simple — you can move from your Allegro account to Ship with Allegro in just two clicks.
Go to the Orders tab and click [dispatch parcel] for the selected order with the Allegro DPD Pickup or Allegro DPD Pickup payment on delivery. We will redirect you to the Ship with Allegro dispatch form for that order.
If the buyer asks you to change the delivery address, you can do it while dispatching the parcel. However, you cannot change the delivery option, for example, from delivery to a pick-up point to delivery to the buyer's doorstep.
You can order a courier to collect your parcel. The courier will collect the parcel from the address you provided in the dispatch form. It is an additional service you will settle according to the price list.
The courier pick-up is free of charge, provided that you hand over to the courier a minimum of 4 parcels per pick-up. If you hand over less than 4 parcels during pick-up, the service costs 4.99 PLN. We will add the service cost to Settlements with Allegro on your account in the month following the month the service was performed.
Generating a label does not mean that you ordered a courier pick-up automatically. Remember to order a pick-up if you want the courier to collect your parcels.

How to set the same-day dispatch time
The same-day dispatch time is the time by which buyers must place their order and pay for it if they want the parcel to be dispatched on the same day.
You can set it in the Delivery settings tab — in the Ordering time settings section:
Complaints
You can file complaints about:
- the delivery fee
- fees for additional services
- parcel damage or loss.
There are two ways of filing a complaint:
- on your own, through our complaint form in the Ordered Parcels section. Select the order you want to file a complaint about, open the order details, and click [complain about delivery]. Use this form if your complaint concerns parcels you dispatch in the Ship with Allegro tool without a separate agreement with the carrier.
- directly through the form on the DPD website — you will find it in the My DPD tab. Make sure to include our power of attorney when filing such a complaint. All you need to do is change the language settings to Polish and click [pobierz pełnomocnictwo] (download the power of attorney) in the Reklamacje dostaw (Delivery complaints) section.
If you file a complaint and the fees prove to be improperly charged, we will settle them on your account.
If the complaint relates to damage or loss of a parcel, and you file it without our involvement, the correction will go directly to the bank account number you indicated.

Allegro DPD Courier ― Information for sellers
Learn more about the Allegro DPD Courier delivery option — you will conveniently settle it within Allegro Standard.
How to enable the Allegro DPD Courier delivery option
Go to your shipping lists in Delivery Settings. Select Dispatch from: Poland and to Poland. You can find the Allegro DPD Courier delivery option in the Settlements with Allegro section.
You can enable it in your offers for the maximum of:
- 14.99 PLN — for payment in advance
- 19.99 PLN — for payment on delivery.
You can add the Allegro DPD Courier payment on delivery option to multiple price lists at once. Just click this button:
You will see a screen where you can add Allegro DPD Courier payment on delivery to selected price lists. Uncheck the price lists you do not want to add this delivery option to.
Settlement model
You will settle those delivery options within Allegro Standard — directly with Allegro and at attractive rates. You will pay for parcels dispatched with that delivery option and for additional services within your invoice from Allegro.
Each time, we add delivery costs to Settlements with Allegro on your account:
- fee for parcel dispatch — in the month the service was performed
- fee for additional services (for example, additional insurance) — no later than in the month following the month in which the service was performed.
To benefit from our offer, choose one of the following upon parcel dispatch:
- the Allegro agreement (Allegro DPD Courier or Allegro DPD Courier payment on delivery), if you use Ship with Allegro
or
- the Ship with Allegro API and the Allegro agreement — if you use external integrators like Baselinker or Sello.
If you have your own agreement with the carrier, you can also settle Allegro DPD Courier and Allegro DPD Courier payment on delivery with Allegro, according to our price list.

For the first parcel in an order, you pay a fee listed in the table for that specific order value. For each subsequent parcel, we charge the fee listed in the table for orders worth between 100 and 149.99 PLN. This does not apply to orders worth up to 149.99 PLN. In their case, you pay the same amount for each subsequent parcel within that order.
In the case of Allegro DPD Courier payment on delivery, we add 4.99 PLN for the POD service to the Allegro Smart! parcel fee. In addition to the payment for the order, you will also receive 4.99 PLN for the POD service from the buyer.

