How to enable Allegro Paczkomaty InPost
You can enable the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost delivery option in your offers in a few ways:
- in the product listing form
- in My Allegro, in the Delivery Settings tab (the Shipping price lists section)
- in multiple price lists at once
The maximum prices you can set in a shipping price list for this option are:
- 11.49 PLN for parcels paid for in advance
- 15.93 PLN for parcels paid for on delivery.

How to set the same-day dispatch time
The same-day dispatch time is the time by which buyers must place their order and pay for it if they want the parcel to be dispatched on the same day. For the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost delivery options, you can set it in the Delivery Settings tab — in the Time settings for orders with same-day dispatch section:
The InPost Paczkomaty field applies to the following delivery options:
- Allegro Paczkomaty InPost
- Paczkomaty InPost.
There, you can also declare that you dispatch parcels at the weekends. In your offers, we will display information on the weekend delivery at a time you set.
Settlement model
We settle the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost delivery option within Allegro Mix. In the case of those delivery options, you benefit from the attractive rates negotiated by Allegro, but settle directly with InPost.
You settle fees for parcels within Allegro Smart! with Allegro. You can find the settlement amount in My Allegro in the Settlements with Allegro tab. All you need to do is give InPost the correct email address linked to the order you want to pay for. Alternatively, you can settle the costs through an own agreement with InPost that you manage with our free Ship with Allegro tool.
If you dispatch Allegro Paczkomaty InPost parcels without Allegro Smart!, you settle them with InPost, but according to special rates negotiated with InPost by Allegro.

How much you will pay for delivery with Allegro Paczkomaty InPost
For each parcel dispatched with Allegro Paczkomaty InPost that the buyer paid for in advance without Allegro Smart!, the carrier will charge you a fee of 11.49 PLN and, if applicable, the fees for additional services (see the price list below).
Example: The customer purchased a product for 100 PLN and selected the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost delivery option, whose price you have set at 11.49 PLN. You will get 111.49 PLN from the buyer, and InPost will charge you a fee of 11.49 PLN gross for that order.
If the buyer orders the parcel with payment on delivery, they will pay you 13.99 PLN. The carrier will charge you the same amount.

For the first parcel in an order, you will pay a fee determined in the table for an order of a specific value. For each subsequent parcel, we charge the fee listed in the table for orders worth between 100 and 149.99 PLN. This does not apply to orders of ranges up to 149.99 PLN. In their case, you pay the same amount for each subsequent parcel within that order.

Maximum parcel dimensions and weight
The maximum dimensions and weight of parcels dispatched with the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost option:
- Max. weight — 25 kg
- Max. dimensions — 41 cm x 38 cm x 64 cm
If you exceed any of those values, your bill will include a surcharge for the parcel according to the price list.
How to dispatch a parcel
You can dispatch parcels with the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost delivery option in the following ways:
- InPost Parcel Manager if you do not have an agreement with InPost
- Ship with Allegro tool if you have a business account and an agreement with InPost.
You can also use the API or external integrators, such as Baselinker or EasyUploader.
To use Ship with Allegro or the API, add the own agreement made between you and the carrier to the tool. To do so, go to the Orders tab and click [Settings] over the order filters in the right corner of the page.
Select Own agreements — Ship with Allegro from the list on the left and click [add new agreement].
From the drop-down list, select InPost and enter the agreement name. You will see that name when selecting a carrier during parcel dispatch. Next, provide API ShipX InPost details.
Next, click [add] at the bottom of the page. Once you add your agreement, you can see the dispatch under an own agreement option in the tool.
After adding your agreement, you can dispatch InPost parcels using Ship with Allegro. Go to the Orders tab and click [dispatch parcel] for the selected order. We will redirect you to the Ship with Allegro dispatch form for that order.
If you dispatch Allegro Paczkomaty InPost parcels through Ship with Allegro, choose the dispatch method:
- Order pick-up by courier
- I will dispatch the parcel at an InPost ParcelPoint
- I will dispatch the parcel at an InPost Parcel Locker.
After saving your choice, you cannot change the dispatch method. For example, if you choose the Parcel Locker dispatch method, you cannot hand over that parcel to a courier to ship it.

