We are postponing the launch of the Przelewy24 service on allegro.cz and allegro.sk by a few days
Currently, there is only one payment operator available on allegro.cz and allegro.sk — PayU.
Soon, your transactions will be handled by another payment operator — Przelewy24. You do not need to take action.
In addition, it is now it possible to convert the sales funds — from PLN into EUR and CZK. You can do that with the Currency Converter.

We have updated the Terms & Conditions of the Allegro Finance payment operator and changed the way of paying out money for orders paid on delivery on allegro.pl
Allegro Finance is one of the payment operators available on allegro.pl — others are PayU and Przelewy24. Check what we will change in the Allegro Finance service.
We now allow payouts to accounts held in countries of the European Economic Area
Before, Allegro Finance payouts were possible only to a Polish bank account. We now allow payouts to bank accounts held outside Poland — in the EEA countries.
We have updated the Allegro Finance privacy protection policy
We have added information about the processing of biometric data. We will only process your biometric data to verify or identify your identity, particularly the authenticity of your ID card. We verify it following the requirements of the law on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. We delete the biometric data immediately after performing the verification.
We have changed the way of paying out money for orders paid on delivery on allegro.pl
We have changed the way you receive money for the orders with payment on delivery on allegro.pl. This applies to the following delivery options:
- Allegro UPS Courier payment on delivery
- Allegro DPD Courier payment on delivery
- Allegro DPD Pickup payment on delivery
- Allegro One Courier payment on delivery — next-day delivery.
How it worked before
We transferred the payments for the POD parcels on allegro.pl to the bank account you provided in Ship with Allegro — in the Payment on delivery section — and selected for each order. We displayed the payment details in the Allegro Standard POD payments tab.
What we have changed
The payments buyers make for the POD parcels will be displayed in a separate section of the Funds & Operations history tab — just like in the case of foreign marketplaces.
The information about the payment will appear within 2 working days from when the buyer collects the parcel at the latest — just like it worked before. We will automatically pay out money once a day — to the bank account you provide in Payout Settings.
It is the same method we use to settle POD parcels from other marketplaces — allegro.cz and allegro.sk.
What it means for you
After June 4, in the Funds & Operations history tab, you will see a new section — Payout settings in PLN for Allegro Standard POD parcels. We will display it when you receive from our payment operator — Allegro Finance — the first payment for a POD order.
If you have enabled payment on delivery options in your offers, we will automatically set in that section the same bank account you use for payouts in PLN. You can change it at any time:
- Go to the Funds & Operations history tab.
- Click [edit payout settings] in the Payout settings in PLN for Allegro Standard POD parcels section.
- We will redirect you to the Payout Settings tab. There, select the bank account number to which you want to receive money.
- Click [save].
You can select a bank account number that has been verified for payouts. If you select a bank account number that is not held in Poland (the IBAN is other than PL), provide the SWIFT number of that account in the Payout Settings tab.
Where you can check the payout details
You can check them in the Funds & Operations History tab. Go to Operations history and select payments in the Operation filter. After June 4, we will display the following option: show payments for the Allegro Standard POD parcels only.
From June 4, you will find new payments for the Allegro Standard POD parcels only in the Funds & Operations History tab. Details of the payments your customers made between August 1, 2023 and June 3, 2024, will be available in the Allegro Standard POD payments tab.
Allegro Lokalnie: we have removed standard transfer payments and reduced the time to pay for a purchase
How it worked before
- Your customers could pay for the purchases made on Allegro Lokalnie in classifieds in the buy now format and auctions using a bank card, BLIK, fast payment, or a standard transfer.
- The time to pay for the purchase made in classifieds in the buy now format or an auction was 120 hours from the moment of purchase.
What we have changed
- We have removed standard transfer payments.
- In the case of auctions, we have reduced the time to pay for a purchase — from 120 to 72 hours.
- In the case of classifieds in the buy now format, there is no maximum time to make a payment. It means that customers have to pay for their purchases immediately.
With those changes, your classified ad in the buy now format will disappear from the classified ad list only after the customer makes a payment (and not when they click Przejdź to płatności(Go to the payment)).
If the customer fails to pay for the purchase made in an auction within 72 hours — the auction will automatically return to the classified ad list (unless you resigned from the automatic relisting).
We have not introduced any changes regarding payment on delivery.
