How to report an offer that violates our rules
You can report violations of rules in offers or illegal products, services, or content through a special form. You can find it in every offer.
You can report violating the rules through this form. You can report up to 1000 offers in one form. Provide a detailed justification of your report. We will verify it and, if necessary, act appropriately.
If you want to report a single offer, click [Report a violation] under its description on the right.
Sometimes, we do not remove an offer even though you have reported it numerous times. It probably means that:
- we have determined that the offer does not break our rules
- you reported the offer when it was coming to an end, so we have not managed to evaluate your report (we cannot remove an offer that has ended)
- we have taken different actions towards the seller, the results of which you cannot see.
Why it is so important
We are not able to manually check every single offer listed on Allegro ― that is why we count on your help. If you notice an offer that violates the Allegro Terms & Conditions, report it to us. This way, we can act faster on it. It is also in the best interest of the entire Allegro community and makes using our services easier and safer.

- select File > Save as

Additionally, you can convert the file to the ZIP or RAR file format. You can also attach the screenshots of the messages, saved as JPG.

When can we suspend your account or limit its functionality
We can block, suspend or limit your account for several important reasons. If we have blocked your account, you can contact us and resolve the matter.
We want Allegro to be a friendly place for everyone. The Allegro Terms and Conditions was created to provide rules which ensure comfort and security of service use.
If you do not follow those rules, we may suspend your account or limit its functionality. In this article you will learn about various reasons why it may happen.
Depending on a type of violation of the Allegro Terms and Conditions, we may limit your access to various features of your account. For instance, if you do not meet the deadline to pay the fees for Allegro services, we will block sales on your account. Find more information about it below. You can learn more about the consequences of other violations here.
We can suspend your account or limit its functionality if:
- you fall behind on the commission fees payment

Blocking the participation in campaigns, advertising offers in Allegro Ads, or adding promotion option for the sale of illegal products
When we find an offer with an illegal or forbidden product on your account, we remove that offer and inform you about it. We count on an ongoing basis for how many days you have violated the provisions of the Terms & Conditions in that regard on your account. We consider data from the last 30 days.
If we discover that such violations occurred on your account on at least 3 days within the last 30 days — we may block your ability to:
- participate in campaigns
- advertise offers in Allegro Ads
- add promotion options
for 30 days.
During the block:
- we will exclude all of your offers from ongoing campaigns
- we will exclude all of your offers from the ongoing Allegro Ads campaigns and disable promotion options
- we will block the possibility of submitting for the campaign any new offers from your account
- we will block the possibility of submitting your offers for Allegro Ads campaigns and adding promotion options to other offers from your account
- we will not display the Best Price Guarantee badge in your offers.
Example
- You list offers with products that cannot be sold on Allegro. You do this on July 3, July 14, and August 1 — that is on 3 different days within a 30-day period.
- On August 1, we will block your account from participating in campaigns for 30 days. From that day on, your offers submitted for the campaigns will not be promoted in them, and you will be able to submit for the next campaigns only from August 31.
- In the following days, you still list offers with forbidden products. You do this 3 more times: on August 2, August 10, and August 20.
- On August 20, we will prolong the block for 30 days. That means you can submit your offers for the campaigns only after 60 days — from September 30.
Blocking sales for falling behind on commission fees payment
Your sales are blocked automatically if you do not meet the deadline to pay the commission fees. You must do it on or before the 14th day of the month following the end of a given settlement period. A settlement period is one full month. It means that if you are charged commission fees for the month of May, you should pay them by June 14. If you fail to do that, we will block sales on your account on the first day of the following month. The block will apply to all the marketplaces you sell in.
What the block on sales means to you
- you will not list new offers in any of the marketplaces
- within 30 days, we will terminate your offers until stock lasts — we will do that in every marketplace.
Despite the block on sales, you can shop as usual.
We will automatically lift the block in every marketplace once we receive the overdue payment. Check how to pay for the Allegro services.
What you can do if your account is suspended
If your sales are blocked because of overdue commission fees, you can pay in the Settlements with Allegro tab.
If you do not know why your account is not fully active, use the [contact us] button below this article.