When can we charge a fee for an Allegro Smart! parcel?
InPost can charge a fee for an Allegro Smart! parcel for two reasons:
1. When you do not use a free shipping label — generating another one is paid.
You can generate one free shipping label for each parcel. The number of free shipping labels you can generate equals the number of parcels in a given order.
Remember that you cannot cancel parcels ordered in systems other than the InPost Parcel Manager. If you use the InPost Parcel Manager, you can cancel a parcel until you click the [Pay] button. In such a case, cancel the label, correct the data, and prepare a new free Allegro Smart! parcel.
A fee for an unused shipping label is charged only when you generate another label for the same order. If you generate a label, but do not send the parcel (for example, because the customer withdraws from the purchase), you will not have to pay the fee.
2. The parcel was created for an incorrect option
This happens when you enable the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost delivery option in an Allegro offer, but you create a label for the InPost Paczkomaty delivery option.
To avoid this, always print the shipping label on the platform corresponding to the delivery option selected in an order.
Free delivery from a seller and Allegro Smart!
If the customer buys at a price you set for free delivery, they will not pay anything for shipment. However, you cannot settle this delivery within Allegro Smart! — even if your offer is labeled as Smart!
Example
You set free delivery for purchases worth 200 PLN or more. Your offer is labeled as Smart! The buyer places an order for 250 PLN and does not pay for delivery — according to the offer settings. You will not settle this order within Allegro Smart! because you are the one offering the buyer free delivery from a specific amount.
Allegro Paczkomaty InPost delivery on Saturday
InPost delivers parcels dispatched with the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost delivery option also on Saturdays. We take it into account in the estimated delivery time. That is why buyers can see the information about delivery on Saturday in the offers with this delivery option.
When we can display the information about delivery on Saturday
- if the seller enables the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost delivery option in the offer
- if the estimated delivery time is Saturday.
We also display information on the Saturday delivery in offers every day of the week.
Complaints
For Allegro Smart! parcels, you can file a complaint:
- on your own, through our complaint form in the Ordered Parcels section. Select the order you want to file a complaint about, open the order details, and click [complain about delivery]
- directly via the complaint form on the InPost website
- via phone: +48 746 600 000 (for landline) or +48 722 444 000 (for mobile phones)
- via a letter sent to the InPost address: InPost S.A., ul. Pana Tadeusza 4, 30-727 Kraków, with the following note: "Dział Reklamacji" (Complaints Department).

You can enable the Allegro miniKurier24 InPost and Allegro Kurier24 InPost delivery options in the listing form or the shipping price list.
You can enable those delivery options in offers for a maximum of:
- 12.49 PLN for Allegro miniKurier24 InPost with payment in advance
- 15.57 PLN for Allegro miniKurier24 InPost with payment on delivery
- 14.99 PLN for Allegro Kurier24 InPost with payment in advance
- 18.07 PLN for Allegro Kurier24 InPost with payment on delivery.

Settlement model
We settle the Allegro InPost courier delivery options using the Allegro Mix. In the case of these methods, you can benefit from attractive rates negotiated by Allegro, but you settle payments yourself with the InPost carrier.
To use them, you need provide InPost with correct email address connected with a given order or have your own agreement with InPost and use our free Ship with Allegro tool as part of it.

How to dispatch a parcel
You can dispatch parcels using the Allegro miniKurier24 InPost and Allegro Kurier24 InPost delivery options via:
- InPost Parcel Manager, if you do not have an agreement with InPost
- Ship with Allegro — if you have a business account and an agreements with InPost.
You can also dispatch via the API or external integrators such as Baselinker or EasyUploader.
To use Ship with Allegro or the API, add your own agreement you concluded with the carrier to the tool. To add that, go to the Orders tab and click [Settings] above the order filters, in the upper right corner of the page.
From the list on the left , select Own agreements — Ship with Allegro and click [add new agreement].
Select the InPost carrier from the drop-down list and enter the name of the contract — we will display it when you select the carrier on dispatching the parcel. Then, provide the data for the ShipX InPost API.
When adding the contract with InPost, you should check the Use the offers for Allegro sellers box if you want to settle accounts with the carrier on the terms negotiated by us as part of the Allegro Mix settlement method .
Then, click [add] at the bottom of the page. After adding the agreement, you will see the shipping option under your own contract in the tool.
After adding the agreement, you can dispatch InPost parcels via Ship with Allegro. Go to the Orders tab and click [dispatch parcel]. We will take you directly to the shipping form in Ship with Allegro for those particular orders.

How to set the same-day dispatch time