Remember that for the Allegro DPD Courier payment on delivery option:
- Delivery cost for Allegro DPD Courier payment on delivery consists of a basic delivery fee of 14.99 PLN and POD service fee of 4.99 PLN — 19.98 PLN in total.
- The maximum price you can set in the shipping price list is 19.99 PLN.
- The invoice will contain two items: the delivery fee and the POD service fee.
- If you dispatch a parcel through Ship with Allegro, you will receive the sales payment no later than two working days after the buyer collects the parcel. You will receive the entire amount directly to your bank account.
Maximum parcel dimensions and weight
Maximum parcel dimensions and weight for the Allegro DPD Courier delivery option:
- weight (actual or dimensional) — max. 10 kg
- the longest side — max. 150 cm
- the sum of width, length, and height — max. 300 cm
The parcel weight is calculated according to its actual or dimensional weight. We base the settlement on the higher of these values.
- actual weight — how much your parcel weighs placed on a scale,
- dimensional weight — related to the size of your parcel. We calculate it with the following formula: [height (cm) x length (cm) x width (cm)] / 6,000.
For Allegro DPD Courier parcels over 10 kg (actual or dimensional weight), there are surcharges specified in the price list.
Additional services
Apart from parcel dispatch, you can also use additional services, such as a collection order or extended parcel insurance. We charge fees for non-standard sized parcels according to the price list. Check the fees for additional services and surcharges for non-standard parcels.
How to dispatch a parcel
Among the documents available for download from the carrier’s page, you can find the instructions on how to properly pack a parcel.
You can dispatch parcels with Allegro DPD Courier and Allegro DPD Courier payment on delivery through the Ship with Allegro tool or the DPD dispatch tool. You can also dispatch them by integrating the Ship with Allegro API with an external system, such as Baselinker or EasyUploader.
Access to Ship with Allegro is free of charge and does not require any extra steps. Switch from your Allegro account to Ship with Allegro in just two clicks.
Go to the Orders tab and click [dispatch parcel] for the selected order with the Allegro DPD Courier or Allegro DPD Courier payment on delivery options. We will redirect you to the Ship with Allegro dispatch form for that order.
You can order a courier pick-up for your parcel. The courier will collect the parcel at the address you provide in the dispatch form. It is an additional service you will settle with us according to the price list.
The collection order is free of charge, if you hand over a minimum of 4 parcels to the courier during pick-up. If you hand the courier less than 4 parcels , the service costs 4.99 PLN. We will add this service cost to Settlements with Allegro on your account, in the month following the month in which the service was performed.
If the buyer asks you to change the delivery address, you can do it while dispatching the parcel. However, you cannot change the delivery option — for example, switch between delivery to the buyer's doorstep and delivery to a pick-up point.
You can dispatch Allegro DPD Courier parcels with Ship with Allegro, within your agreement for Allegro DPD Courier or Allegro DPD Courier payment on delivery* — we will display them automatically. You can also dispatch parcels within your own agreement of any kind.
Generating a label does not mean you have ordered a courier pick-up. Remember to order a pick-up if you want the courier to collect your parcels.

How to dispatch a parcel outside of Ship with Allegro
You need to meet three requirements to settle directly with Allegro and dispatch parcels outside of Ship with Allegro:
- Correctly submit your email address to DPD
- Have a login and password to the DPD dispatch tool
- Set the correct maximum prices in the shipping price lists
Correctly submit your email address to DPD
For every order, provide DPD with the correct email address of the buyer. The DPD dispatch system recognizes that you are dispatching a parcel based on the customer's email address, and you will be able to settle it directly with Allegro.
When dispatching a parcel, always enter the full and correct email address of the customer. A full email address consists of two parts, connected by a “+” sign, in the @allegromail.pl domain. You can find it in sales notifications and order details.
If you do not enter the customer's email address or enter it incorrectly:
- you will settle this order with DPD, according to the rates you have agreed upon with this carrier
- in case of an Allegro Smart! parcel, you will need to cover all the delivery costs DPD charges you with — you will not receive the payment from the buyer or from Allegro.
Additionally, in the case of payment in advance, the buyer should pay for the order through Allegro Finance.
Login and password to the DPD dispatch tool
To generate labels and dispatch parcels with Allegro DPD Courier and Allegro DPD Courier, you need a login and password to the DPD dispatch tool.
Fill in the form to get your login and password to the DPD dispatch tool.
The DPD team will contact you with the next steps. If you have already concluded an agreement with DPD, you have a login and password to the dispatch tool.
If the parcels you settle with Allegro within your agreement with DPD:
- are included in the parcel pool within your subscription — you will settle the subscription directly with DPD
- are included in the parcel limit
- are not included in the system readiness fee.
If you use DPD services through a third-party provider:
- Find out whether the provider is going to charge you for parcels dispatched with Allegro shipping options
- Check if the provider exchanges information with us, to find out which parcels you are settling directly with Allegro and the provider should not invoice you for.
Shipping price lists
Remember that we have set maximum prices you can put in your shipping price lists for the following delivery options:
- a maximum of 14.99 PLN for Allegro DPD Courier delivery,
- a maximum of 19.99 PLN for Allegro DPD Courier payment on delivery.
