Optimization and growth in Allegro Ads
Sponsored offers ― how to create a campaign in the Czech marketplace
Just a few simple steps to create a sponsored offers campaign and advertise your offers in the most popular locations on Allegro.
To create ads for your offers, go to allegro.pl/ads and open the Allegro Ads dashboard. Click sign in in the top right corner. Use your Allegro account credentials. Then:
- In the Campaigns tab, click Czechia — allegro.cz.
- Click [configure campaign] to start setting up a sponsored offers campaign.
- Name the campaign.
Each campaign needs a name — visible only to you — thanks to which you will quickly find the advertised offers you are searching for in the dashboard. Enter the campaign name in the text field. Then, enter the ad group name to which you would like to add offers.
- Select offers to advertise.
You can do it in 4 ways:
- Advertise all offers — you select all your offers that were prepared for the Czech marketplace. With that, you can reach the biggest group of your potential customers.
- Advertise bestsellers — you select and add only the offers that have sold best on allegro.cz.
- Set rules for offers ― you select all your offers that meet specific criteria (for example, you list them in the Furniture category or their price is at least 100 PLN). We will automatically add each of your new offers that meets the selected criteria to the proper ad group.
- Select offers manually — you select the specific offers you want to advertise. When an offer expires, you need to add it to an ad group again after relisting. We recommend that option to sellers with experience in advertising offers with Allegro Ads.
- Select display locations. At the beginning, you can select all the display locations and — about two weeks after the activation — verify in the Statistics which locations grant the best results.
The display locations on Allegro:
- Search results: the offer will appear on the first two or three positions in the search results list, among other search results, and on the last positions, including each subpage.
- Product page: for new campaigns, this display location is always checked by default. For existing campaigns — you can edit it manually.
The display locations outside Allegro:
- Ads network — Google Ads: the offer will have a chance to appear in the Google search results and on the Google Shopping website after the buyer enters the selected phrase in the Google search engine. Learn more about that display location.
Specify the budget and display dates.
Enter the daily budget (obligatory). Your daily budget specifies the maximum amount of money you want to spend daily on your ads.
The budget is transferable and flexible.
Transferable means that if one day there is less interest in your assortment, the budget that is left will be used in the next seven days — when the interest increases. That mechanism makes sure your planned budget is fully used.
The budget is also flexible, which means that on days with more interest in your products, it can reach a maximum of 130% daily. However, every week, your flexible budget will not exceed the amount of your daily budget multiplied by the number of days in a week.
- Set the maximum CPC (Cost per Click) for your offer. CPC is the maximum gross amount that you want to pay for clicks on your Ads. You can set your CPC based on the suggested indicator displayed in the dashboard.
- More options — enter the total budget amount (optional). The total budget specifies the maximum amount of money you can spend on advertising. After reaching the specified amount, the advertisement will stop.
- Select the display end date for your ads or select [No display end date]. The display start date is set by default to the day on which you set up the campaign. You can change it.
Save your campaign. Done! The advertising campaign will be displayed in a few minutes. You can find more detailed campaign data in the Statistics tab 24 hours after the activation.

Answers to advanced questions about Allegro Ads
In this article you will find answers to more advanced questions about Allegro Ads statistics, fees, editing advertised offers, abuse, ad display, and more.
Where can I check the Allegro Ads fee for the current month?
You can check the campaign cost in the Allegro Ads dashboard, in the Statystyki (Statistics) tab, or on your Allegro account ― in the Settlements with Allegro tab.
You do not have to deposit the funds before launching an ad. Learn more about the fees.
How to change a photo, price, or description in an ongoing offer?
If nobody has bought from the offer yet, you can edit it, change its photo, description, and price. You can do it in the My Assortment tab.
Where can I check the statistics of sponsored offers?
Open the Allegro Ads dashboard and go to the Statystyki (Statistics) tab. There, you will find information about offers people made orders from, funds you invested in advertising, and return on investment.
Why do I not see the statistics for today?
Not all statistics visible in the Allegro Ads Dashboard already show information from today. The data that show the status almost on a daily basis, are:
- in the case of sponsored offers — Clicks, Page views, CTR, the average CPC, and Cost.
- in the case of display ads — Clicks, Page views, CTR, the average CPM, and Cost.
The data that refresh once per day and show information from the previous day are:
- in the case of sponsored offers — Return on investment, Interest, Quantity sold, and Sales value.
- in the case of display ads — Return of investment, Interest, Quantity sold, Reach, Supported sales, and Sales value.
That is why — if you select today's date in the Statistics — you will see data only in some columns. In others, you will see a 0 (zero) or - (hyphen).
