From May 28, you can use the Allegro DPD delivery options only within the Allegro Delivery program
The changes might affect how you handle parcels. Check what they mean for you.
On May 28, we will introduce changes to the Allegro DPD delivery options outside the Allegro Delivery program:
- we will permanently disable the Allegro DPD Pickup and Allegro DPD Pickup payment on delivery options
- we will move the Allegro DPD Courier and Allegro DPD Courier payment on delivery options to the Allegro Delivery program — you can use them if you need to specify the weight of the parcel (the so-called weight variant). This option will be available only in the shipping price lists you manage on your own.
You will be able to use the Allegro DPD delivery options only within the Allegro Delivery program or through your own agreement with the carrier:
- from May 6 — if you use pre-made price lists
- from May 28 — if you use the price lists you manage on your own (the so-called custom price lists).
What it means for you
If:
- you do not enable the Allegro Delivery options but you enable the Allegro DPD options outside the Allegro Delivery program
- you enable the Allegro Delivery options, but you do not enable the Allegro DPD options within the Allegro Delivery program
On May 6 or 28, we will enable the Allegro DPD delivery options within Allegro Delivery in your shipping price lists, and it will not be possible to disable them.
The only Allegro DPD delivery options you can enable and disable in your shipping price lists after May 28, regardless of other options, are the following:
- Allegro DPD Pickup Parcel Locker
- Allegro DPD Pickup payment on delivery
- Allegro DPD Courier payment on delivery
- Allegro DPD Courier — if your shipping price list only has courier options, and does not have any delivery options to a pick-up point or parcel locker.
What we will change in your shipping price lists
Depending on the type of shipping price lists you use and the delivery options you currently enable, within Allegro Delivery, we will enable:
- all delivery options that you cannot disable
- only the Allegro DPD Courier option (the so-called courier variant)
- Allegro DPD Courier and Allegro DHL Courier (the courier variant)
- only the Allegro DPD Courier option for which you need to specify the weight of the parcel (the so-called weight variant).
You can dispatch Allegro DPD parcels within Allegro Delivery only through the Ship with Allegro tool or external tools integrated with the Ship with Allegro API (for example, Base). You will no longer be able to use the DPD Online tool.
Those changes will not affect your Smart! settings — your offers will remain Smart!
If you use shipping price lists you manage on your own (custom price lists)
We will introduce changes on May 28.
If you have specified the weight of the product for the Allegro DPD Courier option — we will move your settings to the Allegro Delivery program. That way, if you sell big products (for example, tires), we will handle your parcel as usual.

- If you simultaneously enable Allegro DPD options within the Allegro Delivery program and outside it in your shipping price lists — we will remove the options outside the program on May 28.
- To enable options with payment on delivery in Allegro Delivery, you also have to enable options with payment in advance. This is why we will also enable Allegro DPD Courier with payment in advance if you only have Allegro DPD Courier with payment on delivery in your shipping price lists.
- If you have specified the parcel weight for both Allegro DPD Courier with payment in advance and Allegro DPD Courier with payment on delivery in your shipping price list, and those weights are different — we will move the lower value to Allegro Delivery.

What prices we will set in your Allegro Delivery shipping price lists
If your shipping price list only includes the Allegro DPD delivery options outside Allegro Delivery
We will set maximum delivery prices for all options within the Allegro Delivery program, even if you enable Allegro DPD delivery options for 0 PLN.
Exception: We will always set the highest delivery prices for the Allegro DPD Courier option (weight variant).
If you have Allegro DPD delivery options both within and outside Allegro Delivery in your shipping price list
- If you have set a maximum price for the Allegro Delivery options — we will set maximum delivery prices for all Allegro DPD delivery options within the Allegro Delivery program
- If you have set 0 PLN for the Allegro Delivery program options — we will set free delivery for all Allegro DPD delivery options within the Allegro Delivery program.
If you use pre-made price lists we help you manage
We will implement changes on May 6.
Price list type: Small assortment
If your shipping price list includes the Allegro DPD delivery options outside Allegro Delivery — we will disable them.
Price list type: Medium assortment
When on May 6, we move the Allegro DPD Courier delivery option from outside Allegro Delivery to the program — in this price list type, we will permanently enable the Allegro Delivery program, and you will not be able to disable it.

From May 28, in your Allegro Delivery settings, you can set the so-called program weight variant — that means you can separately enable the Allegro DPD Courier option for which you have specified the weight of the product. This way, if you sell products such as tires, we will handle your parcel as usual.

- If you have set 0 PLN for the Allegro Delivery program options — we will set free delivery for all Allegro DPD delivery options within the Allegro Delivery program.
